We are at Tony’s tonight and had the sweetest waitress. She was on it; never letting us wait too long. She seemed to genuinely want to help us enjoy our experience and we did! Thank you nice waitress! I don’t recall her name unfortunately. The food was excellent too. Had the artichoke appetizer, a house salad and the meat lasagna. 100% recommend the artichokes. So good and everything quality ingredients. Delicious sauce. The lasagna had been cooked fresh. Overall good place to have dinner.- little pricy but worth the fun u have coming through to get there. You could put a million stars and it wouldnt even capture the love I have for this joint. I swear its my home away from home. The time are so amazing!! Especially the high ceilings and the beds... Good GAWD funny even get me started on the beds. Comfort level 1,000,000,000,000,000,000. The staff is amazing the comps and perks are better than any other casino and one particular employee that is a casino host for the VIP players I believe hes new but his name is Nestor. What an amazing and courteous human being. So friendly and helpful. So amazing. Everything from the basement to the penthouse is top notch here.
I havent had a chance to visit this casino that often, even though it seems easier to drive to than ones closer to Sacramento. In fact, before my recent visit with family, I hadnt been here since it first opened. But I enjoyed my visit a lot since they seem to have a large assortment of slots to choose from. I do wish more casinos would be smoke-free, since it really takes the fun out of a great machine when someones smoke seems to drift directly my way. I actually wouldnt mind the smoke in general, if people would just be more thoughtful & at least blow their smoke away from other people. I did think their awesome rotating seat covers in the restrooms were really neat! You just have to remember to activate the sensor before you sit down. Every public restroom should have these things!I had to get a rewards card again, because I have no idea where my old card even is. I always recommend signing up for one, even if you dont think youll visit very often. Its better to get some offers than no offers. That was one of the things that did disappoint me previously about this place, because I never got any e-mailed or snail mail offers back after wed first visited a couple of times during their first year open. While my brother, who has been able to visit more frequently since he drives, receives all these cool offers in the mail. I had asked the rewards center staffer if I needed to update my address or e-mail to get mailers & was told Id only receive something if I qualified for an offer. I guess in recent years a lot of casinos cut down on their mailings in order to cut costs, but I thought that kind of sucked. Like how am I supposed to consider visiting this place again, if it seems like Im only a valued visitor if I already play a ton there? I get that they focus on repeat visitors, but I wouldve thought at least initially it wouldve been nice to know they wanted to see us back again. As it was, I did eventually come back...years later!I was sad to actually have only a short time to play, but it was great to be able to earn enough points for the amazing giveaway that day. Only negative was the long walk & somewhat long line for redeeming the gift. Some people may have mobility issues that would make it more difficult, though that particular day was a good knee day for me, so I actually enjoyed the chance to get more steps in. I only played a few different slots, but the machines reminded me a lot of Reno & Las Vegas in terms of space & variety.And maybe I mainly have a positive view of my visit because this was the first time in a while that I actually won some of my money back from a casino. Its always a good trip when you can have some fun & still have some of your budgeted play money still left in your pocket. I hope my family wants to go back again sometime.
We stayed at the hotel this past weekend and had a 5-star experience. I really came with no expectations, and boy was I surprised. The hotel was impeccably clean and well managed. The doors were opened for each of us, with smiles all around. The pool area was spotless and we felt as if we were somewhere else, not south of San Francisco! The poolside wait staff was friendly and the food was fantastic.The room was spotless and impeccable, and the beds were a little too soft but comfortable.We felt safe in the casino and felt like there was enough security around. The energy was nice. My ONLY complaint was the cigarette smoke. I guess there is no getting around that not even in the smoke free section.All in all it was a great getaway and now we are planning our trip back. Kudos to the management! A few hotels in Vegas could learn a thing or two from you!
My friend & I enjoyed a fun day at Graton. We both won $, which was great! Lunch at Tonys was delicious with good service. Not smoky smelling at all in the casino.
I like Graton its always well kept machines always look new and dealers are very respectful. Las Vegas quality game room floor. Ive been to the other nearby casino and they cant compare to Graton Level of standards. I feel a lot safe and I dont have to worry about if my car is gonna get broken into.

