1st time here. Place is clean enough, large selection at steam tables, mostly deep fried. The menu board is incomplete. I only wanted one item and couldnt find prices for single items on the menu board so I asked how much is one item as I pointed to some noodles. Server pointed to the combo plates on the menu board. I explained again that I only wanted one item.Server said large or small and pointed to some containers. I asked for prices. Server said large or small. I said large. She gave me the price for the large container. I then had to ask what the price was for the small container.As I was checking out, I noticed the egg rolls and asked the price. Server said chicken or vegetable. I said whats the price? Server repeated chicken or vegetable. I said chicken. She gave me the price for chicken egg rolls. Then I asked what was the price for the vegetable rolls. Server then gave me the price for the veg egg rolls.Geez!!! Why not just give me the prices for the various choices in a single answer? I dont think I should have to ask a specific question for each option to find out the prices, especially when those items are not listed on the menu board.Despite my irritation with the server, I thought the food was better than the other Chinese restaurants Ive tried in the area. The prices were very reasonable too, so Ill probably return. Hopefully the server will get some coaching about how to answer customer questions, or Ill come on a day when theres a server whos willing to fully answer questions.I would have given a 5-Star review if I didnt have such a hard time getting prices.

I dont know about atmosphere as my husband went in and picked it up, BUT THE FOOD AND PRICE ARE A 5☆ FOR SURE! And if service is anything like it was over the phone, Then Id say they really will go out of the way to make sure you are happy or that you got what you wanted.

I usually post very positive experiences when I travel, but this one is a major disappointment. When ordering my meal, I asked the young girl to serve me little rice and chow mein and ignored me completely she was looking at other customers. I also asked her for different sauces with my meal. As I was paying for it, she said everything you wanted was in the bag. When I got home, nothing I asked for was included, just a napkin and soy sauce. Why would she lie to me is beyond my comprehension. Major disappointment on this day. August 7, 2023, after 3pm. She wasnt very nice!

This restaurant almost brings the rest of the preforming restaurants in paige plaza down, from the quality of food, the cleanliness, the service just sucks which is expected with their price points but please watch out because its far from right to have your customers sitting in a dark restaurant with trash overflowing onto the floors, just please watch out for this restaurant and your health

Ive been coming here for a long time. And every time I come, they elevate their rudeness. I dont make many critical reviews. But today I came here and it was a little after opening. The doors were still locked, but thats no big deal. Im happy to wait because I understand how it can be 1st thing opening. However, to get dirty looks when they unlocked the door was jolting. And after giving them a chipper good morning and receiving now reply yet being met with scowls....I said nevermind...and walked out. Never to give them my money again. It takes a lot for me to get to this point. Like I said, every time I come here they are more rude. I brought a friend last time who felt the same vibe, but I disregarded it and thought I would try again. This was it for me. Id rather go somewhere where they appreciate me. BTW, the gentleman who opened the door and gave me such an uncaring welcome is currently vaping in his car. 11 minutes opened. Chased off your only customer. Time for a break? OK. Bye.

The food is decent but their attitudes are terrible no customer service at all. It was almost as if they were annoyed that we decided to stay there to eat instead of taking our food home. When leaving we said thanks, have a great night and we received dirty looks and no response at all youd think after spending $90 on food and drinks at a business that theyd be appreciative.. Unfortunately I wont be bringing my family here again.

I spend more than 20$ for the food I ordered including drinks and as soon as I left the building going to my car, I accidentally dropped one of the boba drinks I purchase that never been drink or sip. I asked if they can make me a new one, but the manager or a supervisor, which is a lady, refuses to make a new drink and told me to pay or purchase another drink which it cost 5$. She is very rude. Unfriendly. The food is dry, its texture feels like a reheat food.

Been here a few times and the food has been good every time. The Boba Smoothies are good too. The young guy that works at the front is always helpful and friendly. The older lady that is always there not so much. The place is always clean and that is why we keep coming back. Going to try their Hawaiian food next time.

