Oct. 5, 2023. WOW! Horrible! I went into the women’s bathroom and it has not been cleaned for months unless 200-300 people used it in the last few days.It was closed for a leak for 1 day and then no one went in to clean and supply.Not one toilet cover in 2 stalls. No toilet paper in 2 stalls. No paper towels.So Owner please Hire a cleaning crew or do it yourself. If the bathrooms are disgusting are the fresh fruits and vegetables treated poorly too?Shopping can take some time that is why bathrooms are offered in most stores.I was absolutely disgusted.However….Employee Peter is a super nice and helpful guy. He helped me twice and I really appreciated him.

Good store, with some good values for most grocery needs. Check receipt and compare with posted shelf prices. Depending on the location sometimes you will find discrepancies. Also, I noticed a pretty high turnover rate. But decent prices on most items, overall. And if you are there on the right day/time you might get lucky and find something random that is heavily discounted.

Had a friend tip me off to their craft beer selection so I stopped by after work today. Daaang! Their buyer, Mike, is on point! Tons of new & solid brews with stuff you wouldnt expect at a grocery store. If youre into quality beer at a decent price you should check it out.

Was in the other night when trying to purchase some fruit as I was going through the bags of the tangerines most of them were filled with molded tangerines when I took pictures of it and talk to the manager about it her name was Yolanda I received no apology or anything like that so I walked out but she was kind of rude didnt even thank me for bringing it to her attention and I even mentioned that if the inspectors came in and seen that they would write them up her name is Yolanda she is extremely rude and very unfriendly no customer service at all I have pictures and I will be contacting the corporate office customer service at this location send Brian left is horrible

I am a big fan of Grocery Outlet chain of stores. Although each store is independently owned, by and large they all offer the same great discounted offers of similar items from bath & beauty to pet food, which we all know is expensive to maintain. Their aisle for seasoning herbs & salts, condiments and sauces is like a treasure trove at very affordable prices.

Love the deals. More then half the prices at regular store discount. Way h your dates. Some stuff may expire fast. I just buy what i need for a few days. But Some items will not be restocked again. Never had a problem with any food. But not a fan of veggie section so i skip and meat isnt my go to

I am doing most of my grocery shopping here. The produce is great and priced well. It is a great alternative to the other stores. I shop here first and if I cant find something here, then I have to go elsewhere. During this pandemic, I dont have to wait in line to get into the store as other stores and check out is very quick, also not like other stores. Also, the owners are out on the floor working, etc. The ownersare friendly as well as their staff and everyone greets the customers. I really like this store.

They have a large array of low-priced groceries at bargain-value. I love going here! I highly recommend checking out the ice cream isle because you could find non-dairy sweet ice cream pints from as low as $1 and as high as $3!

This is a large location of grocery outlet, larger then most others in the area. They have a diverse selection of stuff. This location does not sell hard alcohol, only wine and beer. The cheese selection here is really good.This location consistently has different stuff then the one in Azusa. I find it worthwhile to go to both as the stuff they carry is really different.

They really did not have much selection of anything that was any use to me and I did end up walking out with about 30% of the items I needed missing. so I will not be visiting this establishment again

Always great deals and prices. Some off brand items and some brand but for the price and the quality of the off brands that I have tried is great. I get the salads in a bag for $2.99 compare to the ones at that trendy spot TJ (thats not Tijuana) and you get much more salad at 50% to 70% less! Plus these keep longer in your fridge.

You better read tags EVERY TIME. They will use a tag for the description even if the price isnt the same. I spoke to someone that says shes the mgr and that is their practice. She says customers move them and they get lost and so thats what they do. Do not go there in a rush thinking youre getting whats promoted. Ive worked retail over 20yrs and have shopped at that location since they opened. Most employees are good but that mgr needs work on her skills. If I go back I will be sure NOT to enter her line.

The prices here are definitely cheaper than those in other markets. I come here regularly after work to buy my groceries. The cool part is that the store plays Michael Jackson songs most of the time, I believe there is a MJ fan working there. I recommend visiting this place to see the low prices and good vibes.

The young cashier, Angel, very sweet. Always friendly when I go in to purchase, goes as fast as she can, and always makes herself available for assistance. This evening, I witnessed a very rude lady being very disrespectful to that cashier, calling her vile names. I could tell that the cashier was hurt, but did her best to hold it together. People like that customer shouldn’t be allowed to shop in the store. It’s disruptive, and quite rude that the employees have to tolerate that disrespect from such rude people.

