Gourmet Italia in Temecula

This is a unique restaurant in Temeculanwithh a great atmosphere. The service was great and the drinks were great as well. Appetizers were good but thats where we had an issue. Chicken Parmesan had no real flavor, and my wifes dish had to be sent back. She got the gnocchi as a replacent and was very happy with that.

Awesome real authentic Italian restaurant! This is now one of our favorite restaurants after just one visit. They have an incredible selection of wine S well as a full bar and a limited selection of beer. The food and service was absolutely amazing. Great, homemade quality and flavor! Definitely a place to take your date to, or go for an anniversary dinner! You won’t be disappointed! Bring your appetite. You won’t leave hungry! Can’t wait to go back.

The menu has a wide variety of choices that suit almost any palate across sharable plates, main courses, wines, and desserts - you will not be disappointed.Highly recommended and I hope to be there again soon!

Really wanted a romantic place with atmosphere and great food for our 20th anniversary... and Gourmet Italia hit the spot! The place was busy for a Weds evening, which is always a great indicator of a popular restaurant. We had the filet medallions and the seafood pasta and both were outstanding. We were so full we did not order dessert but that did not stop our server from bringing us a special anniversary cannoli, which was incredible. So many little touches that set it apart. Like the candlesticks made from years of melted candles that gave every table a distinct look. Even the olive oil tapenade for dipping the bread was exceptional. Thanks for making it a special night!

I enjoyed the lively atmosphere here and some of the food Ill crave. The bread was fluffy and great with the tapanade. The fried cheese was amazing. The salad not as much. The spinach ravioli had rather fibrous pieces that I didnt care for. I also had the chocolate covered cream puffs and liked the combination of flavors. The service was slow but they were really busy. Overall, it was an enjoyable Italian dining experience that I would gladly repeat, with a few minor miss hits.

Gourmet Italian at its finest. Warm and inviting atmosphere with quiet live piano in the back.I love the black olive tapenade with fresh bread served upfront.We started with the speciality Beet and Watermelon salad with pistachios and balsamic reduction. Fabulous.I enjoyed the Polo Marsala which was cooked to perfection. My husband had the Ravioli stuffed with spinach.Cant resist a dessert. Several to choose from. Tried the Spumoni Bomba. We both love Spumoni but not a fan of dark chocolate. I would still reorder.We highly recommend it! Ask for Rochelle.

We had our sons rehearsal dinner here. The room was perfect! It was set up beautifully and we added some extra touches. Servers were amazing and attentive. Food and wine were delicious. All around wonderful experience.

FOOD POISONING!!! We read the great reviews and decided to come here for my wedding anniversary dinner around 7:30pm.This place looks decent when you first walk in, and the staff seem friendly. Overall, unfortunately, thats where the good things end. The lasagna I ordered tasted frozen and different portions of the lasagna were completely different temperatures. On top of which, Ive had frozen lasagna that tasted better. If that wasnt the worst, I came home and proceeded to be awoken at 3:00am by the need to vomit and extreme pain caused by this meal. I would NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant and will be calling to get a refund. Avoid this place at all costs!

We celebrated our anniversary at Gourmet Italia last night. It has been our “go to” place for special celebrations for the past 11 years. Once again we were not disappointed. Our waitress Samantha, assisted by Francesco, was extremely helpful, attentive and caring. The food was delicious as usual. The Chef was accommodating with my off the menu request.Thank you for making our celebration special!

I just had lunch here about an hour ago with my mom and this place (at least for me) really took me back to when I used to live in Italy in my younger years... The atmosphere, the people, and how the employees interact with each other is LIKE NO OTHER PLACE that Ive been to in terms of dining out. The servers and the owner of the place are VERY INTERACTIVE and EXPRESSIVE on how they carry themselves!!! The hostess was AMAZING and very DELIGHTFUL to be around, the owner was funny, charismatic and also VERY ENTERTAINING!!! Andres our waiter was very respectful and also very welcomimg and had the utmost customer service that is amazing!!! The food was DELICIOUS (we had the seafood pasta, with lasagna, and spaghetti with salmon). For a first time visit it was definitely A HOME RUN FOR REAL!!!! Excellent job G.I. and keep up the FANTASTIC WORK to bring more people so they can have a fantastic experience!
