My family and I came in on Monday Night and ordered food. We were very hesitant trying a new place as we are new to the area. The food was so good and fairly priced for the portions served, the place is definitely family owned and operated. Hands down one of the best Chinese restaurants I had in a long time. Decent size portions and my family and kids all loved it. I love the way the take time to package the food and make sure it is not soggy by time we get home. We were treated so kindly and felt well taken care of, we look forward to being a regular customer. Thanks so much for blessing us with such delicious food !!

Delicious food. Amazing service. Great experience!My mother recommended this place and wanted to go for a while. We went a good hour before they closed. The service was still amazing. A few people were there when we arrive and a few came in after we did. Everyone got their order in a timely fashion and no one forced out. They were even watching Marvels Avengers Infinity Wars and the TV was turned so the restaurant could see. Definite plus from me!

This is the place for quality food and service in Tracy. Im a picky foodie & like to check out local family owned restaurants. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. I didnt see what I on the menu but just ask & it can probably be prepared. No skimping on the large prawns & very fresh vegetables. To go orders are really packed to go so its still piping hot when you get to your destination. They now serve fish. I will definitely go back & will eat in.

Best Chinese Food in Tracy. I ordered there Tangerine Chicken, Honey Walnut Prawns, Chicken Fried Rice and Pot Stickers. The tangerine chicken is an explosion of tangerine citrus flavor with sweet and spiciness with some heat. The pot stickers are great with the pot sticker sauce packets traditional city Chinese taste. The fried rice is tame in flavor a good side not a main dish flavor wise for me. The Honey Walnut Prawns is light not too sweet the candy walnut and prawns taste great.A favorite for the men of our two households here in Tracy!

Outside of San Francisco their Chinese food is possibly the best I’ve tasted. Everything is made fresh and it’s flavorful. Servers are friendly and the restaurants owner always stops by your table asking how your food is. With Covid, their service is “to go” only. Usually food pick-up is about 15-25 minutes. On my next visit, I’m going to ask Sophie if Belfast Sparkling Cider is something they can get.

Easily the best takeout / delivery Chinese restaurant in Tracy. This was a great meal for a very reasonable price in downtown Tracy. Our go to items are the tangerine chicken and mixed veggie fried rice.I have seen the Golden Eagle downtown for as long as I have lived here, but it didnt look very enticing. New owners took over about 2 years ago, we met the wife Sophie, her and her husband are locals and run it hands-on. Her husband has a lot of experience in the industry and it shows. The place was very clean, and the food was well prepared. I especially liked the freshness of the veggies in the dishes, the food is all no MSG, and was not greasy. We had tangerine chicken, mixed vegetable fried rice and pot stickers. Everything was delicious. I need to explore the menu some more!We ate there, they also deliver to Tracy and Mountain House.

Since moving to tracy last year weve been here a couple times. The building is pretty old but dont let that deter you away from this place. The food is big in portions and the owner is very nice. We got a couple of dishes while there and had plenty of left overs. Theres a good amount of seating inside and the tables are spaced apart pretty well so you dont feel crammed. Its a definite spot to stop to eat authentic Chinese food.

Best Chinese food in Tracy. Family owned and operated. Sofie is so nice she remembers everyone and loves kids. She is always personable. Her husband is the amazing cook. There is a reason they got best in Tracy for the last 3 years. My recommendation is the General Chicken deep fried. In close second is Tangerine Beef. Youre welcome.

Ordered take out, got it home (10-15min away) food was piping hot! Honey walnut prawns were just the right amount of crispy, chow mein seasoned just right! Sweet and sour pork and salt n pepper chicken all cooked to perfection. I found my new local restaurant! This place is the best!

When it comes to Chinese food, I am VERY picky! Its my favorite food. I have been trying different Chinese food places in Tracy since I moved here and Ive found Golden Eagle to be the BEST BY FAR! The owners/service and very attentive, polite and nice. As for the food, it speaks for itself. Its the go to Chinese place in Tracy.

We had home delivery for the first time from here and I can say the food was delivered just as hot as if I picked it up myself. I know of only one other Chinese restaurant that delivers and we used to go with them but their food preparation has taken a dip in quality and we were looking for other places when we discovered this place, which we heard also delivered.On another occasion, I went down to the restaurant to pick up an order. The owner of the place was very nice and helpful. She assisted us in the selection process (like I need help selecting Asian foods.... Hello! ;-) The food was very good and like I said, I have no favorites because I eat everything in front of me! Getting hungry just writing this review, so.......

I loved this place my cousins took me for the 1st time since I was visiting from LA county and the food was so delicious very tasty authentic chinese food. The owner is a sweetheart she was very welcoming and employees are great they were very attentive. I highly recommend this place.

Delicious hot and sour soup, and their platters such as beef and broccoli and orange chicken are made with real and fresh ingredients you can definitely taste as well as their fried rice. Great dinner options for parties of 2-4. The owner is a very friendly asain lady who loves her customers strangers or not. And she employs even friendlier locals who serve you your food fast. Placed in a prime location in downtown Tracy near the Grand Theater, the Transit Station and an equally good restaurant called Thai Cafe which is also worth going to if you prefer Thai instead of Chinese

This place will not deliver to truck drivers. A policy. I offered to pay with a credit card, but they would not help. Amazing. I wonder how the hell they get anything delivered to their restaurant? Lousy service and I am guessing the reviews that are favorable are from close friends. I am boycotting this place. Their attitude SUCKS!

This restaurant is a hidden gem. We now made it a point to stop an eat here after we ate here last time. We were coming back from Tahoe and hungry. At first, judging by the atmosphere we were not sure what to expect, but decide to try it. The food is amazing, one of the best Chinese food and I have been in China multiple times, eat chimes somehow regularly. Our favorite is the Mongolian beef and the eggplant with garlic sauce. Our kids love the pepper chicken (which is the best chicken nugget they say they tasted) and the potstickers. We will be coming back for sure.

Tried to order and first they say oh we dont deliver to apartment, something about the weekend and a lot of ppl idk didnt understand, so I said Ill go outside and meet the delivery guy so its was ok this time she said, so I order something and it happened to be a lunch plate she said sorry thats lunch only, so I had to tell her what I wanted, when I said I want half and half and orange chicken, she stopped me and said oh we cant do combination confused and frustrated I just cancelled the order, so in order to get food you basically have to go in to get exactly what you want, they shouldnt deliver if its that much hassle for them
