My husband and I found this gem many years ago and have been going ever since. The food is always cooked to order, fresh, and authentic. It’s inexpensive but don’t be fooled by the price, as it tastes better than most of the pricier Chinese restaurants in the area! The next best Chinese restaurant is R&G located in Chinatown, SF. The waitress sounds mad but she’s really very friendly and will get you anything you need to make your dining experience exceptional! We especially like the potstickers and house chicken. You won’t be sorry if you try them. ;). But really, we’ve never been disappointed when venturing off the usual order to try something new.

My family has been going here for years. I will say that after Grace left, the food has gone down hill. The house chicken is different every time you get it. Tonight was the worst. Wont be going back. Sure miss Grace!!

Very terrible customer service. My husband and I went there one evening and the lady /owner was very rude. She started to wait on us and then walked away to clean a table off then she came back and we ordered but she walks away again when we tried to pay her to clean some more. I wanted to substitute something on my order like I had done before and this time she says no that item is not allowed on that platter. Shes very rude and the food wasnt even good this time. Its been my favorite place for a long time but since this lady took over, we dont like going there anymore. She really ruined a good thing. I adore the last owner she was so sweet and kind and she remembered our names after moving out of state for 10 years . The food was 100% better when she was there. I will find another Chinese food restaurant to go to from now on.

I like this place a lot the food is AMAZING and the price is reasonable. This place has so many good dishes that some times I over spend because I cant just pick one entree. The one thing that people might not like is the one lady that takes your order. She might be a little rude but I dont think she knows that what she said is rude. I really dont care Im there for the food and not the service and thats why they get five stars.

Me and a couple co-workers went here for lunch. On arrival I noticed that the location was clean. We were greeted on entry and seated promptly. They also have a quick to go area where you can get your food and go panda express style. Everything went well as expected. Food tasted great! We were all very happy campers! I invited my friends to go eat at this Chinese restaurant because I had it before and thought it was delicious. When we got there, we waited to be seated and she was very rude. She did not want my friend to have a water with no ice. She was lazy and smelled very bad with ungroomed hair and food on her shirt. We ordered and we were enjoying our food. My friend found 4 thick black hairs in her food. We were ready to leave at this point. I am a waitress and I understand when you’re having a bad day, but she was terrible. We got our check and we didn’t leave her a tip. She YELLED at us for not leaving her a tip and started screaming. It was honestly scary. I am 17 years old and I felt assaulted.

Some food is OK. We go here because it’s close to our business. They need to update their prices, place doesn’t seem that clean, and the lady who takes the orders is rude!

The food was ok. I give it a one star because the customer service was atrocious. The waiter/owner was very rude. She got a little angry when I tried to share food with my boyfriend and pulled our plates away from both of us and said we werent allowed to share. She kept interrupting us when we were placing our order. If you go there dont dine in. Youll be in for an unpleasant time.
