Cool place with all the coolest tchotchkes. Come here for the drinks and have some pizza too. They have well balanced cocktails, lovely staff, good beer on tap. Will be back eventually for a show.

I love this place. All the pizzas Ive tried have been excellent, and Im a bit of a pizza snob. I eat meat, and even the vegan one is good. The staff is filled with incredible, beautiful people. Wednesday night is karaoke! They have live shows with phenomenally talented musicians every week. The secret salad is great.

Stopped for a quick bite and couple of drinks. We had a 4 cheese pizza and added pepperoni and mushroom. Pizza was delicious and the crust was fantastic, prepared very well. Great place for small groups also.

Great ambience and service. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The menu is very simple and not overwhelming like a lot of other places. The drinks were great, pizzas were really good, and the atmosphere made for an excellent evening with family. If we were to go back to the area we’d definitely stop by again.

Ordered the pepperoni pizza and opted for the swap for chili oil - DELICIOUS. Also added the secret salad, which was well balanced in flavors.Vibe was great with colors, decorations, and liveliness. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting in the area.

Atmosphere is amazing, specially the live music they had going on a Saturday night. Customer service was horrible, you walk in there lost there’s no sign to wait to be seated or self seat. The bartender was not very welcoming and just looked annoyed. Overall the pizza was pretty good and had a good time enjoying the music.

Bomb pizza every time. Great flavors, healthy and fresh ingredients, you just feel good after eating here and not “yuck” like many other pizza places. Staff is cool and friendly, karaoke nights are hilarious and feel very local. One of my fav spots in Yucca.

Vaquero Style.This is THE place to be if youre up in Homestead Valley, visiting Joshua tree, etc. Good service, good food, regular events... I really love this pizza. Whaa!! 🤤 A touch of creative, yet maintains an authenticity. And if youre a gluten sensitive, their GF crust is one of the best. The wheat flour pizzas look gorgeous, and Ive been told are yum with a crust equally is good. Thier beer selection is on point with something for every beer lover. I love that the space is little kiddo friendly, and its always so refreshing to see the little ones enjoying the vibe. Lots of smilng faces, its beautiful to watch.One last little gem about the place...Theres great covered outdoor seating for the cooler desert day. Love that! And the outdoor music venue is always a treat! Overall, though, this is a chill, fun, desert stop and worth a drop in.Ive changed my review of the service since a few months back. It was hit or miss for awhile there. Perhaps some internal challenges buuuuttt... Our service has been really good as of late!! Great work! Wonderful atmosphere!

We enjoyed unique pizzas and desserts at Giant Rock Meeting Room this past Thursday. The menu has changed, so I’ll try posting it. We agree with the reviews about the pizza; be prepared for a strong blue cheese flavor in the Hey Boo Boo, but it was very good. The cauliflower crust was wonderful, too! Kuddos for friendly service and *very special desert-themed locally-made desserts, including Mojave Mallows all packaged for the campfire! How handy, and the two marshmallows were quite big and so the best value, in my opinion. We got the “S’mored out” which had chocolate and graham crackers within each & tasted just as you’d think: like a S’more! I admire how they held together well and melted nicely over heat despite chocolate; and they were delicious! I think I’d try Vanilla Bean next time. I hear it is made with real vanilla bean pieces! The vegan ice cream dessert was smaller and pricy, but a cold dessert is great on hot days. The Lemon Crunch flavor was very good (whereas we could hardly taste the Cardamom ice cream.) Kuddos that both dessert types included vegan choices. Plan on some wait time, but less than at other places where we had dined (weekdaysj. We nearly ran out of daylight to go see the giant rock afterwards, but we did add that too to our memorable experience!

Love this place! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! Most importantly the pizza is incredibly delicious! Many options to choose and they are very accommodating about additional toppings or substitutions. The vegan pizza is spectacular and there’s plenty of vegan/vegetarian topping options. Live music and lively patrons also makes for a memorable experience. For people with good taste this place will feel like home. Solid 5 Stars!

Super vibey spot in an area with not a lot of food/drinks/entertainment. Mezcal cocktails were fabulous, and the local beer & wine selection was awesome. Had two sandwiches- brisket with a green aioli and a local mushroom with garlic aioli. Both were delicious and the price point was great. My fiancé does not like mushrooms and he gobbled up half my sandwich. :) Will absolutely return when in the area!

Nice place to eat, drink, and relax in the desert. They have a live band, and their servers were super nice and friendly. Pricing is high for what you get and they add a healthcare payment to the bill for their employees healthcare benefits. That rubbed me wrong mainly because the customer has to then request that amount be removed from the bill if they don’t agree with paying it. I won’t go back again for that reason. Putting your customers on the spot like that is rather classless. If the owner wants the customer to pay for healthcare there could be a blank spot on the bill that each customer could volunteer to fill in or leave blank for employee benefits. Bottom line is that the business owner should be responsible for employees healthcare.

Was in the area for a friend’s bachelor party and our group went three nights in a row which I think is saying something! Great drinks, amazing pizza, wonderful staff from front of house to our guy making our pizzas, who was nice enough to chat with us for awhile. Would get 5/5 stars if the bar and wait staff didn’t treat you like an invisible nuisance to their hangout session. I’ve been going here for YEARS but if they don’t personally know you or recognize you as a “local” they will let you stand for 20 minutes at the bar, never greet you, look you in the eyes then look away, do medial tasks while people are trying to order or pay, go back to talking to their friends, look at you again, go into the back, use the restroom, come out and look at you again, talk to their friends again, go to take an order from someone who just walked up… insanely rude or unobservant. Either way the service was just crummy. You get a lot of that in the high desert but the passive aggressiveness makes me not want to go back. But I will because the pizza is that good it will just be a while before I want to again. 🤷‍♂️ Owner, please talk to your staff for gods sake.

The staff here is so friendly. I love a place that greets you with a smile when you walk in. (Kat, Thank you!!) Bartenders were attentive and helpful. Crowd was festive but mellow. Decor was fun but simple and comfortable. No riff raff. The Pizza and salads are thoughtful and they are quick to offer tastes of beers if you havent tried it before. Highly recommend. I would even bring my teens here for the pizza and live music. They also offer GLUTEN FREE pizza. I will be back soon.

When we entered this place tonight it was packed. Although all the tables were taken the friendly staff quickly made room for us by gathering a table and chairs from the patio and warmly welcomed us. The room had a cozy lively VIBE. The pizza was AMAZING and I believe currently the BEST in the hi-dez. I’m looking forward to my next visit here which will definitely be sooner than later. The pizza was great but, it’s expensive, a personal size pizza at $22.00 it’s a bit too much. It has a Coachella vibe, everyone it’s very fashionable. My husband and I have wanted to try this restaurant for a while and finally had morning off together. The coffee and latte were great.. the decor is great. No one in the staff acknowledged our presence by a simple good morning - not sure why considering the other reviews. The breakfast burrito was a little small but delicious. Bravo. This is the most charming and authentic Coffee House I have been fortunate enough to frequent. Even in my worldly travels this is my favorite place to relax, soak up the beautiful Flamingo Heights scenery, and spoil myself sipping delicious espresso and munching home-baked pastries. Bawk bee queue pizza or something similar - wonderfully good and just as weird as the whole place! (BBQ & pineapple). Very nice New Zealander as a waitress and good pizza in an atmosphere appropriate to the area with songs that Tarantino almost chose as a soundtrack. If youre nearby, take it with you!
