Delicious but quantity is a bit lacking. The noodle dish needs a tad bit more of noodles. The meat sauce was very tasty. The bao was good but not worth $9. I also ordered a Poggy City which was refreshing and went well with the food. The bar was kind enough for me to test the beers out before purchasing. The space is very hipster, high ceiling and open concept. Great place to hang and grab a bite.

The FoodGrabbing lunch with a friend, and the desired choice was dumplings. Good to Eat Dumplings seemed like an interesting new place, so we decided to give it a try. We ordered their Pocket Dumplings (Pork) plus Spicy Noodle Set and Spicy Sauce Wontons. The Pocket Dumplings had a unique shape, but is your typical pan fried pork dumpling. My friend and I liked the Spicy Noodle, it wasnt super spicy, but had a nice chewiness and flavor. The Spicy Sauce Wontons is Hong You Chao Shou (紅油抄手) with the same sauce as the Spicy Noodle. The food was not bad, but also nothing special. The MiscellaneousThe restaurant, or I guess you can also call it a popup, is right outside of Original Pattern Brew Company. You most likely can spot it on the road as you drive by. Seatings are mostly outdoor, but there are a decent amount. The menu has a split between the beers of Original Pattern Brewing Company and a small selection of food. The price is expensive for what it is, and the quantity is also not much. I would say this is one of those interesting places you might try out once.

Definitely delicious, but pricey for the portion size and orders are delivered slowly. Additionally, it can be quite loud dining inside.Taiwanese food is so flavorful and mouthwatering! The pork wontons, spicy sauce wontons, spicy noodle, and fried fu-ru chicken we tried were all yummy. Of them all, I liked the spicy sauce wontons and noodles the best, though my husband preferred the pork wontons (not spicy). Again, everything was delicious, though!

Really cool popup in a great location (inside a fun brewery)! I ordered the shrimp + pork potstickers and the spicy pork wontons. These are a little pricey, but good sized appetizers. And overall both were clean and used high quality ingredients. Normally I like potsticker fillings to be more seasoned so remember to get the dumpling sauce =)

The quality and care at Good to Eat is pretty much unmatched. Its the perfect place to grab a delicious and fast bite and pairs perfectly with Original Patterns craft beer. Sundays are dumpling day which you dont want to miss! Tons of great vegan options on the menu too and it never disappoints. Great food, great service! Thank you Good to Eat ☺️

Perfect intersection of food and drinks: dumplings and craft beer! They had the bacon and kale dumplings as a special when I was there - divine. How have I never had bacon in my dumplings before?! Spicy wontons were also great.Pairs super well with an Enter Haze from Original Pattern Brewing.

A very chill place that serves fusion Asian food with craft beers. The wanton and spicy noodles were quite spicy, so be warned! But it’s a good comfort food if one is looking for some Asian food!

I first had these dumplings at the Eat Real Festival a few years ago. The wait in the super long line was totally worth it for the steaming hot, savory dumplings. The gingery, pork and shrimp filling was encased by a crispy yet chewy exterior. I returned each year to the stand and was pleased when they finally got a permanent spot in downtown Oakland. It’s still a bare bones operation, but the food is excellent.

This was a fun time! The tightly curated weekly menu made it easy to order—we just ordered everything. Surprisingly, the non-dumpling items—The furu chicken and Taiwanese doughnuts—were the highlights. I really loved the mix of kimchi, braised vegetables and sushi rice that the chicken came with. And the doughnuts with powdered sugar reminded me of a beignet toast. The noodles had great texture, thick and chewy, although the sauce was a bit creamy for my preferences. The dumplings and pork wontons were meh, not too flavorful nor delicate.Great outdoor seating although it can get chilly without a heat lamp.
