This place is legit! It’s obvious the ingredients are fresh and care is taken when making the dumplings. We ordered items #1-4 and the pork dumpling soup.A must try with whatever you order, is the house made unpretentious looking pepper oil which elevates the flavor profile of everything…

We really liked it here. The place is not big but enough tables. there can be some wait as it gets crowded. a lot of parking. The dimsum are fresh and great!. we definitely will comeback. the noodles are good. Beef noodle i think is something i’ll comeback for. Service was quick and friendly, ambience has a modern feel. for sure we will be back for more!

As a Chinese who grew up with dim sum, I think this place has very good dim sum! Dim Sum need to be steamy hot and fried dim sum need to be crispy. This place met this important requirement of good dim sum. The taste is good as well, they also gave you lots of selection! Server is attentive and friendly! Plenty of parking! Recommended!

Thought this place would be gimmicky at first but its actually good, authentic dim sum! The rice rolls and crystal shrimp dumplings are so soft. The best thing was definitely the baked bbq pork buns. The bread is so good and sweet and the meat is nice and tender. I wasnt a fan of the ham sui gok. The flavor felt off and the soup dumplings had too much ginger for my taste. My friend liked both of those. The service was fast and the dumplings were tasty!

Great new dim sum spot. We went on a cold day. It was so delicious and warmed me up. The crystal shrimp dumplings were so good, and the Shanghai soup dumplings are beyond amazing. 10/10 recommend. The bbq pork buns were sweet and delicious, very filling. My friend ordered chicken feet and I was hesitant to try, for my first time ever I’d order this again, the sauce was so good!

As soon as you enter the people are friendly and welcoming. We sat down and the process of ordering was explained, we waited less than 10 minutes and the food started rolling out. Everything was delicious and great...well not the soup, but the wontons in the soup just amazing. The service was stellar and those young ladies work as a team. Every single one of them check on all the tables, its not like hey these are my tables go back to your spot. My wife and I were probably asked about 5 different times if we needed anything else, just pleasant and again the food amazing.

While it is great to have a dim sum place close to home, I was hoping for better flavor.We tried a variety of dim sum, soup, greens and dessert, the taste ranged from a 6 to an 8, where ten is the best.I was also disappointed with the chili sauce. The table had a chili oil that did not have enough chili. I had to request chili paste to get some balanced flavor.The service was very good and the place was clean.Perhaps I caught the place on the wrong day, I dont know. I will try it again, as it is new and it is awesome to bring a dim sum to the area.

We tried this restaurant out for the first time and the food was delicious!I did not know what to expect going in as this was my first time eating dim sum. I think its great that they have a photo of every item on the menu. It really helped me with deciding on what to order. I was not familiar with the food before trying out this restaurant. I really enjoyed every plate that we ordered.I cant wait to be back and try out the rest of the food on the menu!

Decent dim sum place. The shrimp rice rolls are good, same with their siu mai and har gow. However, their char siu bao (baked BBQ buns) are different here. They are crunchy and have a weird layer on top of the bao. The inside of the char siu bao is all empty air and not enough BBQ pork (I would not recommend you order the baked BBQ buns here).

Omg. I love this place. If I could go there every night of every week Id be a happy camper. The food is so flavorful and amazing. The servers always have a smile and every single one is helpful and friendly. Parking is vast. The location is easy to get to. I just love this place. I was tempted to give one star so it would remain a secret buy I just couldnt do that to them.

Tried this place out on à recommendation from a friend and it was amazing. New restaurant fresh tasty food and good quality service. The place was very busy getting orders and food coming out hot and as pictured in there menus. Definitely recommend that you stop by and try it. Easy access from the 10 freeway in Ontario California at mountain Ave.

Was excited to try this new place out but the menu disappointed right away. There’s a variety of dim sum to choose with tiny icons next to the meals which apparently included what type of meat the plate has. Unfortunately I didn’t see that and made the mistake of ordering a sticky rice which tasted way to fishy and had a slimy texture to it. I instantly lost my appetite and I let the waiter know as well I wasn’t a fan of the dish. I was still charged for it. I did my best to try the other plates such as the poorly made dumplings that were in tiny foil bowls that were a little inconvenient. The egg rolls tasted like oven baked egg rolls and we asked for a side of sticky white rice which was probably the only decent thing to eat. We weren’t checked on at all during our dining, I had to call the waiter over each time we needed service. We left very unsatisfied with the food and unfortunately with no more appetite.

