Golden Chopsticks easy to find off of Bear Valley Rd. Lots of parking, COVIT conditions so no indoor dining or bathrooms. However there a few are tables to eat outside. Everything looked so good ❣️ friendly staff very patient while we made our decisions. My grandson and I chose to share a meal as they are LARGE proportions.So we finally chose... All chow mein, orange chicken, beef and broccoli, egg rolls & And he had a side order of cream cheese wontons. Wow it was good and we still took leftovers home.

Sneaky and shady service. They keep pushing food on you and they charge you for things you didnt order. The food is acceptable but the service is far from it. Very disappointed.

This is my first time at this location. I have eaten it one other Golden chopsticks and I had a terrible experience so I have driven by this one for 2 years and not stopped. I went tonight because I was craving pork fried rice and I knew they had it on the menu. It was $12. I ordered a chicken egg roll which brought my total over $14 for rice and one egg roll no beverage. I was surprised by how fast I got my order because typically it takes 5 to 8 minutes whenever I ordered pork fried rice at any other drive-thru Chinese place. I got home to find very overcooked dark brown greasy rice with hard clearly burnt and burnt tasting tough barbecue pork. I live about 15 minutes away from this location otherwise I would have turned around and driven back and got something else or my money back because truly this was the most disappointing sad thing I have purchased in a long time. Ive been trying for about 20 minutes to eat it and I just cant its making my stomach hurt I dont even know if I can give it to my dogs. I tried to eat the egg roll and it tasted like fish so Im guessing they use the same oil to fry everything in that is deep fried. I understand times are tough and prices for everything is expensive but if youre going to raise prices and charge a fortune for things you should not skip on the quality of the food and definitely not slack off on how you prepare it. The only reason I even gave two stars is because the lady that took my order was very nice and she took time to explain what was in the rice and made sure that they did not put peas and carrots in it so the two stars are for her. Whoever cooked it needs to get negative Stars.

I’ve always preferred this place over Panda, but not anymore. Placed an order tonight and it was disgusting, couldn’t even finish it. Rice and orange chicken wasn’t fresh at all, there was barely any chicken inside and overall it just tasted drastically different. Chef was on some sh*t tonight. And, I didn’t get sweet and sour for my wontons :/ just a really bad experience and safe to say I’ll be eating Panda when I want Chinese food. F golden chopstix 🤢

Just visited yesterday, worst experience ever. I will not be going back. Not only was the worker rude, the food was miserable and didnt my get complete order. I spent over 50 dollars to get mediocre excuse for Chinese food. The laughable shrimp fried rice which is $11.99 for a tray (which is really a 3x6 conatiner) is the plain fried rice with one shrimp on top are you kidding. I went to get my money back for an item that they did not give me but the phone number is not valid. How can any business not have a working phone. So I tried to go back to the shop and they tried to give me the food. Wow. Worst customer service and food Ive had in the high desert. Will not be going ever again

I’ve been to multiple golden chopstix locations, it’s my favorite Chinese food joint but I’ve got to say this specific location does not meet the standard of taste and food quality that all the other golden chopstix have set. The food is very bland and the chow mien had a weird smell/taste to it. I love golden chopstix but will definitely never come to this one again. Wish I could give it 0 stars

Been to this location several times and I am normally satisfied with the food. You get hefty portions for the price compared to panda Express across the way. My only complaint would be to turn the product before dumping in the freshly cooked. When the tray is low youre left with the food thats been sitting for a while on the bottom of the heating tray. I went the other night and my chowmein was from the bottom of the tray and was mushy and the noodles were 1/2 long. If you see the tray to be fairly empty, wait for a fresh batch.

