Chinese and Thai food pretty good for fast food
My favorite little Chinese food spot! The food is always fresh, the prices are great and the portions are huge! I love all of the friendly employees here!
I ordered curry and hot and sour soup after calling and asking what was in the ingredients I was surprised. The curry was just chili water and unpealed potatoes 3 of them and full of chunk carrots no coconut milk and it was just not what curry they had before it was awful.The hot and sour soup was made with egg abd other ingredients they did not mention.. and was another disappointment I ended tossing it all out what a waste of Money. When I called it was an excuse and not even a we can make another for you or refund you it was too bad so sad. I will think twice before I go here again! NOT A HAPPY LONG TIME CUSTOMER!
Would have been 4 star. But i gave it 2 for rudeness because when it came my turn to order for me and my family, I requested that the lady who was serving us food please wash her hands before serving our food (not asking too much, i dont think especially since I had witnessed she had just handled cash from the previous customer). well she proceeded to say stuff in Chinese in a loud voice which caused the cooks to peek out from the kitchen and look at me (wondered if she cussed me out for requesting something she should already be doing anyway). Will not be returning. Btw, the food was mediocre tasting at best.
Usually its not that bad. However today we are praying we dont get sick. Because of the virus there are not many Chinese fast food places open. So we picked up food here. Most everything was bad. Overcooked orange chicken, bad tasting noodles and egg drop soup that smelled and tasted like it was made from very bad trash and dish water. Wont be going back for a long time, if at all.
Food is good. Dont get boba here. Ive had it twice, its very sugary and the boba bubbles are old, they just keep them in a tray on the side and so they just end up clumping together into a huge Jelly ball and they just put that big ball in your cup its gross.
Food was delicious. We order fried shrimp, beef egg rolls, chicken teriyaki bowl, pad see ew with shrimp,chow mein, broccoli beef and wings all this food for $50.00. The food was nice and hot. We will definitely be back.
My teriyaki chicken had zero teriyaki sauce on it. So i basically just bought a pile of cold chicken. Everything else is cold, the delivery was fast so I know its on Golden Chop Stix end. This is probably the worst chinese food ive had. Good to China Garden. They have way better service and way better food
I have eaten here on several occasions. Each time the food was fresh & very good. The portions are very generous, everything is neat and clean, and the women who work there are always very kind and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Dont waste your money. I asked to taste the BBQ chicken. The server pulled a large piece from a seperate pan & cut off a piece for me to try. This chicken was really fresh & tasty. But when I bought the meal she used chicken from a different pan that had obviously been sitting a while. It was not fresh & it was tough & chewy. The only way I would go there again is if I made sure to get the fresh chicken.
I really like their food. I always get awesome customer service here. The place is well kept and the employees are always friendly. Keep up the good work.
HORRIBLE STAFF. SO MEAN AND RUDE FOR NO REASON. you have to pay for every little thing, even a small damn sauce for 50 cents. if you think about coming here, don’t come here, food aint even worth it
I ate here because I wanted something cheap and in a hurry but I didnt expect that meant I would be eating fake chicken. Now, I dont have proof nor can I say they are bad people, but I am positive, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that what I ate was not chicken. Please do not eat here.
Ordered from them on doordash. Ordered the shrimp fried rice combo with a sprite. A combo 2 spicy orange chicken and beef and broccoli, a Thai tea and 3 wontons.What we received was a sprite, thai tea, 3 wontons, 2 egg rolls and a box with normal rice spicy orange chicken and bbq chicken. Howwwww do you mess up thaaaaat bad. The bbq chicken was pretty good but man.
Eh. The food was not that great and nothing else about the place manages to make up for it. I wont eat there again and dont really recommend it. Theres much better places in the area for quick Chinese food.

The menu is where you could see it. Theyre attentive and professional. I especially enjoy the tofu chicken vegetable dish. You have to ask for it. And its just as good if not better.

