2023-11-28 06:14:57The hot pot here is reasonably priced and offers a self-serve concept, providing an abundance of options for creating your perfect meal. Despite our careful selections, we ended up with leftovers due to the generous portions. The lamb and beef are served by a robot—be sure to stop them to grab your meat, plus they also have lamb rack or rib for self-serve. The aroma is delightful, and the surprise addition of lamb rack or rib as a hotpot side dish was a pleasant discovery. The hot pot soup may not match up to other dedicated hot pot places, but its still good enough considering the price. They have an array of drinks, desserts, and fruits, although the desserts werent a standout. We also ordered two side dishes: liang pi and baked buns. The buns, filled with lamb, were delicious, while the liang pi provided a surprising texture and flavor—perhaps a unique Xinjiang style preparation. It may not align with my flavor expectations, but its not bad.Service is great, with welcoming and patient staff, even though it seems like there arent many servers in the store. Despite that, they serve with friendliness and efficiency.

2023-12-03 01:11:43Their skewers were so good. It was $18 but bigger than I thought. Can’t just have that as a meal though. Probably not enough. The lamb rice dish was good also.

2023-10-26 19:47:22Large opening room with many tables. I was too eco to have the food totally forgot to take a picture. Best authentic pearl noodles 丁丁炒面in Bay Area. Also Nang fired lamb is so crispy and the lamb is tasty. We are from sacramento aera and we definitely will be back.

2023-06-18 05:02:36We’re not from Xinjiang but we have tried more than five authentic Xinjiang restaurants in both SoCal and Bay Area. We wouldn’t come back for second time. First, the bun was not even warm when served, which is not what we expected at all. Second, the shish kebabs is middle eastern kebabs but not Xinjiang kebabs we had in other places and more like shawarma. Third, the big plate chicken is ok but not amazing in its ingredients and flavor. We had better ones. Last it’s clear that they’re short staffed so we waited long to get served and we didn’t get anything to drink until our second dishes and we asked for it. It may be overrated but check it out with caution.

2023-07-10 02:22:12They are newly open, understandably the menu is condensed and few options; however: their food is really amazing and authentic! A true delight and great choice if you want to have good & easy Xinjiang cuisine! We tried the Xinjiang Big plate Chicken, and the Lamb rice; it’s the reallll deal! Very well made to how we love it! They even got raisins in the lamb chop rice, which is, hello, sign for being really authentic! The service team is so nice and friendly: we got there around 3 after a hike, which is very much late to lunch time & they are cleaning up, however, they still sit us down with a lot of smiles & kept checking back if we need anything! We appreciated it a lot!Ample parking spots, no need to worry about finding a spot!

2023-09-03 05:13:20Great hotpot place. A few hiccups but I understand they recently revamped it to a fully halal place.First: decor and ambiance is decent. Pretty and exciting. Problem is cleanliness. Floors are sticky, bathrooms are not that clean, etcSecond: food - pretty good! Lots of options, good flavors. Problem: nothing is labeled in the buffet area except for the sauces. It’s a guessing game. There are many things I didn’t try simply because I don’t know what they are. This is especially problematic if you have allergiesThird: service. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. They seem a bit understaffed (dishes not cleared quickly, etc) but no major issuesPricing is decent, especially since it’s an all you can eat buffetOverall, a good experience. Looking forward to coming again in the future.

2023-11-23 08:43:10We really loved their lamb kebobs. The portion is big and the meat is very tender. The flat iron skewer sticks they used remind me of the delicious skewers I got during my travel to Xinjiang. We also ordered the spicy lamb trotter, lamb polo, dumplings, which are all very good.

2023-08-26 19:49:21Mixed feeling. The vibe is nice, like a Xinjiang place, and most classic Uyghurian food can be found. Waiters are friendly. The handled pulled noodle has the flavor I familiar to and I like it. The Baked Bun is very nice. However, for most others we ordered, ok, but not close to the best ones I had, too many or wrong spices might be added or overcooked a little. The Yogurt is not served by the Uyghurian style jar and wood spoon shown in the menu, but a cheap togo plastic bowl and a disposable spoon, dispointing.

2023-08-15 08:37:40Restaurant was not busy. Ordered one good and one bad dish. The cold noodle dish was actually quite nice. The roasted lamb was super flavorful and l loved the refreshing cold noodle as combination. $19 before tax.The problem was with the goat tripe. It was beyond salty! We just finished the buns. The portion was super big and i felt bad for wasting most of it. It costs $25 before tax.

2023-08-25 08:00:39The restaurant is divided into two sections, and only one server serving each section. We waited 30 minutes until someone finally came to take our order. After 15 minutes, when the other table came after us already have their food, we were informed that our order was lost and we had to order again. Fantastic. The big plate chicken was the only good thing in the entire experience.
