This is a must stop any time you are in the area. The outside is dog friendly, which we appreciated as we were traveling with our dog. It also has heaters over several of the tables which was need on this fall night. It is a very upscale/modern diner. You walk in and order at the counter. We may have been a little overly aggressive in ordering a double cheeseburger each but we had never been and heard good things. I ordered an Arnold Palmer and my husband got a peanut butter shake. We were handed a little device to let us know when our order was ready. In the meantime, I stocked up on napkins, ketchup, mustard and mayo. I was thrilled that they have Sir Kensington ketchup it is my favorite and they dont make it to sell to the public anymore. The order came out quickly. The double cheeseburger was huge...and delicious! We enjoyed our crispy fries. Must husband loved his shake, and appreciate that it was made the old fashioned way with real ice cream and milk. I really appreciated the free refill on my drink. Overall, we will make sure to stop here every time we visit!

Listen, hands down one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Cali burger…I usually get a lettuce wrap but this was my first time so had to go with the bun. Meat was seasoned toppings didn’t fall off, lettuce was crisp bun was warm and firm. Garlic fries were oily but still amazing.

Gott’s, I love you!!! Following a hilarious disaster of a hike at nearby Westwood Hills Park, sat down here for such a satisfying, reliable, juicy burger and refreshing lemonade. Everything you want in a burger. Would come here weekly if I lived nearby. Nothing like that visceral, charred burger taste. And their soft serve is incredible, too! Skip the overpriced Napa restaurants and come here. Can’t wait to come back to any of their locations.5 stars!!!

Classic diner vibes with an elevated menu. Its counter service and they give you a buzzer. The food was excellent. I had the Texas Avocado Burger and it was cooked a perfect medium. The cheesy fries were so good. The cheese sauce is so flavorful. Of course we had wine!

Doing an impromptu Napa tour with my cousins wife, my cousin and my wife on memorial weekend... We started late so we got to Napa around 2:00. Decided to hit Gotts! Ive never been here before, but I heard quite a bit about this place. The weather felt more like San Francisco than Napa Valley, but lets talk about the hamburgers!We ordered the avocado, the western blue cheese, and tuna tacos along with cheese, fries, garlic fries and sweet potato fries and obviously the street corn as well!My first bite was from the western blue cheese. Wow! Let me say it again, wow!! Complex flavors. Nice bite from the blue cheese. Excellent complementary flavors.You avocado burger was next. That was amazing with jalapeno peppers inside. Very refreshing, great blend of taste. Work really well with each other. Next, I attack those ahi tuna tacos. Tacos for extra crispy tuna was awesome. Everything worked really well.The street corner is something right home about was amazing. How much more to say about the fries? Cheese, fries or cheese fries? Garlic fries are obviously garlic fries and sweet potato fries or slightly overdone but amazing. Amazing hamburgers must have. Must stop here. Must get a bite!

I only ordered one Mexican street corn to go. I saw people that were in line behind me come and order and leave with their order in the time that it took for me to receive mine. I waited about 25 minutes for that piece of corn to get to me. I haven’t even tasted it because I was so annoyed about it all. I can’t say if it’s good. I’ve been before and the food has always been great today I’m just reviewing the wait time.

Came here for the first time yesterday. Absolutely loved it! The food/beer selection was amazing. Ordered the mahi mahi tacos and they were cooked and seasoned to perfection. We also got the chicken sandwich, elote, and veggie and hummus tray. All were really tasty and reasonably priced. I recommend the lemonade!

This iconic restaurant has been in the valley for decades. As a former Napa resident revisiting this lovely area, Gott’s HAD to be our first stop. Conveniently located at Oxbow Market and close to our Airbnb, we each grabbed a burger, garlic fries and wine to commence our week-long stay. Perfectly prepared and hot off the grill. Even the garlic fries were so fresh and hot. We will definitely stop again before leaving. Gott’s is a Napa favorite!

