I love guess products. I did not make a purchase because the fitting rooms were closed. The customer service was good and I found a few items that I liked.

This GUESS factory outlet in Manteca,CA is like an open secret place in the Central Valley of CA. Its very unassuming location near a Mexican restaurant, a Japanese restaurant and an AMC movie theater is a refreshing surprise. I always get good deals when I come here - from handbags to shoes and sandals and accessories. They also sell various kinds of GUESS apparel from babies to adults. The customer service personnel in this store are also very friendly and helpful. Definitely check this place out if you happen to be near or at Manteca,CA.

Although their items were somewhat limited I still found a lot of really cute things. I’m of average stature for a woman, 5’5 with a slim/athletic build and their clothes and jeans fit so nice! The girls in the store were so helpful and asked if I needed other sizes while trying stuff on in the fitting rooms! I am happy after leaving here. Also, my husband bought a jacket from here and it runs small so you have to get a size or two bigger. But it’s a great jacket regardless, one of his favorites. BTW they close at 8:00 every night expect for Sunday they close at 7. The girl helping me said she can’t change the store hours that are posted online (it’s not her who posted it) overall good experience.

I love GUESS Factory they always have clothes that I like and of very good quality and they have discounts all the time, the workers are always on the lookout for customers and I like that. Guess Factory have all kinds of clothing accessories such as glasses, belts, bags, jackets, shoes, t-shirts, pants, shorts and much more.

Great customer service, wonderful staff. I got a jacket, that is better than most around that ive ever seen in departmentstores.... had to go back for jeans 👖. Lots of sales ever week.

My friend who worked there was fired for letting school students earn extra credits..at no cost to the guess company. I think thats really wrong.. please do not buy clothing from guess stores.. what if it was your chilled trying to further there education? Or you loosing your job that supports your children? Please boycott. These retailers. Guess company does not like to help students get a future.... so please all you hard working familys who have children in school stop buying clothes from any guess store...I beg you help shut this kind of retailer down.. this should not be a practice applied in america.they should want to help school kids get their extra credits period...

What kind of training does guess have that they give there workers apparently is working to be co worker acusing people of stealing without proof she made us come back into the store after we where leaving as pass the embarrassing moment that we stole a pair of glasses that were lost and we told her to call the cops so they could check us and she didn’t want to and then we called the cops and when the cop got here she didn’t want to talk to the cop is that the training her name is Stephanie and the sale person 250067
