We went to check this place out. Im a huge fan of a place named similar in San Francisco. So I was hoping it was them. It was not, but thats beside the point. Only one worker in there during a fresno state game. It got busy after we ordered. Poor guy, working, I think, tried his best. The only reason he gets 4 stars. I dont understand the fascination with adding fries to gyros. We ordered them plain, and he got all 3 wrong. Added the hottest sauce they have on top. I had to throw half mine away cause I dont like spicy. But..... The meat was fantastic. I got a side order also, and it was nice portions. It was a little different than some traditional Ive had but was still good. So overall food would have been good if I could have eaten it all. Parking will be tough sometimes, but I would give them another chance, hopefully, when they got better organized. No pictures of food were a to go order and was a mess when they got home. Wouldnt be fair. I saw what some got in store and looked great.

First time here. Very impressed. Great food. Tasty. Large portions and price is really good. Shawarma wraps are delicious. Loaded fries are impressive!

I had high hopes considering that many people said this place had Afghan food. I do not like to leave bad reviews, but the owner of this establishment should appreciate an honest review. First, the food, menu, atmosphere is nothing close to traditional Afghan restaurant. I have eaten at many wonderful Afghan restaurants from Washington D.C to San Francisco. Secondly, the food is a poor representation of Afghan food, this is coming from someone who is Afghan. I highly recommend you advertise yourself as a burger joint only.

I had the pleasure of eating at Halal Bros tonight. It’s been a minute since I’ve had good Shawarma, and Halal Bros did not disappoint.FOODI ordered the lamb Shawarma combo, and asked for it extra spicy. Fair warning, if you ask for extra spicy, that’s exactly what you are going to get. The best part is, you can still taste all of the flavors through the heat. The lamb Shawarma sauce was very true to Shawarmas I’ve had in the Middle East. And anyone who complains about the portions is just insane. As you can see in the picture, my Shawarma was loaded with lamb.I also appreciate that the food is Halal. Though I am not Muslim, I am conscious of what I eat, and the treatment of the animals that I eat. I don’t go out of my way to find Halal food, but when it’s available, I jump at the opportunity.PRICEThe price point here is absolutely worth mentioning. Everything is under $11, which I appreciate the business trying to cater to the broke college students.ATMOSPHEREThe atmosphere in Halal Bros has a very youthful urban vibe to it. The walls are covered in graffiti art, which feature a myriad of characters and themes. I didn’t bother looking at my phone once, while I was eating, because I was too busy enjoying the art. I also had a chance to talk to the artist, who was eating there, Derek “Dee” Magee, about his artistic background and inspiration for creating the mural.OWNERSHIPI had a chance to talk to Tony, one of the owners of Halal Bros. Though this is a fast casual restaurant, he took the time to greet me, and other customers who came in, and took time to explain his inspiration for the food and restaurant. It’s always nice to talk to local restaurant owners and see what their inspiration for the food is. To me, it really adds to the ambience and quality of the food.TL:DRIf you want an authentic, delicious, Halal, Mediterranean fusion restaurant with a great youthful vibe, Halal Bros is your place.

This was my first time here and it did not disappoint. The staff was really friendly and had great hospitality. I got the shawarma and it was amazing. Give it a try!

Ordered the loaded halal bro fries and was amazing great service from the workers and an amazing atmosphere especially with the paintings on the walls. All in all great place and should try!

I love the food here it’s so fresh and tasty and the price is crazy affordable . These guys must be crazy or they just want people to enjoy their service and food .

Went in got two rice plates. Mine was made correctly and was good. I wish the rice was warm though. My sibling got a combo rice plate no tomato and red sauce on side and they did not give us the fries, put tomatoes on it and red sauce on the food not on side. Food quality is good but attention to details is important!

Our dinners, wraps were huge and very tasty.Falafel were also delicious.The menu is perfect for their location.Near Fresno State

Food was soooo good. Especially the shawarma wrap. The atmosphere and service was very nice as well.