Excellent food and always go out of their way to ensure my allergies are taken seriously. I cant have gluten and they always make sure to cook, prepare, and box my stuff separately so I dont get sick. Gotts is one of the only food places I go to for this very reason. Delicious and never had a bad experience. Just be aware that sometimes the line can be long, so be prepared for that if you go during peak lunch or dinner hours. My family usually comes at different hours to avoid lines, but we dont mind waiting either because the food is great.The restaurant theme is very cute and its fun to eat on the premises, but they will box up your take out nicely if youd prefer that. Right now they have a seasonal milkshake (pumpkin) that tastes exactly like pumpkin pie. Its incredible, and its gluten free! They also have a dairy free fruit freeze made with sorbet!

Great burger spot in Napa, right by the market. Indoor and outdoor seating. Most burgers and some other items can be made gluten free. Tasty burger selection, like the green chili burger I got. GF bun tasted like Udis. The fried brussel sprouts were delish. Just give yourself plenty of time since its not exactly fast. Food took almost 25 minutes after ordering from the counter.

The fried cauliflower is awesome! Perfectly battered and fried, don’t sleep on this tasty appetizer. Burgers are good, meat is naturally raised and you can taste the difference. Fish tacos are okay, good portion, just not too flavorful. Staff is friendly and the place is clean.

You gotta have Gotts! Burgers here are great. Theres a huge selection of different kinds of burgers to try and they got garlic fries. Their milkshakes are also great and have a nice selection of beer. Also whats up with the ketchup? Tastes like a different kind of better ketchup...tastes like real ketchup. It does get busy here. Lines can be long but they go by fast, its just that its hard to find a spot to sit after placing your order sometimes.

Solid burger, my fault for keeping the tomatoes and lettuce as the burger was quite wet but I know some people like that. Burger had a great crispness on the outside.I was too full after the burger to fully enjoy my original fries but they were ok.Garlic fries were too much for me, I love garlic but it was overload even though I only tried one.Service was quick and smiley. We got a burger and a chicken sandwich. The burger was delicious and the chicken sandwich was ok. The sauce was delish but I found the pickled turnip a little hard to bite through. Nice atmosphere. We sat outside and noticed each table has a timer for overhead heat which is nice! Were from out of state and did find it confusing that our only options after we ate were compost or recycle. Where we are from, food wrappers, paper fry baskets and straws arent recyclable or compostable so some signage or direction would have been helpful!

DELICIOUS BURGERS COMPARABLE TO SHAKE SHACK?!? I really loved the California Burger - it has an egg and was very large! We also got onion rings and sweet potato fries which both were amazingly crispy and hot! The sweet potato fries have a little spice to them and the onion rings were not too cakey with batter. The outdoor seating area is very nice and staff are lovely.

Lots of outdoor seating and great for dog watching! It’s usually very busy and you can wait up to 25min for your food. The cheeseburger was a little dry - it had a lot of lettuce, pickles and not enough wet ingredients to bind everything together. But the egg bun was tasty and so were the garlic fries

These burgers are 5 napkin burgers, meaning they are good as HECK! I had the cheeseburger which was cooked to perfection and seasoned so well. I also ordered the garlics fries and onion rings. Let’s start with the garlic fries. They were so delicious and hot/ fresh. They tasted so good you didn’t even need ketchup. The onion rings where battered so right and had so much flavor I wanted more! I actually made my own BBQ burger by adding the onion rings and bbq sauce. It was so good. Customer service was good but the wait for the food took a little longer than expected. However I didn’t take any stars away because of it since the food was good. Can’t wait to go back and try some different menu items.

Gotts roadside was one of the popular places that popped up when we were looking for lunch options in the area. And to an extent it does live up to the hype! They have a great menu with some really good vegetarian options.What we got: Tofu sandwich, garlic fries, avocado tacos and caramelized pineapple shake.The caramelized pineapple shake was really good and perfect for a hot afternoon. The tacos were my favorite from the things we tried. Definitely worth a visit.

We had just finished lunch a Hog Island Oyster Company on the other side of Oxbow Market and were craving a Dairy Queen blizzard, but the closest DQ was in Vallejo, so we stopped by at Gott’s for an Oreo cookie milkshake which was delicious, but in my opinion, $8 for a 16 oz shake was excessive. I expected at least a 24 oz shake or charge me $10 and give me a 32 oz shake. This is just my opinion. I take my ice cream seriously! The burgers and fries looked delicious. The atmosphere was really nice and comfortable with plenty of outdoor seating. I will have to return to try the burgers as well as some of the other interesting items on the menu.

