We came here for a late night dinner, got the two for 40 meal it comes with an appetizer two main dishes and two boba drinks . We got the egg rolls, char grilled chicken, good pho you house special and then two Thai teas. Service here is always great, the servers are always attentive and care about their job. Restaurant seems to always be busy so be prepared for a wait possible.

Came in for a quick lunch before driving home. Music was blasting and too much of the kitchen was in view, it looked unkept and messy. Wish the waitress would’ve suggested we get the $45 special. We paid the same amount for two entrees and one boba. We were sadly disappointed with everything. The vermicelli was bland, my tofu dish was okay but cheap vegetables and didn’t need the salad and plain rice. This place was absolutely packed but we missed the hype. Would not recommend.

Ordered pho to go. Did not come with any utensils, siracha packets, hoisin sauce.Food tasted very bad.Pho smelled like fish sauce, they put too much it smells so bad and taste terrible. I could not eat it at all.Will not come back, will not order from here again.

The food quality, in my opinion, has gone down ordered spring rolls, and the pic shows what i got. I moved from the area, so I will not be returning. Will be looking for a new place. Was told that the owners are Korean, not Vietnamese, not authentic Vietnamese cuisine. I have seen and tasted the differences between the authentic and not authentic places. Looking at the reviews, there is a patern. Hopefully, they can change their ways.

I used to come here often because they always served huge amounts of meat in every order. But today I was hugely disappointed by the lack of meat in my soup. I only got two solid pieces and the rest were small! Pieces of fatty parts. Sadly, I will have to search for a new pho place to eat.

Okay for a quick meal. Just a heads up, no vegetarian broth option for pho. They charge you an automatic 15% gratuity for groups of 6 and up (what was weird to me was we were 3 different couples on 3 different tabs but they still charged us the group gratuity...). They serve your drinks whether dine in or to go in the plastic sealed cup but they are the ones who put the straw in vs letting you punch your own straw. Food tasted good and theyre open til late.

I ordered pho from here and it came raw with meat juices marinating the noodles and onion. The meat was nearly frozen and the broth was warm. Definitely not hot enough to make the meat change color. I dont know what to do with this. I dont have a stove or microwave at the moment. Waste of hard earned money.

Worst spring roll ever I had in my life. Never seen any restaurants serving pure peanut paste as a dip for $10 spring rolls. The quality of pho was not that good either. The soup was slightly thin and it didnt come with cilantro, but the amount of beef was fair.As I see other reviews, seems like the quality depends on who is in the kitchen since the soup I got wasnt clear like some pictures posted probably because of the meat juice.Overall, I feel its not worth the money, and I will never go back.Goodbye pho you.

I called to do pick up. Took my order very quickly and said ny oder number was the last four numbers of my phone number. They quickly greeted me when i got there. I gave them my number and they had my order ready. the broth was packed secretly from the rest of the stuff. I would highly recommend if u take out their broth is extremely hot even if u location is far your pho will still be hot when u eat it. If u enjoy different textures, tastes and some fattines i would recommend #2 so amazing. For just mear and noodles i would do #3. Very delicious and would recommend for sure. Great job to the staff keep up the great work, thank you!

Ive ordered takeout from here twice and they never give you enough brisket. They give you scraps and overcharge you for it. I suggest another pho spot. Didnt get my moneys worth. $6 Xtra for 4 small shrimp too

Been coming here for about four years, but after Sunday’s service never again, had to ask for a glass of water 4 times before it was brought to me, soda never came and it was not till we payed that they mentioned the soda machine was not working, it would’ve been better if they were just upfront and said it when we ordered soda, I would think they would’ve brought the water right away knowing they didn’t have soda to serve,. Foods great but never again so I’m just going up the street to the pho on Devonshire!!

Our pho had no flavors, we didnt get enough toppings but aside from that the broth didnt have much flavor. The pre package ones I get at Costco are way better. Definitely not what I was expecting, I did order from the wrong restaurant but figured lets try a new place. Never again. Our boba was frozen, thats how bad it was. Not good pho me.

Easily the best pho in the Valley. Pho broth has depth of flavor that other pho places lack. Egg rolls are also delicious. I always come back here when I need a comforting bowl of pho.

Service is great. Theyre a good lot of people.Food wasnt good though. Got the beef pho. The broth was too sweet - probably skimped on spices and the bones for broth. Lack of limes - lemons instead. The meat portions were acceptable. Generous with the noodles though. Hot tea was a green tea/jasmine mix - not bad.Thai boba: the tea was good, but the boba was gritty.Chicken pho is just breast - no liver, heart, gizzard, etc.I suggest trying the fried dishes instead.

Customer service: the customer service here is amazing! The parking was a bit tricky but managed to find a spot to pick up my phone order. I ordered the spring rolls and the beef and chicken vermicelli. I have to admit that it was not as great when compared to a more authentic place near Alhambra. It was still generally good. The meat was cooked well and everything tasted great. I will be returning soon.