Tightest slots in Northern California hands down Graton casinos only paying out about 74% back.Sadly to say that San Pablo even pays 83% back. this place will continue to rob slot players as long as that huge construction project continues.Slot players will go there and get Robbed because its the only game in town in Graton knows it. I give five stars for the brains and operation of Graton and casino and about 4 and 1/2 stars for US, the people who continue to go there.
Always fun going with family and friends to enjoy people watching and drinks and dinner. Lots of dining options and a very nice steakhouse. Great things to attend while visiting Graton.
Didnt stay in a room, so i couldnt rate them, but I would like to do so soon. Enjoying the games too much!! Wish they had regular craps but its on the ballot again for 2024 to bring back regular craps to California!!! Vote the right way!! Regular craps and roulette are still best.
Big casino floor lots of slots and table games smoking aloud inside. Did not enjoy it dark and depressing inside there. My friend said they have coffee with whip cream but the service is extremely hard to get we couldnt get any. Will not go again.

For a while they just had new machines and then about 2 years ago they started bringing some of the old ones back for us and I am really pleased this is a unique gambling experience pretty much every machine youve ever seen is in stor4you you can pretty much play anything and have a really good time their crowd is nice the slide attendants are helpful security is there with a smile sometimes and you look sharp in their suits havent tried the restaurants yet but thats bound to be good Ive been going there for about 3 months now fairly consistently weekly and bi-weekly I highly recommend this casino to anyone its a Blast.
Security is horrible. They act worse than want to be cops. Very sad, if youre of ethnicity, they totally profile be careful.Youll get thrown out with no legit reason. They are sovereign, so they make their own rules and owe no one an explanation!Stay away. They are doing construction, which means someone has to pay for that. That would be you, you never win!!
We went for the pool on this 88 degree day; had reserved a day bed. There was NO awning over the bed, only side curtains, and no way to secure the curtains from blowing in the Wind. Consequently we hadnt any shade! Service was poor. We had a small fruit plate (came with the bed rental), I had a couple beers, but the server never bussed the bed. We moved to a couple lounge chairs by an umbrella despite having payed for the daybed so we could have a little shade. Also, they played obnoxious party dance music non-stop, and after an hour they CRANKED IT UP WAY TOO LOUD!! Couldnt hear each other talking. The pool is nice but they drove us away with the music! Total waste of money.An Update - The next day we contacted the resort, explained the disappointing situation, and asked for a refund. They explained their policy about there being DJ music at the pool on weekends, which we didnt know about, that they were sorry to hear of the poor wait service and would pursue retraining, and they issued a full refund for the daybed rental! SO, Im adding a star for this customer service response. Id recommend that if you experience a problem it is worth contacting them.
Hey this place is cool if youre going out there to Santa Rosa because were going to the beach San Francisco or Half Moon Bay you can stop there and relax you know what I mean but if youre not going out there its its kind of bit drive if youre going say from Yuba City its like 2 hours 3 hours away
Terrible people, and atmosphere. Wish to never experience again. I’ve been there a few times and it’s only gotten worse.I’ve never had remotely a good experience. The only upgrade this place needs is to be leveled. They threw all my friends out because I asked and stumbled to the bathroom. This wouldn’t really be a problem if I wasn’t walking on a broken heel on ok neck legs and bruised calf on the other leg’s. I hope the casino and everyone that supports it becomes gone for good.

Go for the pool stay for the cabana. Worth every penny. Get food and drink in the casino and bring it to your cabana. Mini fridge stocked with non-alcoholic drinks, there is comfortable seating everywhere, they provide towels. Lovely, relaxing experience. Highly recommend.
Be very careful, 99.9% of the slots are fixed, they got very good programers and good electronics to make you loose, this tribe or who ever owns this casino is making millions and millions and millions …..,per day. God help you if you are addicted, they will scrape up to your last penny. This place is a nuisance to the poor community so so sad there is such a dishonest place like this. Bar service was pretty good. We did not win . We played for 3 hours without winning a jackpot . We tried various machines. We use to live in Vegas and this casino is really not that nice. We were disappointed and wont be going back.
The only problem at all that I find with Graton is, If your slot machine breaks down, sometimes you have to wait for quite a bit for somebody to come fix it. Otherwise, I always have a great time. Its my favorite, ever!!!.
This is a wonderful state of the art casino, with amazing bars, restaurants and staff. Their pool day pass is over priced, and the roulette tables don’t use a real ball. Those are the only two downsides.