Ok, I must said, I drop the ball this time. I was trying to empty my shopping car at the register when I grab a packet of 72 coloring pencils from the wrong end and all the pencils got splashed into the floor, I looked at the cashier (Christie) while I was feeling so ashamed and sorry for the mess. Christie was so nice with me, She asked the customer in back of me to move to another cashier, she ask for help to assist me with the mess and allow me to get another case of pencils because the tips were broken. Accidents happens to all at least once, but is a great relief to have an understanding and nice associate to back you up when it happens.

If you have a limited budget, there is no better place for a fantastic deal. Great selection of foods and typically has everything one would want to get anywhere else. Only small complaint is that sometimes there are random things that are wayyyy overpriced. Odd considering the place sells really cheap food. Overall though, the store is clean, staff is nice, and great experience.

Weird eclectic store...has some really good deals.Keep checking back in, the stock rotates and frequently they have new things.Fun to walk around and see what they have.Good place to stop in and check to see if they have what you need off your shopping list BEFORE you do a big shopping trip....they wont have everything, but its worth it to stop by.Everyone is pretty friendly there, and its mostly clean and organized.

I had been raving about this store to my friends and coworkers since the opening last year. Normally I would rate them as a five because of the items I am able to find, yet my visit last week changed that.I watched the cashier interact with the customer in front of me. When it was my turn, she didnt bother to greet me, nor did she even attempt to make small talk with me. I let her continue to process my transaction and when she gave me my receipt, I thanked her kindly for addressing me.When you work in customer service based positions, it is important to greet the customer to make sure they found everything ok, setting your personal feelings aside since that human does not look like you.Everyone else has been friendly yet she left a bad taste in my mouth...and probably will not spend any more of my hard earned money at this establishment.

I like every Grocery Outlet I have been to. This one is fairly new. Yes there are some items that are not available; but remember this is an outlet type store. Here are some examples of what I found today: Dole Bananas were .39 a pound, Yoplait yogurt was 2 for a dollar, Macadamia nut Betty Crocker 14 oz. cookie mix .79 each, Gallon 2% milk 2.49. There were more bargains. The retail prices displayed for comparison purposes seemed to be very high remember this when making your comparisons. The store is definitely worth at least a once a month visit. The store was clean and organized and when I asked for help on certain items store personnel were very helpful and knew where stuff was.Well I came back to this store about a year later. Dole Bananas are now .49 a pound about the same as at other stores. I have had two dealings with rude help so I have downgraded the rating from 5 to 3. I was talking to a worker and the manager came up and interrupted the conversation. No excuse me or pardon me. The store was not busy and I was asking a store related question. Another time, again the store was not busy I was rushed through the checkout line and because I was rushed I left items at the checkout. The check had stuff piled in the checkout area so I didnt notice my items because I was being rushed and because of all the other stuff in the checkout area. Will not be back.

We went to grocery outlet to get organic vegan foods. They have great bargains on these foods over the high priced health stores. We found vegan cheese for 1$ that normally goes for more than 4$ at Sprouts. The manager Emy was so nice, taking the time to show us around and talk to us about our dietary concerns.

This is a great store for snacks, especially gluten free, organic, or vegan ones at a reasonable price. The only downside is that the foods are randomly stocked and theres no guarantee that anything in particular will be in stock. Also the produce is limited. But its overall a fun place to shop.

The management and staff truely strive to serve you and are so informative about their products. Every question you may have is meet with attentive ears and several informed choices to meet your culinary needs. Michael in the wine dept is so well versed on all the prducts offered. He even suggested a specific rose wine that grown and bottled in Italy, that had no additives as bottled in the U. S. and had a very low sugar content from the fermentation process unlike done in the U. S. for a friend that is Diabetic. We need to support this gem of a grocery store within our midst. The price was a third compared to everywhere else within 10 miles.

The Grocery Outlet in Azusa appears to be smaller but they had more of what I needed. Interesting though, the prices were higher in Duarte for the same items, just a few miles apart. The employees in Azusa are much nicer and more helpful.

Diamond in the rough. They opened this place near my house and I even went inside but one day just tried it out and I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable and really cheap some things are!! including produce and alcohol. Savvy shoppers know better, there are no true bargains to be found here. I visited this store a second time recently after finding myself disappointed when walking through during their Grand Opening some months ago. The 2nd visit didnt merit any future returns. If you are a smart shopper youll know you can stretch your dollars elsewhere. Dont trust their Wow pricing advertisements, they are exaggerated at best. Additionally, there is not much of a selection so you will likely go elsewhere to pick up what they dont have. Mikes Food was an eye sore in this town for too many years. Grocery Outlet will become no different when the new wears off. I know the town needed a market badly after Ralphs left, but Grocery Outlet and Smart & Final Extra in my opinion will only continue to bring the citys value down. I will continue to spend my grocery dollars in Monrovia and Glendora where true grocery stores still thrive.
