2022-08-02 17:49:06What a gem situated in ktown! A friend first introduced me couple years ago when I was just visiting, and I fell in love with the flavor profile even though I don’t eat much spicy food. portions are sizable so overall it’s quite affordable. so pleasantly surprised by their recent additions on the menu! without too much added flavor I really tasted the goat&pork itself, all three of us at the table were blown away by how simple these dishes look yet how tasty they were. highly recommend! now both spicy lovers&non spicy lovers have something they can enjoy here.

2021-08-22 19:45:25My first time trying goat stew. It did not taste gamey to me and it was absolutely a heartwarming soul food dish! The goat texture is slightly on the tougher side but delicious nonetheless. I would eat this again! The waiter was very amiable and attentive as well, and my friends and I chitchatted here for a couple hours with no pressure to leave.

2020-10-14 02:55:25I had the goat stew takeout and everything was neatly packed. The website was easy to use and confirmed the delivery time accurately. The stew was still hot and they had spicy paste on the side so you can adjust the spice level. The goat was tender and shredded. And lots of kimchi side dishes.

2018-02-09 02:11:00Han Mi Jung has a limited menu of Korean comfort foods, most notably for its goat stew and goat marinara (goat meat marinated then cooked). Both dishes use perilla leaves and seeds to help cut through the inherently gamey nature of the meat. I tried both dishes and found the meat to be lean, yet tender. Overall, the dishes including the banchan appetizers were moderately spiced and seemed to have little to no msg. There’s a write up on the menu about the supposed benefits of goat meat making it sound like a cure all. Can’t vouch for the medical properties, but the goat meat was much lighter in fat compared to beef and porkI’d be open to going back for the goat dishes again along with trying the Pork bulgogi, which also seems to be popular.Free parking in back lot and street parking.

2020-02-01 23:50:11One of the best food experiences Ive had in LA. The host is incredibly welcoming and friendly. The food is some of the best Korean Ive ever had. The barely tea is to die for. All in all, my favorite restaurant in KTown.