Making reservations on line was very disappointing. I had to call twice after I made reservations. I had made reservations for Monday and Tuesday. Only to find I had only reserved Monday. There is no where to find what was in the room, mini bar, safe etc. On there website. Not a place to celebrate any special occasion.
You dont have to like gambling to enjoy the Casino, you may want just grab a bite to eat and see the atmosphere.But Im only talking about the built Casino. You cant walk around the construction site of their new project.
Went to Graton not so much to gamble this time, but to take a pleasant bus ride from SF had lunch and sat out by the pool (great music BTW) relaxed and went home. Nice way to spend a Sunday afternoon!

Rooms are always pre booked for weekend. Service people are super busy and few. At least Red Bull and coffee are free for high limit sections. They have almost no Gift shop items and everything costs double or triple outside. Ex: a parfum which costs 45$on Amazon is sold here for 140$. The workers and people are nice. They fricking ask what you what tables have you played on while cashing out. Like why is that a question. I am also giving you my ID. And anyway cashing out 10k$ doesn’t mean he won all of it. Just give the damn money out unless it’s fake chips or something.

Ive been to Graton about seven or eight times now. One thing I do appreciate about going there is that there is a casino bus that does a daily run from various stops in the Bay area, and if I miss those buses I can take Golden Gate Transit.I have yet to stay overnight in one of the rooms, dont think I want to. The place has all the charisma and atmosphere of a funeral home. The games, the staff, the food offerings, strictly commercial and on the lower end. Its a very large McCasino, someones tried and true formula. Dry bones, lifeless.
Very nice casino and resort hotel. I personally only play poker, but they have lots of slot machines and table games as well. Expensive, but very fancy.
Decent Casino in a good area, but not enough machines when crowded. Glad they are going to expand, but thats probably going to take years. Rewards are ok, but they need to up the free play and try to do some food comps. Sunday giveaways are not great. Cheap products you can buy anywhere, but you pay more for them with your losses because machines are tight. Getting a drink while playing is a huge challenge especially when crowded.
I won pretty big here once. Out of the 3 years I played there. I think it was a broken machine that was paying out. I really hope one glitches again and pays. Spent 1800 last week in on day my biggest hit was about 12 dollars on any machine doing Max bet. I say its a disappointment this casino but thats a understatement. And BE CAREFUL. I put money in a machine and a old asian lady came up claimed it was her machine and cashed out my machine and her and her daughter stole my money. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. Rooms were clean. Spa was nice with sauna, steam room, cold room, and quiet room. You also have access to the pool.
You could be dying of thirst as long as it takes the drink servers to acknowledge and serve you. Find that most staff are bothered by any questions or requests you have.
Have never gotten a room there, but was contractor for tile during their construction. Ive spent quite a bit of money and time there and have yet to receive a comp room. The rewards system is nice, but could use a little more boost to make it more favorable. Clean facilities, nice staff, and good quality games on the floor.

Been coming here since the opening. Alot of positive changes, however I dont know why, but female bartenders at the G bar are always grouchy. Its been that way since they open. Thought it was me,but last night was no different to anyone. Its a really great casino and the bartenders at the other bar are fantastic. But those girls at the G bar are just rude.

Graton may be a bit out of the way for some in the Bay Area. It’s at least 2.5 hours from San Jose. But if you’re in the City or North Bay, this is the grandest casino within 100 miles.
The location is super easy to get to and navigate within the casino. Ive been there several times and have only ran into one rude employee, a bartender named Autumn (who skipped over me after me waiting almost ten minutes for a bartender to help two guys that walked up within seconds.) The dealers are fantastic and usually pretty fun if you get them talking. Security are nice, helpful, and always there if you need them! The rooms are clean and spacious. There really arent enough good things I can say about this casino! Highly recommend!!
Empty boring waste of space to the environment- why was this built? Seems like it had high hopes with low turn out! You picked a bad area shouldve went further south with a higher population. The casino is on the low end of good, the biggest drawback for me was that they allowed smoking inside so theres a smell that permeates everything.