Very popular and busy! At peak times, customers have to sign in. Many customers order takeout due to the crowded, small dining space. The restaurant is small and limited staff. Service is slow! Food is tasty, healthy, and fresh. Try the fried egg rolls, theyre delicious!

I have been supporting this spot since 2007 that is 14 years. coming in bringing friends and raving about this place showing up during summer when not many people want soup and coming to support during covid and after. Today I decided NOT to go out to see friends and eat but go and enjoy a bowl of pho like I do. To be greeted by one of the waitresses and ask about my order I placed it and as soon as i placed it she asked for my vaccination card. I have yet to be asked to show mine to anyone at a restaurant. I support everyones choices on being vaccinated or not . I also support that the owner was having his staff check however in this case my vaccination card is old as I got mine due to working for the county and because I keep it in my wallet. The waitress said because it was so old that she could not read the name and could not compare it to my ID. So I could not eat there. I laughed and got up and started walking away when then she said are you sure you dont want to stay we are just checking because it could be fake or not yours. Lol what reason would I need to fake a document to eat food. I gladly left. Hope you are happy with losing a long time customer. Lol never thought it would be me.

Ive been here twice. I remembered liking it the 1st time so I went again but was disappointed. We only ordered 2 entrees to go and it took 30 min. We sat there waiting the whole time and saw many people order and get their food before us. The boba was disappointing as well, it tasted old. The pho sort of made up for it but I would expect better service next time. That being said, I will go back eventually.

I was at good pho you today around 4pm, when all of a sudden the owner /manager started yelling at one of the hispanic cooks. It lasted a good five minutes and it was obvious that it made the customers feel uncomfortable including myself . I kinda lost my appetite I felt so bad for the cook. So the second time Ive eaten at this Pho restaurant and I can soundly say that this place is worth going to and eating at. The food comes out quickly, the staff is polite and courteous. Its a small but decent Pho restaurant. We came here for dinner and it was packed. Luckily, there was a table open for us to sit. Some of the tables are long so you might be seated on the same table next to another party.Their Pho is good but a little pricey for a small bowl. I ordered the popular #1 Pho which had brisket, tendon steak, tripe and meatballs. It was good. They also serve Boba drinks and desserts which we didnt try. Maybe we will try those on the next visit.Parking is quite challenging here since there are only about 8-10 spaces that is shared with 4 businesses. We made the mistake of thinking of parking in the alley was acceptable since some cars were parked there. As we were waking back to our car after we finished dinner, a parking enforcement officer was getting out of her car. She was about to write us a parking ticket but we got to our car first. It might have a been a very expensive dinner that night.

I would have pho here every weekend for almost a year but about a month ago, on a Saturday afternoon, I ordered the chicken pho and the chicken was rancid. I mean it was really bad and I only write this because I know it had to have smelled bad in the kitchen. They were really nice about it but unfortunately it ruined the experience for me. The cooks couldn’t help but give me a glare when I sent the soup back and asked for the check. Trust me guys it hurt me too but we don’t mess around when it comes to things that can make someone sick. I think maybe visiting during busy hours is your best bet, never had a problem in the evenings when things didn’t sit out for long.I went back and gave it another chance! Glad I did! You guys redeemed yourself 👍 Great service and great pho! See you next week

I had a craving for Vietnamese after working through my lunch hour but was borderline Italian:-single order of dry vermicelli with shrimp which was more like thick Italian spaghetti and warm shrimp with burnt tail... both had rubbery texture. My guess the food was prepared the day before and warmed up for lunch. Looking at the greens and fish sauce reminded me I ordered Vietnamese food.-Vietnamese iced coffee- came in a kid-size cup and barely any sweetness/sugar. My guess the condensed milk was substituted with half-and-half.

They also serve Boba here which is delicious. Lots of flavors to choose from. Only complaint is the parking lot is super tiney and always full. Its literally like only 10 spots.

Went to this place with my Chinese girlfriend to have Pho. Food is great, the waiting time was little longer than I expected. But since they are open until late night its ok. Overall I will recommend this place if you want to have some good Pho no matter what time of the day it is.

I drove 10 miles to this place because of the good reviews it has. Up on my arrival I sat down for 5 minutes before I finally got up to request service and was asked that if I wanted to sit closer to their cashier for prompt service (I suspect they wanted their waitress to work less). When I said I was fine where I was, I was told I might not get service but then the guy seemed to think about it and said ok and to wait. Some people (asian) started coming in and to my surprise they received a menu where I had yet to even get one. After waiting for 10 minutes(and still not even a menu) I finally decided I had enough and left.

We went in because were craving phố and this place was the closest to us. I was desapointed :( the first waitress was ok but the Second one (fake eyelashes and ton of make up) could not smile or have eye contact.When it comes to the Pho itself, the broth was bland and the meat was not flavorful at all. It was overpriced for the quality and size of the serving. I guess we will be sticking to our favorite place and drive further to get our fix.

