Gabinos Creperie in Palm Springs

Oh, wow! One of the most memorable meals Ive had all year! I got the BBQ Chicken and added avocado. Each bite had plenty of chicken and sauce all the way down the crepe. And speaking of, the crepe was perfect: crispness covers the hearty, delicious dough. It may be a little hard to eat, but its easy to love! I first thought the price was a bit high, but the crepe was substantial and satiated my appetite for a good while. Good community spot to engage with neighbors, too. Planning to go back for more soon!

We are here visiting PS for a weekend. Had to make a trip to Gabinos as I saw it being recommended and mentioned by so many. Verdict: it did not disappoint!!We came around 2:40pm on a Saturday. No line at all I assumed the rush hour was over and they were about to close shop for 3pm.Food: I got bbq chicken and hubby chicken Caesar. We also asked for jalapeños. The staff who took our order mentioned they no longer put jalapeños in the crepe instead they now just throw on as a topping (which is a must add! It adds so much flavor and the kick kinda offsets the richness) First reaction was how big these are! Huge portions (spoilers I didnt finish mine) which justifies the $15 price. The texture of the Parmesan crisp inside the crepe wow just amazing so unctuous! The bbq chicken was a bit too sweet for me next time Ill try a different one. On the other hand I liked hubbys chicken Caesar better and he gave it 10/10! They did not skimp on the chicken either. Definitely more than I preferred but again hubby loved it. Overall we were very satisfied and impressed. Will definitely come again if we are in PS.Staffs were very friendly. We sat in the back next to the parking lot. It was quiet then so we enjoyed it but I can see during peak hours itll be a little annoying if a lot cars. But they have a few tables in the alley way as well.

The best savoury crepe I have ever had! The Buffalo Chicken was outstanding. Came back twice during our trip to Palm Springs because it was that good.

This place was super duper cute and their Crepe was amazing. We got pretty full with just one crepe. Their service was excellent too.

The reviews are true. This is a damn near perfect meal to have. No trip to Palm Springs will be complete if I don’t have Gabino’s before I leave. I was feeling some sort of way about ordering this meal because I’ve had crepes in the past and they’re flat and kind of soggy and filled with Nutella and peanut butter and that was not the vibe I was looking for. The actual meal I got was fresh, full of flavor, crispy where it needed to be, juicy where it needed to be and just all around a next level meal. We are food snobs, and this blew our minds, but we also got one for my husband’s Grammy, who is very picky and she loved it too, she ate it with a fork and munched on the crispy parts straight to mouth. We will definitely be coming here again for a full family meal.

This was one of the best meals Ive ever had!Gabinos has a limited menu of homemade crepes, salads and drinks (cold brew mattes and homemade lemonades). They only serve savory crepes, so there are no sweet dessert type options available, but what they do have is simply amazing.The crepe batter is fried with cheese, which gets all crispy and delicious and adds a perfect contrasting texture to the soft and slightly chewy crepe.I tried the chicken ranch and the chicken pesto varieties which were both 10 out of 10. I would love it if there were other meat options as well as vegan crepe and sauce options.The staff are a group of super cool, really down to earth, helpful dudes.The prices are good for the portion size, the food is incredible. The ambience is beautiful and welcoming... If I lived in Palm Springs, Id be here every single week.Overall 9/10 due to lack of vegan options, desserts and limited hours.Dont forget to ask for extra Special Sauce!

This crepe joint is so cute! And theyre run by such friendly bunch of people. Theres only outdoor seatings, but with Palm Springs magnicficent desert weather I guess no need to worry about rain?I got the BBQ chicken crepe as is, with no added topping and it was TO DIE FOR! Omg, probably the best food Ive had the 5 days I spent in Palm Springs. Those crusty cheese bits are game changer! and the fillings are so fresh and tasty. Everything was seasoned just so perfectly with just the right amount of sauce. My only regret is that I dont live in Palm Springs! Otherwise Id probably be here every single week.

The crepes here…SO DELICIOUS. The batter they use is so flavorful. Honestly, the best Savory crepes I’ve ever had. We tried the Turkey Cheddar and the Chicken Pesto. If it’s busy, expect to wait 20 min or so for your food as they make it. Honestly, get the full, it’s worth the extra $.You order from the window that is in the alley from the street. There is parking in the back!Note it’s all outdoor seating, with misters and shade, so be ready for heat if it’s hot outside.

Delicious! We loved our crepes, and it was well worth the wait. We enjoyed the turkey and cheddar and added avocado. The nutella and banana for dessert. Staff was super nice!! Recommend!