When you come in you get excited but there’s a dress up employee standing by the hallways it feels weird, they’re there but just looking at you a somewhat glance I already lost some kind of excitement and plus machines I’ve noticed it jumps while spinning as if there’s a trick to skip a better odds to win some, so you get out wondering am I got scam with the machines or maybe they’re tricking people, I really don’t know but sometimes it’s in your system you just feel it.
My bf lost his wallet with a lot of cash in it when we went the night of his birthday. Security guards were not helpful that night and we left very frustrated. We woke up at 1 pm the next day and we called the casino to see if maybe someone turned in our wallet and for our luck they did. Turns out someone might’ve taken the money we had or something because the casino replaced the money in our wallet with 3 $100 bills. Honestly thank you so much for everything. My bfs bday was bad but they made sure to make it up for us. Super happy 🙂

I cant believe that this casino does not even have one craps table. Immediate disappointment for me. Apart from that, place was clean, machines were all in good working condition, and I liked how they had a non-smoking area and room. However, it was quite hard to order drinks as we could hardly find any of the drink servers around.They have a food court which gives us more food options so that was good.
Yesterday i went to the casino and someone stole my wallet. I spoke to security and within minutes they were able to check the cameras and locate the person who stole it. luckily i got my wallet back thanks to the good work of security at granton resort casino. Thank you very much

This Casino is beautiful! I’ve been here a couple of times. We went with the purpose of gambling hopefully be one of the $888 dollar winners for the Chinese New Year weekend event. But we didn’t. However, we sure had a blast. We might have not won the $888 but some of us won some $$$.We did not stay at the Casino/Resort this time. Because it was a weekend and it was packed. If you don’t like crowds, I’d say show up in the weekdays or a weekend with no events going on (but that might be a small chance lol). So, although it was crowded, we were still able to find parking. I really hate a place with no ample parking so that was a major plus for me!The casino had a food court which I loved so you don’t have to go anywhere else to get food, there was plenty to choose from. We’re coming back again!!! Hopefully win more :).
Security practically ruins the experience for you! I know I am not the only one. My friend had $1,000 in freeplay and if they saw him just standing around for more than 5 minutes they would literally come up to him and tell him he needed to leave

The security is awful found money on ground and no one was around and so I put it in my pocket and went inside the casino to gamble and security told I had to give back and barred from casino for life I am a senior citizen and didnt realize that money on the ground belong to casino.

The rooms are really I really nice--and affordable. You can go to the pool or spa theres a little gift shop & bar, then you walk out of there and you go into the casino you can basically get lost in there if you dont remind yourself of the cardinal directions and then youll be fine.Lots of gaming choices from cards two slots, high-limit room and the card rooms.
It was close by from Fremont and Newark, CA. It was very clean and has an excellent steak house restaurant.

I visited this place once recently and I had a good time in there.
In 2023 theyve cut back on the over 50 free play, and limited it to only on Tuesdays. Slots seem to be even tighter lately and lower payouts. Not as much fun with the changes and cutbacks.
I just stopped in for about an hour but had fun. Its pretty inside, there are fountains and marble floors. Not too shabby. There were many games to choose from. For smokers, yes you can smoke inside. They also have an area for non-smokers. They serve coffee and water at the machines. There is a full bar, but I did not drink so Im not quite sure how it is. I won some money and lost some money then won some money lol. It was fun. I would recommend it and go back again.

It took me 40 min to get a drink.i had to keep getting up to search for someone. But when I did, the waitress was excellently on top of it. Going out of her way to serve me even though I was at anothers station. I took in 53 bucks first game played 2 bucks won.97 second game played 3 won 48. Light atmosphere. Beautiful art features.
Its a casino. Tho its got alot of food options, A few bars. Boathouse restaurant is a good place to eat.

I only have a few complaints: they only offer free soda. Unlike Nevada which does all drinks including alcohol free. And there rooms are way over priced compared to other 4 star hotels.My compliments are:there hotel rooms are very nice especially the rectangle bathtubs,lots of slots & tables, 93% of staff are very nice, they have ppl constantly cleaning up around casino, smoking & non smoking areas.
Great nearby location to take your chances with lady luck. Reasonable priced restaurant offerings at their food court.Main complaint I have is their non-smoking section. Definitely wish it was a larger area. Or better yet, make the whole casino floor non-smoking. I dont mind the drinking and the partying, but the smoking gets quite obnoxious, especially in this day and age.
I love going to Graton Resort and Casino, but I was there last night with my husband we had a great time, but we wanted to take some food home. I ordered from Everett and Jones and was totally disappointed when I got home. I spent over $50.00 for a slab of ribs and an order of beef brisket. The entire slab of ribs were burnt and the meat was extremely dry. For the price that Everett and Jones charges this was unacceptable and I will not be eating there anymore when I visit Graton, but overall I always enjoy my visits to this casino.
Honestly, save your money! For the money youll spend, you have better luck driving to Reno! This casino never hits (on multiple attempts) and is exceptionally overpriced for its value. Move on, youll be and do better.

