Came here several times. They always provide high quality service. With their promotion, the price is also quite reasonable compared to other hot pot places. Free snacks, small dishes, fruits and ice cream. Great place for birthday too. The waiters celebrated with us. Thank you waiter Sean for the great service today!

Went to this place for lunch, had to wait for sometime to get the sit. It was quit busy, service was quick, our order came fast, Shezuan soup base was mouth numbing spicy with no flavor, other coconut soup base was good. Food was delivered by robot that was something different our kids really enjoyed it. Sauces section was nice. We found this place a bit expensive. Ambiance was nice.

A unique experience where we ordered 4 soup bases which kept boiling in the pots on the table and we had to order the protein/vegetables etc, separately and cook in the soup bases. It was nice.2 good soup bases and 2 were not so great. We ordered the spicy soup base which was just chillies, broth and oil…didn’t have any taste as such. The coconut chicken broth was bland and would’ve been better with some salt. Other bases we tried were Tom yum and spicy pork base. These were good.Staff was friendly.There was a very cute robot that my daughter loved!! 😊

Great service here. Even they don’t have hand made noodle show here the food it’s still decent. We had lunch special set before 5pm. Soup base, noodle, fried rice it’s complementary. Great large space seating area. The sauce station provides dessert options and fruits to choose from. Soft serve all you can eat vanilla ice cream station it’s great option for kids after the meal. I love variety of soup base. Golden soup it’s a dense chicken broth and taste great without needing any sauce for me. Free kids meal plate and small toys making kids really happy here as well.

This biggest hotpot brand from China has improved so much than the last time we dined there at its Fremont place. Their lunch promo of $19.99 is totally worth a bang of the buck!!The meat, the veggies, fish cakes or fish balls and other items are very fresh. Soup bases are of good flavor and seem less MSG’d.Also the condiments island provides more than a dozen ingredients while the fruit or snack shelf is filled with again, very fresh fruit cuts - melons, pineapples, grapes, etc.On top of that, their entire staff members are totally courteous with smiles and tending manners. That is a huge difference from before where we were not impressed by the deadpan faced or even rude waiters.We have visited this week twice as we so enjoyed the freshness of everything and the pleasant services!

From the service to the food, everything was truly impressive.I have to mention our server, Harry. Harry was friendly, attentive, and always provided us with excellent service. He quickly understood our needs, recommended some fantastic dishes, and always maintained a smile and patience. His expertise left a lasting impression on us, making the entire dining experience enjoyable and memorable.Their hot pot and various ingredients are fresh. I especially loved their chili sauce and beef slices. They also offer a wide variety of side dishes and condiments, ensuring everyone can customize their hot pot according to their taste.I highly recommend Haidilao, especially if you encounter exceptional servers like Harry. It will be an unforgettable dining experience, and I look forward to visiting again soon!

Such an amazing experience! The food still never ceases to amaze me! Communication was excellent. Ordering on the table was so easy and quick. A robot brought out the dishes and our server Jackson was so attentive. I really like the original pork intestines broth and the Thai style sour and not too spicy.Maybe compared with Cupertino I prefer Fremont better for better design, layout of the tables and service was better.LPT: Highly recommend making reservations in advance on their website.

Soup are good, especially we like the pork stomach and chicken broth the most! Kate is very attentive with serving us. Nice environment. Will come back again. And the lunch promotion now are great value.

The most delicious food I have had in years. I was able to create my own sauce. Service was perfect. Aprons, hair ties, lens cleaners were provided! Women’s bathroom was stocked and impressive and so clean. There was so much to look forward to. The ice cream was a perfect ending to a perfect dinner. The staff have thought of everything. This place is a true Gem .

It was our first time visiting this restaurant. Our server Yang was very nice and attentive. Her service was superior. It was such a great experience to dine in this hot pot place. Food quality was good and tasty. Soup bases were great. Snack bar had many choices. We will come again!