Wow! I ordered their bacon cheeseburger with the garlic fries and poke tacos. The burger was so well seasoned that I highly recommend having the sauce on the side so you can savor the burger flavor. The fries were great in taste, but I felt got cold quick because of the butter. The tacos had a good amount of the sushi grade tuna with the right amount of finishings on it and was amazingly good. I highly recommend eating here.

They have free water station and cups inside as well on the left side. Only drawback was that it was kind of loud inside, acoustics are not great. Taking ice cream to go is best idea. The guy dog was basic nothing special about it and if you want a hot dog go to Costco (way better in every way). I love a great burger and I tried Gott’s Roadside and was not disappointed. Upon entering you could smell the grilled meat and they were roasting corn on the cob.I chose the Texas Burger (jalapeños, Jack cheese and avocados.It was cooked perfectly and tasted even better!This was one of my top 3 burgers!When in Napa if your craving burgers this is a must not miss. Soup and salad were kinda bland and overpriced. Specifically I ordered a cup of chili and citrus salad. Chili lacked flavor and meat. I think Red Robin has them beat. Salad was overdressed. Wow! If you’re nearby and hungry for some classics with a twist, definitely visit! We ordered the garlic fries (best fries I’ve ever had!) the fries were crispy with a zing, amazing! The food was delicious but the lines were not. We waited for quite awhile and finding a seat felt like we were battling for Westeros. It was worth the wait and the battle! My husband’s burger was so good. Should have ordered like him. Instead I was a dummy and ordered a salad at a burger place. 🤷🏻‍♀️ It was good and heathy. (Which I guess was the point.) This spot is delicious, and worth the wait in line at dinner time. We waited about 20 min to order, sat down at a nice table inside, and had a fun view of the kitchen. You place your order, then take a buzzer with you so you know when to pick your food up.The garlic fries are great, herb filled and not obnoxiously garlicky but had plenty of garlic flavor, still crispy. We had the Texas avocado and that was rich and flavorful, and the Wisconsin on sourdough with mushrooms and bbq sauce. Im not a BBQ sauce fan but I gave it a try, and I was happy-slightly tangy, not overly sweet, not thick. It went well with the burger. We asked for them medium rare and they tasted great. Theyre good average sized burgers so if you are a big eater maybe get a double. Heated patio seats outside, big open feel inside, nice staff. Bathrooms by the front entrance. Water station on side of room, condiment bar in back of room. Kid friendly, lively, next to the open market.

This was by far the worst experience I have had at a restaurant. I recently took a group of my students on a field trip to Napa and we stopped at Gotts for dinner because it had fantastic reviews. I have a pretty severe allergy to pineapple so I am always sure to read and re-read the ingredients list. I got the avocado tacos and a berry lemon freeze because I thought it would be a safe choice. When the taco came out there was a small piece of avocado sitting on top of the mounds of green cabbage, and a small berry lemonade that I took a few sips of before my tongue and mouth began to swell. I quickly took some medication to help with the swelling and went inside to ask the employees if anything I had could have had pineapple in it. They looked me dead in the eyes and said “no we don’t use any pineapple in what you ordered” after asking several times now holding up there line and explaining that I was having an allergic reaction to something they giggled and said “ well they use pineapple paste in the smoothie” I was so upset that I just turned around and left now 2 days later I am still feeling the affects of this and I can hardly speak. Second Gott’s experience in two days and STILL and I can’t say enough good things! The bacon blue cheese burger I got was really good and of course I had to indulge in the garlic fries this time. Everything was just delicious! The staff was very attentive and helpful. There is easy access to parking in near by shopping center parking lot. Covered sitting for the extra hot days was a great way to help stay cool. Highly recommended for any occasion! I know I’ll be back!

