This is a small center with multiple restaurants, and medical offices. Thai food, Italian food, Starbucks, Yellow vase cafe, Trader Joes and a clothing store. Plenty of free parking with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean.

We had lunch here and window shipped a bit. Its in a ritzy area. People were semi friendly everyone seemed stressed maybe because it was so close to the holidays. Most of the eateries had nice patio seating. The overall vine was o.k. Parking was a bit stressful. The lots are rather small so theres potential of getting a car door knick. However with the view of the Pacific all is well.

Quite the hike from terranea lots of dirt road trails to get there but very scenic well worth it trader Joes had everything we needed and that would recommend the yellow vase restaurant kind of a French themed place to get breakfast lunch or dinner very good food tried to get Subway and Thai food but they didnt open till 11:30 a.m. so I didnt want to wait pretty much to go to place if you dont want to pay the resort fees and eat resort prices food

One of the best views of the Pacific ocean 🌊 on the west coast. We stopped here to fill a prescription for a Pomeranian we dog sit. Plus a bite to eat. After a great afternoon of playing at the tide pools a little down the road from here.

Amazing! Breathtaking! Serene! Went to the Starbucks, Subway, and the Trader Joes here. Behind the Starbucks / Subway is the most beautiful view you have seen! We just sat their soaking up the sun, enjoying the breeze. Everything was so clean and calm. There werent a ton of people but busy enough Id run out back and grab a seat while someone gets drinks or food.

Loved eating at Avenue Italy the food and service was great. I must give a shout out to Giuseppe who was just amazing he always checked on me and make sure that I didnt need anything and if I did he was there to serve hes great and the restaurant makes you feel like youre part of the family theyll sing Happy Birthday to you and they have a piano that people can hop on and play if they know how to play.

This is a very nice shopping center with one of our favorite trader Joes. Its an oddly convenient location, in a breathtakingly beautiful spot. The view of the sunset over the sea can be spectacular. There is always ample parking for all the splendid shops and restaurants as well.Additionally, theres also unfortunately a starbucks, but we can forgive that.

I go there specifically for the fish at the family owned market called Great American Intl Seafood Market. ALWAYS clean and well maintained. Never waited more than 30 sec at the counter and the men behind that counter have a smile on their face and recommendation at their fingertips. Wont be buy my salmon anywhere else.

Nice local shopping center. Has plenty to offer. Be careful when exiting the parking lot on Hawthorne Blvd if you have a low sitting car because of the way the exit is. Youll scrape the bottom of your car. Youre better off going out the other exit.

The parking lot is a fiasco and really dangerous. I have frequent close calls with other motorists. The view is amazing and there is a good variety of food places to eat at. I have yet to see any broken glass in the parking lot, which means it must be a pretty safe lot.

Nice French decor. Outdoor seating only due to COVID19.Limited menu to sandwiches, soup, salads.Sandwiches was very good. My French onion soup was disappointing. The soup base was made with instant bouillon mixture. Only the onions were saute.The Caesars salad with chicken mixture was made with choppedl no flavor. Dressing from a bottle. Only the chicken had some taste.

A good place to hangout and chill, there are a good number of restaurants and cafes, which have diverse cuisines, that have outdoor seating where you can have a good view of the road and coast. There’s also grocery in here so you can quickly grab anything you need.

Tucked away far into the Palos Verdes peninsula, this shopping center is special to me because of 2 things!One is the Subway sandwich shop here. So you say whats so special about that? Two words: The View!! Order your sandwich, and then dine outside on the patio. And youll be enjoying your $5 footlong, with a multi-million dollar view in front of you! If youre really smart, youll time your visit to coincide with the local sunset time!!!And second, do some shopping at the Trader Joes before heading back home! This one is special because its hardly ever crowded.
