Everything was great except the wait time. They took a long time to cook our food and to ring us up. I would encourage for this place to have better management to make sure everything is going smoother and things are done faster. Other than that the food was good, atmosphere was nice, and the staff was friendly.

The place has good food other than the issue where when the food was cooking one of the cooks scooped up some food off the ground and put it back on the grill when he thought I wasnt looking lol I aint going to confront the issue as I was thinking he might have a mental issue so I didnt mention anything about it other than that I highly recommend this place. Just have to keep a special eye out.

Great food like I remember. Service was okay as they forgot our hot tea. No more shared small kettle, U get your own cup with a tea bag. Rice and soup were both cold so WTH. All U can eat after 4pm, still gets expensive for a solo bowl. Might not go back anytime soon...

We go here for date night twice a month we both love love the food and the kids that all work there are so nice and helpful always asking if we are good if we need anything. I had surgery on my knee and they helped me with making my bowl and getting to my table and everything I just love this place. Keep up the great work guys

Such a great vibe. The staff are very friendly and easily approachable. Ivan is such a great worker and goes the extra mile. All the staff treat this place like it’s their own. The food is good but the staff just let customers put their hands all over the uncooked food that everyone is pulling from. My wife and I left after a woman repeatedly coughed onto her gloved hand and threw loose noodles back into the serving pan. Disappointed because I wanted to frequent this place but unsanitary people run wild.

For food quality and taste this place is in the negative - The people who work here are very friendly. My dish tasted old. Almost like they needed to clean the round cook top. The tables were set for us. The the chilies sauces were really dirty. Underneath the lid was black mold stuff. The potstickers they gave us were tasted old like if they were reheated. Some were even burned bad. Soup tasted old as well. And how in the world to you mess up white steamed rice. I have no clue how that happens. The rice cooker does the work. Most likely that was reheated as well because it was hard and very dry. They cups they served our drinks were greasy. Ya no not going back here ever. Not good food by any means and the price is way to high for the quality of food. I believe the owners keep a close eye through the cameras that are in the restaurant. So I hear. They should know that the quality is in the trash. Thumbs down. Yuck.

This place has been going downhill lately. Add more sauce! The last time i ordered on door dash my food had zero flavor because they barely put any sauce my noodles had almost no color and a bunch of stuff I didn’t ask for in it. Cilantro, peanuts and zucchini. They need to hire better workers.

It was really good. The cook was very attentive and helpful. The girl working the counter and the whole testraunt was awesome. I think I over heard her name as Mary Jane. When I got there there was two people in front. One was cleaning the tables and the other was cleaning the spot where they cook the noodles. They had no bowls and no chicken and noodles. Additionally the food area where you go to fill up your bowl was completely filthy. I specifically asked for them to refill the chicken and the refilled the beef instead. They were well aware that I was standing there for a while waiting on them to refill the chicken, veggies and noodles. I would understand if they would have been busy, but I was the only one there. I saw them go to the back and joke around for a long time, did not reassure me that they were bringing everything out. I have gone there for the past 6 years and have noticed it getting bad over the years. Nothing compared to the recent encounter but sadly was one of my favorite spots to eat here in the 209, but cant say the same. So ended up waking out.

This place is horrible. The tables were all full of peoples dirty dishes they didnt pick up. The table we sat at was sticky. The dishes looked dirty. The bar wasnt being cleaned up. Its a mess. And for what they charge for food is outrageous wen there food doesnt even taste that great. I do not recommend this at all. I will never return here.

This place went downhill fast. I showed up for dinner on a Saturday night with my wife and my baby. There was only 4 people in line but I waited over an HOUR just to get a bowl in for my baby. There actually wasnt even bowls put out until I stood there waiting for like 15 minutes. The place was destroyed with food everywhere on the floor and the counter. I didnt even get to eat anything myself because I didnt want to spend another hour waiting in line. I asked for at least a cup of ice for my Dr pepper and I never got that either until I reminded them about it 30 minutes later. I think they were being overloaded by delivery orders. Still, no excuse for a complete disaster of a dining experience. Too bad because I used to like that place.

Im giving this rating 2 stars because we like the food. Otherwise it would be 1 star for the following reasons. Staff was pleasant not out going or positive but just pleasant. With that said the cleanliness...we should have left once we walked in the door. Keep in mind there were 5 customers in the establishment at the time. Our family wont be eating at the Manteca location again if there is food droppings all along the food bin aisle floor, the sauce counter was not appealing- droppings of food as well as sauce all along the counter. We tried looking for a high chair that looked whipped down at the end of the day but found none. You have 3 teenagers working that day and the place looked as if it hadnt been clean in 2 days. The manager should make an effort to TEACH the staff how to properly clean. If the establishment is not at the very least clean what makes the owners think customers trust the handling of the food being prepared.