Our visit to Gotts was great! We did a scavenger hunt that ended at Gotts. We had preordered for a large group and everything was ready for us when we arrived. Love the food and the modern diner type feel of Gotts. The food is always delicious and prepared with fresh ingredients you can taste. Have not had any item on the menu that we did not enjoy. We drive from Sacramento for a quick getaway just to eat here. It is also located next to the Oxbow Market which is nice to shop thru before or after your meal. We found this gem on our way to our hotel (after a 5 hr flight). It was located near the public market with a bunch of other stores nearby. The chicken parm sandwich was one of their specials for the day so I decided to order that for lunch, as well as the garlic fries. The sandwich was made to perfection and tasted absolutely amazing! Garlic fries were also nice and crispy, which paired well with the sir kensington’s ketchup :)Lastly, we ordered a couple bottles of Rosé, Bieler Père et Fils (Provence, France) and had a toast amongst the 6 of us.Overall, i highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quick bite in Napa!

This really should be a 3 and a half. Maybe we came during a lunch rush or something. While the environment was nice it just seemed a bit pricey for some regular burgers. 3 burgers 2 onion rings and a garlic fry and corn for 80 bucks. The onion rings were cold. The garlic fries were okay. Yeah it was natural ingredients or whateves but after it was all said it done it was reminiscent of innout. And innout is GOOD as was this place but the price point didnt meat lol the quality expectations.

What a great experience and over the top burger and garlic fries. Serve time was less then mentioned. The special of the day was also fantastic. We finished our meal with a dish of vanilla soft serve. Even organic it was delicious and to me it wasn’t as sweet as all other soft served and to me that is over the top!! A friend recommended that we stop here on our visit to Napa. Without a doubt, this was one of the best hamburgers Ive ever had in my life. French fries and onion rings were good. My daughter had bbq western burger..Which was good and favorable. I had regular hamburger. I recommend that if you do get a burger there. I suggest you tell them how you want it cook. One thing I cant stand is raw hamburger meat. So unfortunately I didnt finish it. If I wasnt press for time I would ask them make me another cook..

We were here a few years ago and got hot high quality and fresh ingredients. Today the flavors were still good but everything was overcooked and lukewarm. They seem to be well organized and ticket to table time was reasonable but both burgers were not near hot and well done +. Onion rings were almost cold. Just hoping for better.

Nothing to write home about though.Price point was a little high - 2 burgers, 1 fries, 1 onion rings, 1 beer and 1 coke was $48 including tip.Dont get me wrong, I thoroughly enjoyed the meal, but in a world of designer hamburgers, the home cooking-style greasy spoon is best enjoyed a throwback or napa classic.Would eat here again if I lived in Napa.

The sweet potato fries are a great mix of sweet and spicy. However we were a group of five that ordered five burgers and five fries we received four burgers and three fries after 30min which is a totally fine amount of time to wait but it was weird that the group member that was missing their fries was not the person that missed their burger. Our fifth member that didnt get their fries asked us to just go somewhere to else to get food. The burgers are good but triple check your order because it might not be right.

This is a great all American style burger joint, with extras. They have really good vegan options and some really good twists on fries. We really enjoyed the garlic fries. I had the Texas Avacado Burger and it was amazing!They work fast and furious when theyre busy but it didnt seem to effect the quality. We will definitely go back on return visits.

If you feel like a cheeseburger and milkshake in Napa, go to Gott’s. Holy cow, milkshake was amazing and burger was maybe one of the best I’ve ever had. Reasonable portions and prices for the quality; I don’t know what kind of ground beef they use, but it’s some of the “beefiest” beef I’ve tasted. Phenomenal. You won’t be disappointed.

Eating at Gotts is always a treat. I wish they had more locations closer to the bay, but if youre in wine country, be sure to try them. They have a wide menu and everything they do is delicious with their own unique touch. Ive sampled most of the menu at this point and still cant pick a favorite. I highly recommend them. Theyre pretty populare so plan to wait a little bit or better yet, call in your order ahead of time.

Stopped by on a Saturday evening and it was busy! Lots of seating available but food took about 20 mins to come out. We got the garlic and sweet potato fries, double cheese burger, salad, impossible chicken nuggets, the vanilla, lemon (vegan), and seasonal Strawberry shortcake shake. The burgers were a little over done but still enjoyed all the food. We found street parking but theres a large parking lot at Oxbow as well.

I generally like Gotts but my burger was overdone and burned. I had to remove charred pieces to eat it. Its unfortunate because the sauce, bun, and ingredients are all great.