Its got a big selection of games and staff are friendly but good luck winning anything machines arent as tight as san pablo lytton casino but out of the dozens of times ive come here i never got ahead even a little. I see some people winning but very few.
Ate @ Everett Jones BBQ. Fantastic food. Plenty of portions for me an for price not bad. Only gave 4 cause was at Casino ambiance, nice if it had restaurant type atmosphere.

Awesome casino, has all my favorite games, roulette, blackjack, poker, etc. The spa is fantastic. I get my hair cut there 3 times a month for $20 and it gives you access to the spa all day with sauna, ice room, steam sauna, jacuzzi, showers, tranquility room, food, water, etc. At this point, Im a regular here. I dont even mind losing money anymore because the amenities are so good. Not to say I havent won big! ;)

One of the newer casinos in the North Bay that packs a lot of variety of tables, slots, luxury hotel, and restaurants. Food court. Italian food. Steakhouse, and even Foxtail golf course 1 mile away. The staff is super friendly and attentive, definitely recommend this casino compared to some older ones in the bay area.
It has been a very long memory since I hit a jackpot or walked out feeling like I win at Graton which I used to believe because it did happen enough to make me believe in returning. That feeling and belief is so long ago now I just feel stupid and hating myself every time i exit this casino.They took away the Free Slot Tournament on Thursdays. I truly enjoyed the positive group camaraderie and social connection this weekly fun event created and it is the worst decision your team has made on many levels. I now have nothing to look forward to on Thursdays and really now no reason to bother catching shuttle bus there.Last week after spending all my cash on your machines I walked to the cashier and on the way I saw a server with plenty of drinks and asked for a soda and he refused me and said I needed to be at a machine spending money….Now I am going to assume you are intelligent enough to know what went through my mind then, where I likely went after his response and let me give you a clue….it was NOT to the cashier or another slot machine….business is businesss and a good one I know this casino can be and i look forward to it becoming that again
The meal at Tonys was excellent!!! We shared the rib steak for two which left us plenty of leftovers.The service was meh. The manager came by checking on the service and the meal. We indicated that we were underwhelmed by the service. It had been more than 25 minutes since we had seen her. He jumped to it and checked in on us several times during the rest of our evening. Kudos to him!
Great atmosphere, however tables are a little difficult to get a spot in - they have quite a large selection of tables that are unopened even on a Saturday night (I’m assuming they are a little short staffed which is understandable and I feel for them!) But for the tables that are open many people are playing multiple hands and taking up multiple spots for hours at a time at very high traffic tables that are clearly in high demand. It would be nice to see some help trafficking these areas so more guests are able to play the table games they would like!

I was disappointed with one of the front. I was walking through the loop to get to the front and when i get to the front she have no customer and she was just staring at me and not even calling me. And when i went to her shes not helpful and giving me attitude i regret going to her but the other front desk was busy. And the other disappointment was the server in the casino she was giving drinks to the other guest next to me and fast by me i called her for water and she said shes gonna come back but didnt. But i gave the place 3 stars bcoz the place is good lots of machine but not really giving 😅 but thats okay and they have food court. If they have a helpful staff ill prolly give more stars 😁

Wife and I have been going there from day one and we really enjoy it. The casino treats us like we are special and the rooms are clean. The Boathouse is something that we really look forward to eating at. Get your players card as soon as you go there and youll get all kinds of goodies including accommodations.

