The food was good don’t get me wrong, the worst experience was the service especially my waitress who happened to be a brunette who seemed to be devoid of all intelligence. I had arrived with my party at 8 and due to the slow service we were only able to get 3 rounds of food. They had told us we needed to leave after the second round of food which was very disappointing. I pray that this place get burned to the ground left with no survivors and I hope that the ignorant arrogant dumb waitress I had get left in a vegetative state for the rest of her worthless life

The food and drinks are delicious. The service was a little slow and we had to ask for our items a few times before we got them but it was the day after Thanksgiving so they could be under staffed. The servers were very friendly otherwise.For my IBS girlies, the womana’ restroom has two stalls and one sink and is wheelchair accessible.

The waiters are very professional and nice but the place itself is nasty. All the dishes have grime on them and the meats are brown, indicating that theyve been sitting out for some time. I used to love coming here but the quantity of meats and cleanliness has gone wayyy downhill

Check the bill carefully! My boy just 5 years old, they changed as the adults price. The music is too loud, make an uncomfortable place for eating, just want you eat and leave as quickly as you can! So many waitresses walking around, but no one services you!

Waitress decided to tip herself 70+ dollars on my card and I still havent received the money back, this was November 18th. Wanted to show my daughter a nice time but got a waitress with cold service she clearly didnt want to be at work that day. I will never step foot into gen again and will be dealing with corporate since the mangers decided to not help at all

Really delicious food that you cook yourself! Cant go wrong with 30 bucks per person and all you can eat. Waiter was super attentive and gave us some recommendations that were really good!

We arrived at 6 it was chill Cool vibe for our 21st birthday. Our light was out, I overcooked much of the meat. Second order was better Too Pricey for me but it was what the guest of honor WANTED.

I wouldnt recommend coming here not accommodating. Came in was told that the patio couldnt be used because only two servers I spoke to the manager asked if it would be too much just to have one server step right out the door to help us. She said it opens later but would set up a table for us out there. While waiting another man who I assume is another manager came and said the patio didnt open on weekday which was and obvious lie because we had already been told it opens night and we had been told a table was being made ready. I have two kids and wanted to be outside for them. At no point was I rude or them for that matter other then the fact that the were choosing to give us the finger by saying we could accommodate but not doing so.

While the service from waiters and servers is delightful, the $30 charge for vegetarians merely sitting at a table feels unwarranted. Furthermore, the overpriced nature of the non-authentic Korean barbecue is disheartening, making comparisons with other restaurants challenging. The presence of such establishments in communities with a predominantly Latin population as if aren’t worth the real deal . All so spending money on food that doesnt match its value. Despite the friendly staff, the overall worth of the restaurant is questionable.

My son and his family invited me to join them in celebrating a special birthday. I have driven by the place alot. Never been there before.The wait is over 1 hr with your name on the list. The atmosphere is like clubbing with music blasting loud and the bar decor.The server we had was super nice and courteous. I couldnt hear when he was repeating the 1st round of things we ordered.Since it is a Korean BBQ place, you cook your own food right in front of you.They limit you now to 1 1/2 hr to eat inside. I was told before the pandemic, it didnt matter how long you were there eating.The food was great. It was difficult to hear him repeat your order or the things you wanted was not brought out to you even you asked a few times already.Better check your receipt re your order too.Otherwise, I enjoyed the food and the company I was with. I always say Good food and good company.I would recommend this place.