The workers acted as if they dont get paid, crabby, very crabby, almost to non compliance. My guest requested a sample of the pineapple chicken, and was refused however thats not the reason for this rating. Customer service is at a minimal at best. The dish which showcased beef, Wheres THE BEEF!? MAYBE a teeny tiny smidgen a pinch was in there, somewhere, and no matter how she kept scrapping the pan trying to either show or prove to me there was beef in there, she did so sarcastically, actually I was turned off with the treatment there, the foods too greasy and the (watermelon 🍉) Slushy! Twas awful, had zero taste hardly no syrup and was bland. Was embarrassed that I took a family member there. Lots of food yes but is it good? Hmmm ok lets go through this, 3 tiny pieces of beef in the beef and broccoli, chow Mein galore leaving little room for the meat. Jalapeño was fresh and good, pineapple chicken the same. The orange chicken was not fresh and doesnt taste very good. The white rice was definitely dry and filled to the top again leaving very little room for chicken which was like 5 pieces for that bowl. The lady was too short with the customers and very condensending to the male staff in front of everyone. She reprimanded him over and over. Im surprised he didnt walk out. The only food that was good was the food that came out fresh.

Definitely the best Chinese food in town. Great prices also. They are always friendly and the food is fresh. They have great boba tea. The Thai tea is my favorite. And I love that you can call your oder in if you are in a rush. Super convenient. The noodles are my sons favorite and the pineapple chicken is delicious!!!!! Worst food, worst service... if youre looking for Panda Express, this isnt it. My husband ordered BBQ chicken. They said it would be 4 minutes. Then 7 minutes. Then 15 minutes. Then the woman behind the counter said she had no idea how long it would take while eating her lunch! Food was good, but the lady helping me seemed put out to serve me . After I was done with my meal I ordered a smoothie. I had to get their attention because they both had their backs turned to me looking at something on their cell phones . While I was waiting for my smoothie, I used the restroom. When I came back out the smoothie was sitting on the counter--I tried to grab it, but my arms were too short to reach the other end of the counter. The lady then responded are you serious ? and stopped her cell phone business to push it forward . Very awkward .

Sat down to eat combo B chowmaine and double orange chicken for myself and combo B chowmein bbq pork ribs and beef and broccoli. The food tasted stail ass hell. The chow mein tasted like bug spray it was all uneatable. After maybe 2 bites each i took the food back to the counter to all fora refund. I was flat out told no. I was polite as possible when explaining we did not like the food and was descreat about our reasons. Ive NEVER been told Im a lier and refused my money back this store robbed us.

When I entered the place I saw a sign on the door asking someone to serve food, and just at the time I was sitting eating with my children a young man came in to ask for an application and when the 2 Asian women saw the color of the boy they just did not know what to say and they told him that someone else was in training but the sign is still there, the 2 women said things about the boy when he left and that bothered me a lot and it made me feel very bad to go to that place where I saw discrimation A young man who just wanted to work. However the hours are showing that it closes at 9:30pm. I drove 15 minutes across town for them just to close 30 minutes early. I’ll take my money to Panda Express.

I stopped here on my way to work to pick up my lunch as my normal place wasnt open yet and this is the only Chinese food place that is open at 10am. I ordered chowmein, beef and broccoli, and hot and sour soup to go, and asked for siracha sauce. when I got to work I looked in the bag, the lady didnt put the siracha sauce in the bag (that was irritating but whatever) I opened my container and you would think I may as well have ordered a side of broccoli, there was 2 pieces of beef the rest was all undercooked broccoli, the chowmein wasnt good either the noodles are dry and have no flavor doesnt taste anything like chowmein. The hot and sour soup isnt spicy and they use extra small mushrooms and pieces of meat. Thanks for nothing China Express this was my first time trying you and it will be my last I will not be returning here! You guys want good Chinese food? Go to Mr. Yous!
