Found this deli choosing find the nearest deli when I asked Google. What a find it was.Here is my experience:-At first step in, I was greeted.-Nice enjoyable music playing.-Floors were clean and neat.-Menu was clean and clear.I ordered a chicken sandwich, forgot what it was, but, AMAZing, and I am picky. The chicken is nice and tender. Bread homemade per the person tending to me, which I assume was one of the owners as she seemed to be in good control of the place.Sandwich details:Large, but not too large and well priced for what you get!Chicken was very moist.Mediterranean sauce was very very good. The toppings were carefully laid on the sandwich with perfect pairings throughout. The sandwich was so good, that I wanted another and I dont say that often. You also get a side salad or macaroni. I chose the mac salad, which also was great, not too much salt and had carrot bits in it, which was a good addition. On top of all this, they give you a homemade chocolate chip cookie. The sandwich was also nicely presented in a sandwich basket lined with inviting paper and the sandwich was carefully wrapped in paper then cut in half.Overall:For foodies around this area, I strongly recommend that you visit this establishment. It is a true Hidden Gem.To the management/owners:Great job on the food. The reviews point this out. I would give it a 5.5+.Great job.. I will be back and bring others.

Yes, yes, and yes! I asked the Fair Oaks community page on Facebook for info about this place. Everyone recommended it and I can see why. I had a breakfast gyro wrap and am currently munching on the falafel wrap I saved for later. My wife got the BLT. I hear they make their own bread and when you walk in, thats automatically confirmed.Please try this place. Its so good! I hope people dont confuse it for the old sandwich place that was here.

What an incredible experience at the Good Eats Deli. From the exceptional service, to the homemade bread and cookies, to fresh and delicious ingredients, these deli sandwiches are phenomenal. Highly recommend checking out this new independently owned deli!

A very tasty little local sandwich spot both of us were very happy with our food. The Mediterranean chicken sandwich was delicious and I like the pesto and chipotle sauces. We will be back again for sure.

Popped in for a quick bite to give this place a try. The owners Sam and Ramsey have made this one of my top sandwich places! The dutch crunch bread was delicious and there was the perfect amount of fill (chicken club). What a change from the previous sandwich spot at this location! My only feedback is that if you order a sandwich that gets heated for any reason, have them not put the sandwich with the salad. By the time I got home the greens were a little wilted. But I went for the sandwich not the salad so Im still a happy camper. I look forward to trying their other stuff.

Great sandwich spot - couldnt decide between a breakfast burrito or breakfast sandwich, so got both, and thought they were both great! Glad Ramzi decided to move his deli to Fair Oaks - would recommend as a great option for breakfast or lunch. The homemade cookies are good, too!

I did not like the meat in my sandwich. Had a foul nasty taste... it was chicken I believe. Yuck. Not bad prices compared to other places. The homeade cookies are good. I would try a different sandwich if I go again. Dont know if I will.

Tuna Salad is extremely well made, I’ve never had any that tasted so great! Not too much mayo, a bit of crunch from chopped celery, perfect. Adding cucumber and onion to the sandwich is really tasty! Partner got the Hot Mediterranean Chicken and OMG the flavor is out of this world!! The owners cook with love, and you can tell. From the quality and freshness of the sandwiches, to the macaroni salad, and cookies. We will be regulars for as long as we’re around!!

Decided to give this new place a try and was not disappointed. The experience from the start was amazing. The owners were extremely warm and welcoming and helped us navigate through the menu. I had the BLT with avocado. It was so delicious with the freshly baked bread and side salad. Fresh ingredients, good and clean eating. My friend had the Gyro wrap and I had instant food envy. Going back today to try the wrap myself

Stopped in and was pleasantly surprised! Clean, modern and welcoming. Ordered a pastrami Swiss sandwich and was given a choice of in house baked rolls to make it. Came with a large side Caesar salad and homemade cookie, $12.00. Big sandwich made with lots of pastrami, very tasty. Thats a steal! Hubby went next day and had equally great experience. Go support your local mom and pop business, especially when they offer great value, clean environment and super delicious food.

First time here. I got the Chicken Pesto Basil Sandwich on Dutch Crunch. Wow! Besides the fact that the bread is homemade and so soft and yummy, the chicken is real, sliced chicken breast, cooked to perfection. And you get a cookie and a spring salad or macaroni salad. I will definitely be back!

Second time Ive had a sandwich from Good Eats. Both times I had the Hot Mediterranean sandwich, the one with the grilled eggplant. It is a great sandwich. I hope people show up and pick up a delicious sandwich here. The last place in this spot did not have much luck.

My friend and I met for breakfast. They had delicious coffee for me with cream. Rich and hot so great. I had the breakfast burrito with salsa on the side. Fresh handmade salsa to perfection. Take a morning and pick out your food yum.

Saw a recommendation posted on Nextdoor and gave it a try today and let me tell you, FOOD WAS SO GOOD!! Pricing is amazing too considering the quality and portion size. The meat and toppings on our sandwiches was generous but not overdone and salad portion was great also. The sandwich bread is amazing and you can tell the food was made with care. Nice place. Just opened. The owners are very friendly and the food is ample and delicious. I had the lamb gyro and my wife had the chicken chipotle sandwich for lunch. Everything was fresh and made to order. Pricing is competitive with other small restaurants around the area. A great addition for breakfast and lunch.

Wow! This place is excellent! They make their own bread and chocolate chip cookie. They serve a side salad with the sandwich. We ate in and it is served on a nice plate . The extreme pastrami was bursting with flavor and the club was filled with meat. We will return to try more items on the menu.

I took my daughter here today before paddleboarding and let me tell you, the folks that own this spot, Sam and Ramses were the nicest people, stellar customer service and all smiles.Now on to the food... I got the chicken sandwich with Pesto and Basil (sun dried tomatoes) and it was fantastic! I look forward to bringing friends and family in and trying their other menu items

This new family owned business is my new go to! Sam and Ramzi are so welcoming and give such excellent service, you feel like family the minute you walk in. They bake all their bread on site!