This place is just ok in terms of dim sum. Ordered a beef noodle soup, was very salty, kind of like the service I received. After paying a $138 bill, and a 15 percent gratuity that I honestly was being polite about, you would think I would have at least have received a thank you from one of the servers. I did not. Will not revisit this place again. I recommend saving your money and going to Walmart down the way where you can buy some frozen bao and soup dumplings for under $20 and share them with your family without dealing with unnecessary problems from people who should serve you.

I came in as they opened at 9 am on a Sunday and placed a large order to take to church. They were very accommodating and had me out of there in 1/2 hour. The food was well received at church. We will certainly be back.

This is our spot, my girlfriend lives by the place so we where one of the first few to try it. Their food is great and was even better the last time we went, I gave 4 🌟 cause the new people just kinda walk around and dont wanna be bothered, we walked in lady sat us asked if we knew how to order than walked away for around 10min, she finally walked by us again and I said excuse me and she said gimme one sec, then took the order sheet from the table next to us and disappeared again. As we sat there, talking about maybe leaving, here she comes with food for that table, again I say excuse me and she says oh I forgot what did you need great food but guess its time to restaff

First time, and this place did not disappoint. Seasoned bok choy, pork rice roll, sweet sesame ball, Shanghai soup dumpling, pork BBQ bun. Siu Mai pork w/shrimp. EVERYTHING was good. Staff very friendly. Will definitely be coming back.

I recently went to this restaurant for the first time and I must say I was not disappointed. First off their customer service was wonderful, super friendly and attentive staff and if you have a big party they will be more than glad to accommodate you. Going on to the food, If youre looking for something warm for this weather I recommend their beef stew noodle soup. The noodles are on point, cooked to perfection not too soft and not too hard and the beef was very flavorful and tender. I tried their BBQ pork buns (which was a first for me) and they were delicious. We are definitely coming back. Cant go wrong with quality food and quality service. I definitely recommend 👍

Really enjoyed coming here for the first time, looking forward to coming back soon. Even though we came an hour before closing, staff was super friendly, service was quick and food was great! They even gave us 3 free cha siu bao because they felt one of the dishes was taking a while, and it came 2 minutes later! Prices very reasonable for the quality and yumminess of the food. Unless youre going to sit down. Forget ordering take out !!! 5 girls working only a few tables, yet it took them 30mins to get my steamed Buns out. I watched them hand out my food to people who ordered way after me. Definitely no communication between the staff. I wont be coming back. Its definitely not worth waiting for ........... Definitely recommend 10/10, it was my first time trying dimsum in general so I wasn’t too sure what to expect. Not only was I blown away by the food, but the customer service was up to par as well (shoutout to the owner)! Food was fresh and was DELICIOUS. You’ll have to try it for yourself to know what I’m talking about. The wait time to be served was extremely fast and the restaurant was nice and clean. I would 100% drive over an 1hr to getsum dimsum 👍

The server at Get Sum Dim Sum is really mean. People who were waiting to be seated were in the waiting area, and the server told them they had to wait outside because its too crowded inside. Plus, its 37 degrees Celsius outside. Another server used a broom to clean the floor and then used the same broom to clean the seats…

Ordered take out and didn’t get my order for 25 mins. I finally ask and the botched face girl and she said she didn’t know it was ready. It had been sitting there for who knows how long. No body acknowledged I was waiting and sitting there for 25 minutes. Wished I didn’t tip them for take out.

Got there at 7pm and the theres a sign that said Please wait here to be seated. Waited and looked around and nobody came around. After 15 minutes of waiting a server passed by us closing the blinds. Didnt even smile or say anything to us. Then another customer came in the door and she told them they dont accept dine-in with her melancholy smile. We spoke up and told her we were here first and waited for 15 minutes already and you even passed us by. She said I thought you had a to-go Girl, we were there 15 minutes already and this is the first time we see somebody and told us no dine-in. Wasted my time.First of all, if you do that for your convenience, make a sign at the door stating last dine-in at ____ time.Second, hire a customer friendly server.Was my first time there, and the experience could of been better.⭐️

This place is not complicated. Its simple, yet satisfying. I tried the Crystal Shrimp dumplings, Leek shrimp dumplings, pan fried dumplings, and Shanghai soup dumplings. All great choices but my favorite was the leek shrimp dumplings.For a special treat, the Chef provided the Egg tart and the wolfberry and osmanthus jelly.Again, both great choices, but I especially enjoyed the wolfberry osmanthus jelly.A nice spot to come enjoy some dumplings, so go get sum dim sum!