Good location with plenty of parking and easy access. Casino allows smoking except for one relatively small non-smoking room on the casino floor.Staff was very friendly and helpful and seemed to be happy or at least glad to be there.There is a decent food court with a nice selection of restaurants and plenty of tables. Also a number of higher-end restaurants sprinkled at the perimeter of the casino.Overall a nice place to spend the day.
Came for a concert. The venue was very nice. Views from all seats seemed good. Great sound throughout. Clean and upscale and very well organized getting in and out of the concert area. Casino floor looked nice but I didnt spend any time there. Food court had a lot of great food options.
I did not stay in the rooms this time. I just came for a quick gamble. What happened to Graton? It went downhill. Its dirty and nasty. The employees have been trained to hover over certain people. Something must have happened here because the team members were on my tail like nobodys business. I will stick with Vegas. I can gamble there free and walk where I went. I even went into the high limit section to try my luck and what do ya know!!! A team member right up under my armpit! As an older woman I found this to be very irritating 😒 Im here to spend my money not get harassed! Thunder Valley....here I come. I hope you havent changed. Until then..Viva Las Vegas.

The ride there was nice. Lots of scenery. Found a ♿ parking so that was nice. $25 bucks freeway for newbies. At first I couldnt find a slot but them I found a couple spots to play. The pre made coffee was great tasting. I will be back!!!

Julia the front desk welcomed us with a great smile. She gave us nice & comfortable room. She was also there when we checked out. Staffs were all accommodating, friendly & courteous. Also to mention, Neal a very2 nice staff who helped us in giving us supplies which we already run out in our room. Very excellent service. We enjoyed our stay in a very clean & nice room.

Keep that in mind n you’ll have a great time, you won’t leave here rich so don’t gamble what you can’t afford to lose.Overall great blackjack experience but again don’t think you’ll be making money or getting rich of off this place. Just have fun, enjoy the place, drink a little and go home a few hundred bucks down. Totally worth it 💯.
Lots of parking. Could use more spaces for electric vehicles. The toilets are cool and automatically changes the seat. Feels more sanitary. Lots of slots and table games to play. Lots of restaurants to choose from, from expensive to the habit burger. Won my first jackpot here!

The only thing I dont like is the people that go there. They dont clean up their self. Cigarettes buds ash, and drinks just left on the machine. They have lack of staff to clean the casino. Saw the Jokoy show. Smaller than I would have thought show room. I think it is a multipurpose very large room. A bit smoky in the casino, but seems like all casinos are now a days. Awesome right?No, because we are the ones that are paying for it.Have you gambled there since construction has started?You most likely lost right?I normally do okay at Graton, their machines will kick in if they eat up some of your $$ but now they just keep eating your money!My last two visits there were a really bad nightmare, youd think if playing the max lines your going to win something, at least break even right?Wrong? I conversed with so many gamers there in the past two weeks who have noticed the same as me.Graton may as well put a basket outside the front door so you can drop all your money in there before you enter cuz your for sure not taking it home with you!

The amenities are the same if not better than most. The employees seem to be under pressure from management hardness . This seems to make them less personable in the performance of their duties as a team and more like a sweatshop type environment. 5 stars for the employees . 3 stars for management.

I rarely go to Graton because I have never won more than 15 dollars. Graton is extremely tight and expensive. I use to go there to eat at one of the places in food court that had amazing smoked chicken, I hadnt been there in a long time and thought it would great, apparently the place changed because the smoked chicken was bitter, definitely not what I was expecting. I will not be going back Graton casino its not worth the trip
The year is coming to an end. And most of us are going through bank statements and other records to get ready for taxes. As I was going through my bank statements I found that the casino was over charging me fees. On one statement I found 15 2.50 fee charges. When I only took out 300.00 one time 100.00 and the next 200.00. So it should have taken out 2.50 for each transaction. But I had 15 2.50fee charges. As I looked back I found that all year and beyond this had been happening. My fault maybe for not checking my bank statements sooner. However I will be going to my bank tomorrow to have this investigation I would advise you people who dont check your statements every month to do so. You maybe getting over charged and need to let your bank no asap. Besides this I have enjoyed the casino but will never use my credit cards there again.
It’s a casino, take it for what it’s worth. The food has been actually pretty good this year. The spa and salon is absolutely amazing. With any massage or facial you have access to hot tub, cooling room, steam room, sauna, and a cute waiting room with tv, fruit and drinks. It’s always well kept which is much appreciated and the staff is absolutely amazing. Well done everyone 👍🏽 both masseuses are excellent and know exactly where to go. The hotel suites are so beautiful and clean as well, i love the pool table. I feel like im back in Vegas.