I have been coming here for quit a while and today was the worst!! The woman or girl who took my order through drive-dru had such an attitude. I understand they were busy but the attitude was disgusting. And not to mention the food I wish I would of taken a picture didn’t even get what I ordered and like they just threw it in the bowl and just gave it to us. If I wasn’t far from there I would of gone back definitely. My brother even said thank you after we got our food and they completely ignored us and gave us a attitude face. Never ever stepping foot or given them my money again, rather go somewhere else and spend my money.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and Wednesday evening I had the absolute worst customer service ever. There was one lady busy taking drive thru orders, another filling up the tea and beverage station and another who appeared to be on a break in the lobby. After patiently waiting for 5 minutes I was not once acknowledged nor was I helped, so I walked out. Worst part was both ladies behind the counter saw me and still chose to ignore I was even there. Also I was the only customer inside the lobby. I won’t be back.

Me and my husband got take out, first she lied about the size differences, like why its just sizes. She showed me the the small but yet she had told me that was the medium before. I didnt think of it much so we paid. After we paid she immediately walked away and we asked for our receipt please. Like hello? Then we ate in the car, it was actually good, the spicy orange chicken was flavorful I liked it. As well as the chow mein, it was very good in flavor. Later on yesterday night I threw up. I thought it was just myself until my husband who also ate the food threw up at 2 in the morning as well. Now not very good, maybe it was poor quality or just been sitting out for a long time or maybe the woman who showed us the price differences with the boxes didnt wash her hands because once she showed them to me she put them down after touching the inside and top flaps. But when she went to scoop the food, she decided to put gloves on. Like how is there any difference? I wouldnt come here again personally. The only actual good thing that came from here was probably the drinks. I had a fanta Pina colada.

Both locations have really gone down hill with new employees. Quality of food is disgusting. The food all looks old and stale. Bones inside the chicken which isn’t supposed to be there has now cost me hundreds of dollars in dental work. Restaurant doesn’t look the cleanest inside as well. Don’t waste your time.

Would NOT recommend this establishment as they discriminate against those with disabilities. They are woefully unaware of service dog laws. Not only do they say they only allow “certified” service dogs they also claimed guide dogs were the only legitimate service dogs. First off there’s no such thing as a certified service dog. Any website claiming that or registry is fake and is solely used to pass off pet dogs as service animals. Secondly, there are many other tasks service dogs do to mitigate a variety of disabilities other than guide work. To imply guide dogs are the only true service dogs essentially spits in the face of any other disabled person using a dog to mitigate their disability.Train your staff, and do better. A complaint should be filed with the ADA due the discrimination this establishment displayed.

I always go here but after my experience yesterday i wont be returning. I order about $20 worth of food and they wouldnt even give us sweet and sour sauce with our meal. After arguing they finally gave us two sweet and sour sauces, there reasoning was because we ordered egg rolls. For Three containers of food and only be given two sweet and sour sauces simply will not do. So we asked for more and we argued and she said for 25 cents they would give us more. Wont be returning. Prices on menu for al a cart is not what I was charged, was told that was the price for only certain items. Also I was waiting for fresh beef and broccoli since they were out and a person came in after me and was given her order before mine. I was highly disappointed in the way I was treated today. Placed my order through postmates. I went to pickup my order cause I was told it was ready. When I went to pick up my order they didnt make it and refused to make it cause they said I was trying to trick them into making a false order, they said I was trying to steal from them. I had to get angry and pull customer service to prove that my order was real. Only till then they would make it. Which took 15 mins to make.

I decided against ordering food due to the behavior of the store Manager. I have never seen someone be so completely rude and condescending towards their staff. The young girl working up front tried her best as her Manager barked orders, screamed and yelled, rolled her eyes, and shook her head. Disgusting behavior witnessed by myself and other patrons who decided to take their meal to go rather than sit inside and listen to this woman throw a tantrum.

Only one thing that sucks is that out of the 3 up here this is the only one that makes yummy drinks, and also the only one that wont deliver to where I live but the one thats just the next parking lot over does. This place stole from me. DO NOT GO HERE. I paid with a debit card, $50, the first transation was approved by my bank, but the receipt didnt print, That was all the money I had to by dinner. They ran the card an extra 5 times each saying, now that the money was already spent, were denied. Had us drive to the bank print a receipt that it was actually approved, brought the statement back and they still denied to give us our food...THEFT. I will be going back tomorrow with the police.