There aren’t any Chinese dim sum places in the Inland Empire so when I heard about this place, I had to give it a try. The food is amazing! The quality of the dim sum is on par and exceeds the dim sum restaurants in the San Gabriel Valley! Not only that, dim sum is all they serve all day, not just in the mornings. There is no wait at all, unlike the hour wait times in the more popular dim sum places. The restaurant atmosphere is simple and the place isn’t huge. Prices are roughly about the same as other dim sum places. The staff is friendly and attentive. But for its quality, locality to me and other IE residents, lack of wait time, it’s 5 stars all the way. I highly recommend this place to any fan of dim sum and Chinese food. 100% authentic!

I came here twice already. The first time was this past Friday. I called ahead to place my order over the phone before I headed over so I didnt have to wait. I ordered #1 Crystal Shrimp Dumplings (har gow), #2 Siu Mai, #14 Shrimp Rice Rolls (cheung fun) and #26 Egg tarts. My total with tax came out to $26.41. There is plenty of seating inside but they didnt have any outdoor seating. They are right in between the Starbucks and My Delight Cupcakery. When I got there my order was ready and all packed up and I just paid and left. I was in and out within a couple minutes. I also received friendly customer service.I was originally planning on taking my food home to enjoy but I saw the steam coming out and knew the food was fresh and hot. I had my dog with me so I ended up eating in the parking lot haha. Wow the shrimp was juicy and flavorful, the textures were on point. The quality was similar to if I was eating dim sum at a restaurant with my family. It was too much food for me so I did end up having some left overs and finished it at home.So today (Sunday) my husband said what I had looked good and he wanted to try it as well so we came back! He got the BBQ pork buns, egg rolls, pan fried dumplings and siu mai. We also shared egg tarts. My husband usually doesnt care for dim sum but there are certain items he likes. He said he really enjoyed his food and would return anytime I was craving....I usually have to go to San Gabriel, Arcadia, Monterey Park for dim sum. We dont have any of options in this area for dim sum and good dim sum at that so Im so happy they opened!!

The dim sum was good but when my husband paid the check he didn’t tell me it was 300 dollars till the next day! I looked over the bill and they charged me for items we didn’t order like tofu(we don’t eat tofu ever) 6 orders of it! I ordered 4 chicken feet & charged for 8 and so on. Ultimately it lands on us because we didn’t question it but you can believe I will pay attention on our next visit.Yes we will return,it is good & closer than our usual spot( China republic)

Growing up in the SGV and moving to the IE, I always craved dim sum. Glad we finally have a dim sum place out here. The food tastes like the dim sum I grew up with. They have a good variety of menu items but I think it can expand. The food is flavorful and has a good texture. Will be coming back again and again since I dont have to go so far to the SGV.

My family was excited to try a new dim sum spot. We placed our order and sat there for 30 minutes while my tea got cold and everyone else around us got thier orders. When I followed up with the staff member about how much longer for our food, she appeared shocked. Food was authentic, you always compare to din Tai fung right? This place is good, reasonably priced and they have chicken feet, little mini mostly bone pork ribs that I think we too small to be ribs. They were garlicky and tasty, lot of flavor. Like i said, not so americanized so I appreciate the effort to be true to spirit of dim.sumThere is no green beans, only Chinese Kale and bok choy. All the classic dim sum, shu Mai, pork soup dumplings etc. Wrapping is thicker than D.T.F. but still tasty. Id go back, it was a nice find. Starting to get popular and crowded

You wont get another dimsum place for another 15-20 mile radius as good as thus one! Thier dimsum is steamed to order and fresh. Never frozen. The owners really took time into putting thier love and hard work into thier restaurant.Food- 10/10Atmosphere -9/10 (can slightly dim the lights)Service- 10/10Parking- 8/10 (it does get packed and shares the same parking structure with other restaurants)

I am very happy to find a good dim sum place near me. Get Sum Dim Sum is located in Ontario near the 10 fwy; in a plaza with plenty of parking (Thats always a plus).As soon as you enter, you are greeted by the friendly staff. They offer a large variety of dim sum items. We ordered the rice roll, the sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaf, siu mai, chicken feet and har gow. We loved every single item we ordered. Highly recommend Get Sum Dim Sum if you are in the area; you wont regret it.