This is a nice casino. There are lots of slots and card games a fair number of roulette options but, no craps options. I love the bar in the center of the casino and it is very clean. I definitely recomend this place to anyone into the gambling scene.

Fun time playing slots. Had BBQ at Everett Jones. I recommend the sampler platter. But, do not order the Peach Cobbler it was a total mess and disgusting. Cobbler was like someone put it in a blender and served it in a plastic cup. I think Dorothy Everett would be ashamed to serve something like that to customers.
The ambiance was there, but the machines did not pay out. Im disappointed by that fact. On the upside, the coffee is good, and the staff is friendly. The casino and restaurants and lavatories are clean, but the gaming was dirty. I dont think Ill play there much.

Funny thing I have NEVER been carded there until I went with my boyfriend who is both; very very mild and well dressed and well mannered,however he is one of the darkest shades of skin color ..so when we were carded it didnt seem right but when I spoke to a friend who had been there hundreds of times and was also never carded until he too had a black man with him...Now Im just thinking all types of b.s. bout the place ... smh

Just got home from the Gratin Casino. I won but boy was it smoky in that place. It is shocking that with all of the Covid 19 going around smoking is permitted inside. When someone blows cigarette smoke into the air, they are blowing covid into the air and you are inhaling it. I am vaxed but going in that environment is VERY RISKY.They are willing to put everyone including their employees at risk for the sake of a dollar. SAD...GOD IS WATCHING....Just saying.
21 an over only. We got through the door and that was about it. Should have checked age restrictions. No one under 21. So we had to leave because of being 18. Only casino in the area we drove an hour to get here to eat. Never again.

Somebody stole my money off the machine. I talked to security, and they said they couldn’t help me. They told me to press “service” on the machine. Nobody showed up for 30 minutes. I found an employee but she said she was busy. I couldn’t stay or I would miss the bus so that’s $108 lost.
Gamble peacefully inside while they have security patroling and watching the parking lot.

Great casino. Very large with options for everyone. Like that they had a few restaurants in addition to a small food court with lots of options including Starbucks.Parking lot was massive with many different entrances, and even when I had the location of where I parked (B3), none of the employees that I asked knew which directionto head so we walked around a number of sides of the building until we found it.. So just pay attention to which door you walked in so you can find your way back.
I celebrated New Years there, it was a great night! I go very often to the casino, and servers dontt pay much attention to guests at the slots, it is very hard, almost impossiblw to get a drink over there unfortunately

Gratin Resort and Casino is only the second Casino Ive been to in California and to me its the next best thing to Las Vegas. The place is so big. It took me about an hour to find my favorite game but I had fun just looking for the game. And, not one time did I get bumped into or bump someone. The floor staffwere very courteous. I was able to get cashed out on the floor by staff. Gratin is a must.
Will never go here again!!! Its not worth driving all that way, to have a security guard harass you about a service dog. Acting like she knows all the rules. Except, she doesnt. The dog was quite and sleeping in a carrying backpack, for dogs. I informed her that he was a heart detection dog. Her response was How is he going to do that in the bag! Thats was a dumb comment, the bag is not made of lead! She demanded that I take him out of the bag, and put him no a leash on the floor. She didnt care what kind of dog he was. She left, then and about 5 minutes later came back and started arguing. The other person I was with said will just leave. Then she said good, go use that door over there right now!I said get your boss, Im done with you. She kept insisting that I just leave and kept pointing at the same door. I told her to use that door herself and get your boss!!2 other security guards came. While I waited for their boss. The female left. I waited 10-15 Minutes. Then told the security guard that was watching over me, what had happened. And Im not waiting any longer. To let his boss know. I said I will not be returning.
Gratin is a high energy casino with loads of slots, a great high limit room, lots of poker tables, a non-smoking room and charter buses with easy to reach boarding areas. Ive won multiple jack outs there and I love their times $40 but Im Hold Em tournament they have every Saturday morning at 10:00 a. m. Good luck!!!!
Went to play poker, and the room is large. Several 1-3 No limit poker games going. List can be very long, so Id suggest to call ahead to put your name on the list.Ate at Tonys North Beach restaurant, and it was good, but on the pricier side. $20+ for a chicken fettuccine where there wasnt too much chicken on it. I enjoyed it, however, it was really oily.Also ate at the Asian restaurant as well, and the food there was good. Had the wings, honey walnut Prawns, shaken beef, salted fish fried rice, and beef chow fun.
We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Graton Hotel & Casino. Valet service offered. Nice upscale property with excellent employee service. Definitely would stay again. Wonderful casino and many restaurants to choose from.
I used to love graton. I would go all the time. Theyre replacing the good ole machines with the new $9 a spin machines that you never win on them. They keep taking away the old quick hit machines and Ill go else where.
All inclusive resort! What else do you want? Pool bar, beautiful rooms, great service! A variety of things to do.