First time i went here i ordered the seafood bowl, and i wasnt a big fan of the squid or the fishballs. So decided to go back and ordered the tiger shrimp with meatball pho and it was phenomenal. 8:58-10:34, that is how long we sat at our table. I have worked in the restraunt service so normally I would be understanding of slower service; However, this was TERRIBLE.1. After serving the food, our waitress refused to acknowledge us. If she had, she would have realized I never got mine and one person at the table hadnt eaten because they needed condiments. I had to walk to where she was in order to tell her.2. By the time she brought my food everyone else at the table was done, drinks were empty, and they had to wait for me. She never returned or gave me utensils. I had to ask another waitress for them.3. She disappeared in the back room. I think she went on her break, but she didnt inform us so we were stuck trying to figure out how to get someones attention.4. Had to get up and ask someone else for a box and the check. She came from the back as we were waiting and just twiddled her thumbs like an idiot and stared at the other waitresses helping us.5. She gave us the bill and charged me for my food! I couldnt believe it. Normally, when you forget someone order you discount it or take it off the bill. Well, not her!l6. The food was OK. However, none of us got pho, which is probably their strong suit.My recommendation to this restraunt is to have their cooks put less bean sprouts in the dishes and to fire the terrible lady that puts shame to your restraunt! Honestly, those poor other waitresses had to pull her slack and would have been better off with just the two of them. Or somebody else. Dont get me wrong, she wasnt rude. But she was about as intelligent as a bag of nails and had no courtesy whatsoever for her customers. You would think that she would try to keep the people who she gets $ from, at very least, satisfied.

Ate here ystrday for the first time..ordered the chickn pho soup it was oversalted and tasted like sm1 pissed in it ...i dnt think the chicken was cooked right or maybe it was jst spoiled right aftr eating i felt very sick and threw up. Not coming back n do not recommend.. also they gave me rotten limes and the mint was also turning black n even the brussel sprouts looked old...they do not use fresh ingredients. When we had problems we were promised free replacement food next time and they never followed thru even though they acknowledged it. They also charge extra .25 cents on every item that is ordered to go.So if you order 4 items you pay extra dollar....

We asked for chicken fried rice, they gave us shrimp with no chicken. We asked if we can substitute meatballs for additional meat in a pho soup, and they said no it would still be an extra charge.Their pho is only made in pork broth, so if you want beef or vegetable broth, you’re out of luck.The food itself is pretty good, but I’d personally rather go somewhere else.

Took forever to receive my meal, every spring roll fell apart when it was picked up and to top it off the vermicelli noodles were over cooked and just mush and the shrimp was barely warm once I finally got my meal. I have eaten at many vietnamese restaurants across the country and I would have to put this experience toward the bottom of the list.

I ordered some pho, it specifically ordered the pho beef combo and it says it comes with; brisket, flank, tendon, tripe, and then layers of steak... well it came with broth and noodles some sprouts and greens. No steak, no tripe, non of that. Also when i came into the restaurant the cashier pointed to the wall. I have no clue what that means. I told her “ i dont know what your pointing at, say something.” Apparently she was on the phone and all she could do was point at the wall. I grabbed my order and left since it was “ready”

Good but not great. They have a decent sized menu, ranging from pho (well duh), fried rice, vermicelli, and bbq dishes. They also serve boba and frozen yogurt to curb your sweet tooth! The one thing I love is their option to make your own pho and choose the ingredients.My only complaint is that when it gets busy the staff can seem a bit overwhelmed and service can be slow as a result. But I think that they may be understaffed so it is understandable. Hopefully they can get the help they need soon, because this is a pretty good place.

Good Pho You has been my one stop pho shop for years. For those rare rainy So-Cal days, nothing beats a large bowl of piping hot pho. Their broth is some of the best, which is the essential foundation for the pho. Additionally, all of their ingredients taste fresh, so theres never a questionable bite once you dig in. Furthermore, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, which adds a lot of value to the meal. Finally, their boba drinks are also quite delicious!

A tiny restaurant which is dangerous and unsafe for customers. There were people having an accident of a huge concrete barrier just in front of the door! This should be removed!!!! This eatery is so crowded and not cleaned!!! Some workers pull their masks down!!!!

Waited way too long. I came when they first open and I had to wait 15 minutes for the girl to serve me. She said she needs to get ready. Then another 20 minutes for the food to be ready. Whats the point of opening at 10 if I dont get my food until 10:35..

I can specify and even repeat my order and these folks still cant put the correct food in the bag. The first time, whatever, either the individual prepping food mustve goofed or the girl at the counter misunderstood - no biggie. The second time, obviously theres a weak link somewhere. Next to one of my drug dealers houses so I stopped by for a taro Boba since Im obsessed with them. I get one at every Boba place I can and this one is for pretty darn good! definitely in my top 3 Boba places. And the staff and environment are friendly and positive as well ^~^¥¥¥
