We loved our sweet and sour pork, Mongolian beef, and fried rice. Our perfectly prepared dishes came quickly and were piping hot. Our server was very attentive and seemed genuinely happy to help us order.All in all it was a very good dining experience. 😁 Were looking forward to our next trip back to this cozy little spot.

I have been here numerous times. The food and service are always top notch. My go-to orders are crab meat cheese puffs, pot stickers, and Diet Coke. The crunch on the cheese puffs is always satisfying, and the cheese and imitation crab inside taste wonderful. The pot stickers are tasty and light. The Diet Coke is never empty because the servers are quick to refill the glass. I drink about 3-4 glasses each meal.I have tried a few other things on the menu as well, and they all taste good. My family enjoy the bbq pork fried rice and shrimp with green beans.

My friend recommended to this restaurant. So its my first time here I order the foods here. I ordered 4 items to go. The foods was really good, but unfortunately, one of the item, the wonton soup, there a hair in there, I have to throw it away. Sometime when order to go seems like they dont care to check if everything is ok. Just hope in the future the restaurant will be more careful.

My personal favorites are Mongolian beef or Kung Pao prawns (I ask for extra spicy), and hot and sour soup. If you want more peppers with Mongolian, ask. This is a family style place and they will try to accommodate a request when possible.

The Tangerine Chicken is one of the best dishes Ive ever had. So glad its nearby. The Chow Mein is also good. However, many of the other dishes lack flavor. The descriptions often dont match the dishes. Also, they dont cook their vegetables enough, and they leave too much water in the food, for takeout orders.

Yummy!! My favorite was the calamari which wasnt hard to chew and had a very nice bite. We also had the fried rice which was Amazing and the orange chicken dish which was a bit too sweet but went well with the fried rice. I wouldve liked a bit more spice in all the dishes.

This is my family’s favorite restaurant in the area for both takeout and dine-in - delicious food, friendly service, comfortable ambience, they’re always so nice to my kids and make us feel like family. Highly recommend!

This used to be a good place, but not anymore. Today I ordered chicken fried rice to go. There was little to NO chicken in the rice. The hot and sour soup was mediocre. I will never take food to go from this place ever again.

Ive been ordering take out from here for over two years, and each time its delicious. We usually get the fried cheese puffs (crab wontons), wonton soup, and rotate between entrees like their cashew chicken, beef and broccoli, fried rice. Plus, the service for takeout is so quick that by the time we leave our place just two blocks away our food is ready when we arrive.

Always love Gin Mon. Been going the There for over 25 years. Same sweet staff and the food is always amazing. They remember our boys. Very easy going, you can actually sit down, eat,converse and not feel like you are getting chased out.

Weve been going to this restaurant for the past 10 plus years and have always had a pleasant visit each time. The staff is always friendly, and the Mongolian Beef and Mongolian Chicken remain to be the best.

I am so sad to hear that the original owners are retiring. I have been going here over 20 years for the best Chinese food in the Bay Area! I have even traveled over an hour just go eat here! I hope the new owners maintain the same great food and service.

This is one of those Chinese restaurants, where the menu is in English only.They serve a very limited selection of Northern style food.They had a spring roll that was identical to the one I had in boarding school in London.I lived in Belmont for 17 years. Never visited until now. Went there partly because Peter claims that I try new stuff, partly because the restaurant I was aiming was closed that day.

Dont come here if you are looking for authentic Sichuan food. This is American Chineses food, missing almost all traditional Sichuanese dishes. Having said that, food is decent, service is good.

I’ve been coming here my whole life and recently they’ve had younger people working in the restaurant which is amazing but not when they get your order wrong then have your food be ready for 10 plus minutes while I’m sitting not even 3 feet from them and there just eating food and being oblivious would not recommend at all you will get cold food