They have a decent selection of pokies, table games, and restaurants, and I hear that they are expanding in January as well! For the location, its not a bad casino with what they offer. Never stayed at the hotel as its close to home, but overall a nice place.

I play poker and even though I lost a lot of money playing this was a very fun and enjoyable experience. The property is amazing the staff was exceptional and the food options were great. And I love how they have a 24-hour Starbucks. Although the workers didnt seem to move with urgency once the line got long but it is what it is it was probably 3:00 in the morning when I went. I definitely plan on going back and staying in a room to really get the full great and experience.

2023-10-29 23:27:04We havent been to Graton in about 7 or 8 years. The property has grown and is just beautiful. The hotel is new since we were there last. We stayed one night and we wished we had stayed longer! Everything was top notch from the time we pulled up to the valet to the moment we were leaving. Everything was so clean, the staff was very attentive, helpful, and approachable. Our room was absolutely beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The food court had a nice variety of options which was helpful since we had 3 people from our group of 7 that were vegan. I also was personally happy that there was an in house Starbucks 🙂 We cant wait to stay again.

It enough spots and currently the new ones installed do not work.The casino is making room for a new addition of hotel and casino. It feels like they are not paying anymore, but connecting to pay for the new buildings. I’d wait until those building s are finished. Otherwise, you’re throwing money away.I no longer recommend this casino.

2023-08-18 14:54:05This review is for the casino and event space as I never stayed in the hotel. Every time I go the place is really clean and will maintain. The staff are also super friendly and nice. The only time we have issues is when we bring someone along who looks underage and they seem to question us every 2 seconds so that gets a little frustrating that they dont have a wristband or something for those kind of people. As I understand theyre doing a job but eight people dont have to ask us the same question within the matter of 5 minutes. Most people are pretty courteous about the smoking and non-smoking sections so you can use whatever section you want and not have a problem. People also are generally considerate if youre waiting for a specific game or table. Also, the machines make everything super easy with the vouchers and cash. Ive been to a few casinos recently where you have to sign up for a rewards card first and then transfer your calf to points and then transfer the points to the card and they dont make the process. Very easy but luckily here it is. Super simple and I would highly recommend. Parking is super convenient as they have their own parking structure as well as a parking lot

2023-10-23 08:00:04The place is amazing. Gaming is awesome with massive selection. The security staff is ridiculous and they act like they are just the top flight security. They are jerks. Every single one of them and dune of the other staff only treat you with any kind of respect of they are getting something out of it. Typically they could care less. It is very obviously a what have you done for me lately mentality of the staff but the rooms and beds are out of this world. Tons and tons of gaming to choose from.

2023-11-12 20:13:16I frequent this casino weekly. They have recently added craps tables in front of the high limit area. Unfortunately they are immediately behind the Hyper poker machines that I enjoy playing. They are way too close to the machines and on weekend nights are extremely crowded and incredibly boisterous with players occasionally (in their exuberance) bumping into me. They routinely have a wayward dice travel under my chair causing someone to literally crawl under my chair to retrieve them.I appreciate patrons having the opportunity to play craps if they so desire, but would appreciate the tables being moved to a location that does not diminish my experience.

The entrance has the stunning chandelier that changes colors, the staff is wonderful, lots of security around, and outside on bicycles to ensure the safety of patrons on the grounds. The pool is delightful, they’ll check with you and take your orders right from the comfort of your lounge chair. Will definitely be back.

2023-11-16 06:26:57Just went to gamble. There were few servers floating around. The food court has a variety of delicious offerings. The barbecue was very good! I did have some luck on the slots but its too far to travel when I have several casinos near home. And the traffic on Hwy 37 is aggravating, no matter what day you go.
