The UNIQUE experience of indoor barbecue.Ideal to have a good eating time with anyone. Wait time to enter was 40 min in a sunday afternoon. The menu is online, so you can research the meats before you come here. Price is $29 per person, which it is something for a restaurant, but we think the cooking and eating experience is worth it. Something extra we appreciate is that the water tastes good! Is not the typical high-school water taste that youll get in most restaurants. You will always be busy since you will be cooking the raw meat they provide while having nice conversations with your friends! The service was good! Sometimes, they can take their time, but it is due to low staff. Meat was fresh, too! Our favorite was the 1. The sirloin. And if you are a big lover of spicy food, try the volcano chicken! A spice that will make you want more! Watch out walking here. For some rare reason, the FLOOR is quite slippery. Parking is quite limited, and people will get aggressive for the best spot. They sell Sapporo as their alcoholic beverage. We recommend it! The BIGGEST downside (elephant in the room) is the limited 90 minutes. If you come with a huge family, it will be tricky to cook plenty of food for everyone, quite frustrating and unfair. We recommend only 3 people per grill. Its worth the visit, though. Expect to spend 2 hours minimum inside the restaurant.

The food and meat quality was good. Service was slow, we had to ask several times for things like garlic, rice paper and rice. Otherwise food and taste was good.

One of the female servers with caked on makeup pretended to “ forget our order “ just because I told her she got my last order wrong. The table next to us was getting their orders nonstop but our table had nothing. Also asked her for napkins three times. Super rude and petty. My daughter was so hungry she ate the whole plate of rice paper which she got full off of. 40$ for a plate of rice paper. I get it that restaurants are usually busy and under staffed but it’s not okay to completely disregard a table like that. She went up to us like ever other table asking us if we wanted more meats but never actually getting it. Don’t be a server if your petty like that.

I’m happy that I ate at this restaurant. $24.99/ person is pretty great considering all restaurants raise the price due to covid. The meat quality was good. Side dishes were flavorful. My server was attentive. I’ll come here again for more food.

It was the first time I been to a Gen Korean BBQ or similar restaurant like them but todays occasion was for our friend birthday in which they’re regulars here, to begin with this place has great service very clean super friendly staff we were asked what type of meats we wanted and we hardly waited 3mins to get each meat non stop the grill surface was replace constantly super fast,overall great experience again specially to be first time for me in which also I’m not a huge red meat fan but this place didn’t disappoint I highly recommend it next time I’ll get marinated chicken and spicy shrimp since is more the meat I eat tho great place for birthday’s or dates or hang out with friends

Really wish I could have tried this restaurant. We reserved a table before arriving. Checked in when we arrived and checked in when it said we had 5 min until we were seated. Checked back in after we seen others getting seated. Our name was removed from the list and were totally disregarded by the employees!!! They were unprofessional laughing and smirking and were not at allquick to fixing their mistake (miscommunication among themselves )I would not come back to this location and will make sure everyone I know, don’t either. If I could, I would give this location a zero.

Good experience. Try the brisket/ hawiian steaks/ and my overall fave the short ribs. Would have liked two seperate burners at the table, but it worked out fine. Wasnt rushed by our waiter to leave our table. He had good recommendations and was back to get us a new round as soon as our food was done. Plenty to eat for the time limit.

Servers were on top of it. We ordered ungodly amounts of food, and while most places avoid us for it, the server we had, Mike Hai, was all for it and on top of it. Our food came out right as we ordered it and our empty plates were taken just as fast. All the food was amazing and there was a lot of it. They also changed out our cooking plate at the right time, every time. 10/10, go here if you want a good atmosphere, nice servers, and excellent food.

I have traveled to multiple countries and always like trying different food spots. I think it is my duty to express that this place is not worth the money. I would much rather recommend a place like Gangnam station if Im spending $100+ for Korean BBQ. The place needs to invest in better quality meats. Other than that, the service was okay, the atmosphere was okay, but the food was not up to par. The side dishes tasted old, and the salad was probably the best thing we ate.With over 400k views from all my contributions, I hope this review helps place steps up its game because it has a lot of potential.

Very disappointing dinner today, was told you can only order one order of galbi per order. One of my favorites was KFC and they changed the way to make it, now it looks like some frozen food grocery store frozen food popcorn chicken glazed with some sauce. Also no more mushrooms.We also waited so long for our food to come. Will not come back ever again.