I love bringing my grandkids here. They TRY NEW veggies because they are sauteed with the meat and sauces. the veggies are crispy enough, where the kids like to try them! Bathrooms are decent, tables and floor are quickly picked up, very nice! And the staff is wonderful they are quick on everything!!

Pros: They had great customer service. Plenty of parking. The food was hot and not terrible.Cons: Lack of selection. There was only one type of noodle to choose from. I used plenty of sauces, yet they did not add much flavor. Not great value. Also, if you have a food allergy, then I would not suggest going here since they move your food across the whole grill. I was still hungry afterward.Ive had Mongolian grill before that was much better (cheaper, cleaner, MUCH tastier, and more food). My dinner (with only water to drink) was almost $30 for my girlfriend and I. For this price I couldve gotten poke or something else that I wouldve liked much more.

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the girl that was working at the front had amazing costumer service and the food was good or else it would of been 0 or 1 stars, all because of the guy cooking the food today 11/11/19 at 430pm was rude to all the customers, he had no care whatsoever about the way he was cooking or anything. he did not even asked if we wanted garlic or nothing, he seem like he was getting mad when asked to put some garlic powder in the food and will give attitude when giving you the plate. At least for me I will not be coming back do to this place just because of this so called cook and poor customer service. (Except for the girl with the glasses, she was nice and polite and on top of things, at least something was good about it).

Service is great. Food is delicious. Always a great experience. My absolute favorite thing about this location is the music. I dont know who is in charge of the playlist, but I believe they are my musical soul mate. I come here at least a few times a month and at least one Incubus song plays every visit. The restaurant is generally not very clean from the floors to just touching the table its sticky. The hot sauce containers at table are nasty. The first thing that greets you is what you cant do, multiple bowls that many places allow. Screams cheap. The selection of food is small compared to better Mongolian BBQ places. Food is just meh. I live in Tracy but had to do business in Manteca today. Wanted to skip the burgers and decided to go to the GK for my virgin experience. I was so happy I did. The staff was eager to greet me as I entered. As a newbie, I stood at the head of the line, staring, and was instructed to grab my bowl and place my choices in it. As I neared the register, at least two employees said to pile it on and to add any of the sauces I liked since I was not going to be charged by weight. The food was delicious, fresh, assorted and HOT, even after driving to the nearby bass shop, nearly a mile away. It remained hot for some time afterwards as well. Happy I made the decision. I will be returning along with my grandkids for a sit-down meal.

I make it like I like it. Lots of garlic, and ginger, any kind of red meat I like! Turkey and chicken too. Vegs are fresh and many seasonings to choose from. It gets busy and sometimes the line is long, waiting for your bowl to be cooked, but worth the wait.

If you have eaten at a different Mongolian BBQ before, you will not like this place. The cooks on the stir fry are slow, the buffet is filthy, ground is littered with food, said food was low quality, and to beat me down further it was expensive in comparison having paid 30$ for two people. Couldnt even finish the first bowl we had, one of my onions was completely raw, and the rice was not fully cooked either. Though I do admit, the host was really friendly, their soft drink machine works, and they even gave us a pitcher. So they got that going for them I guess.

My mother-in-law cant eat anything spicy or her mouth blisters. Every time we come here, they wash the grill before cooking her food and they are always very friendly about it. I love the fresh vegetables and meat cooked while we watch. There is a sign that says not to use clean bowls to mash your food down into the bowl. I always do this, so to avoid violating their rules, my boyfriend and I use each others bowls. Pushing the meat down into the bowl makes more room for vegetables for me and noodles for him. Its the best way to get more bang for your buck at lunch time when you can only have one bowl. My only complaint is how long you can be standing in line waiting to have your food cooked because the grill doesnt seem to be hot enough.

Great food, you put together the bowls yourself and they cook it on a giant grill. They have both lunch and dinner, lunch is a bigger bowl but you only get one and its cheaper; dinner is all you can eat with smaller bowl but more expensive. Its fun to mix the food options they have, from the meat to the vegetables and extras, plus the sauces and oils. This place can get really crowded sometimes, so go in when the Tidal Wave is gone during slower times!