The food are good and fresh but, the service is very bad. In the restaurant is so hot. No AC for a months now. The lady in the front is not friendly at all. I ask for half rice and half noodles but she dont even understand what i said.
I went here before and it was great the staff awesome, went today and the flavors not there anymore and the ladys were a bit rude. I guess its a hit or miss experience.
Had hot n sour soup and spicy orange chicken from here for dinner tonight and now 2 hours later Im sick with food poisoning. I will not be a returning customer and do not recommend anyone eat here!
Ive had better Chinese food than this. Food was not tasty at all, needed more flavor. Beef and broccoli was all broccoli almost no beef. Plus the rice was blan. The chow mein was the only thing I ate that was good.
This used to be my favorite place because I’m vegetarian and their tofu is sooo good! But now they won’t include it as an entree. You have to pay more and order it as a separate side which is way more expensive. 😞 it’s a shame for people with dietary restrictions.
I just moved to San Jacinto and I had been looking for a good Chinese food. I tried one....but not AS GOOD AS THIS PLACE! Portions are amazinggggg and food is delicious and has such a great flavor! Highly recommend this place! Food is always fresh!

Golden Chopsticks is the best Chinese place in Hemet. They just need more help because theres only two people working the register.

Waitress was rude to me the customer who was ordering to go made me wait why she took an order for a party of about 10 for their drinks while I was waiting for condiments. Very rude and inconsiderate.

From doordash I ordered crab angles, orange chicken and fried noodles. Crab horns are so delicious! The average crab horns in California are too small and too sweet; this restaurants crab horns are bigger. The fried noodles and orange chicken are also delicious!

2023-10-21 23:33:04Beware of this place because when I went my food tasted a few days old the orange chicken was stale, the chow mein was stiff tasting, and the food was just an odd texture. when i opened a pice of my orange chicken the chicken meat was a black greyish color. Be careful if you go here.

2023-06-01 21:50:29I got a 3item. I said nothing at all to expect this experience. They over packed the box with rice and chow mein leaving very little room for the entree items.Then while scooping the entree items, he emptied the scoop multiple times to put less meat. Only trying to scoop vegetables. All choice of entrees had more then enough food in them. They do not let you know what items they charge extra for either. Which is about 3-4 items on the hot counter. They wait until your at the register. When I got to the register I got charged for every little thing. All sauces I was charged extra. Had to pay an extra fee for using my card. When I order online I dont have an extra fee. Also got charged $0.25 for the fork.This place is a joke. And bad representative for the chain itself. Mr. Woos is down the street. They will receive all my business and my recommendation for a Chinese place in the area.Really bad service. Give your customers what they pay for. Dont be shady. Its ok to give meat to the customers.

The customer service is atrocious, when we ordered we only asked for certain things they gave us more than we asked for. The food was not good. When we asked for another fortune cookie for our daughter the gal made a big deal about we only get one cookie and made us pay for one along with the little extra soy sauce packets. And charged for refills. The couple running it is so ridiculous about charging for every little thing. You can go to panda exspress be treated better and not be charged for every little thing. Would not recommend it at all. If anyone thinks this place is good its because theyve never had anything else.

2021-12-18 17:10:52I ordered twice from this place using Doordash. Twice they have given me food that I didn’t place an order for. For some reason the employees here keep on sending me veggie egg rolls when i clearly ordered chicken egg rolls. I asked these people in my last order NOT to send me veggie egg rolls if they are out of chicken egg rolls. They sent the veggie ones any way. I also ordered BBQ pork, but this is the second time they were out of it. If they were professional, they would ask the dasher to call the customers and let us know that they are out of a certain product and if we would like something else. I won’t be placing anymore orders to this restaurant through the apps. I don’t want to keep on receiving items I didn’t place an order for.

2022-03-03 23:35:29Lady was very rude. My mom ask to use the bathroom and she said yes but then continue to say don’t make a mess in a snarky attitude. I been here multiple times and they do packed the plate full but sometimes the food looks old and the chow mein is always has no flavor.

2020-08-25 04:02:14The ladies are always so sweet and the food is very tasty. But the last couple of times weve had it, they seem to be being a little light handed when boxing your order. My fiance had hardly any chow mein. And its noticeable because they usually ALWAYS pack your box as full as they can. Idk maybe she was having an off day or theyve had to tighten their belts. No matter the reason, theyre food is still delicious and the staff is still friendly and welcoming.
