1st time coming to eat here, all I have to say to please stop by and enjoy eating here. This spot is amazing. its like no other. All I wanted was more and more. Our server was amazing he service wants to make me come back, and he is amazing. Everything felt like it was cooked with heart and passion. This spot is a gem and will be recommending others to come here. Gyzoa was my favorite.

My first, and definitely not last visit, had Great service. Eric and other Staff was friendly and welcoming, Menu is pretty easy to follow. Wide selection of your familiar favorites. I ordered the 911 roll, hand rolls, and some appetizers. The spicy dishes are definitely spicy. So keep your ginger handy. The garlic edamame were really good. The veggie tempura was crunchy, perfect snack. This location offers a relaxed/chill atmosphere. Nice for a bite out with friends or family. Expect a mixed age crowd. A good selection of Alcohol beverages are served at this location bottled or draft. Call location for more information. Hope you enjoy as much as I have.

An old favorite with new energy. Until recently, Id only enjoyed a quick lunch here. Having time for dinner with good company and staff/ food improves the experience. Rolls are ginormous (which can be a pro or con), the flavors are clean and distinct. Must try coined entrees next time.

Well I came by to try this sushi as I was super hungry and as usual I always order my baked green salmon and it did take a while to arrive but they were quite flavorful! I also ordered the Washington roll and the Maki spicy tuna roll.The washington roll was juicy and plump . And the spicy tuna roll maki was the smaller version of the regular one. I had no idea they had smaller options but it worked out as I was satisfied with the whole meal. The staff were super friendly and I really enjoyed this quick stop. Also their music was nice til it kinda stopped but other than that I would probably come back if im around the area! Thanks Hana Haru! For the great service. For the best and freshest Sushi you must visit Hana Haru Japanese restaurant. Everything I ordered was mouthwatering delicious. And topped off with some fresh green tea ice cream. Go see Jane Lee and her Son for some really delicious Sushi.

This is my new favorite Japanese spot. Excellent food, excellent service, and a very cool, relaxed atmosphere. A huge selection of sushi and tons of other Japanese dishes means even your friends who dont care for sushi will find something delicious on the menu.Theres a reason theyve been in business for 47 years. Give Hana Haru a try. Youll have a new favorite as well.

My wife and I have traveled to Japan and enjoyed what is considered to be the most authentic sushi, from top chefs. Hana Haru is the only sushi restaurant in the San Gabriel Valley that has come close to that experience. We love sashimi and traditional simple sushi (fish on rice), and Hana Harus food is fantastic, and a bargain for good sushi/sashimi. The back bar has that intimate, real, Kyoto sushi diner vibe. Reminds us of Japan.The first time I tried Hana Haru was in the late 90s, and I was blown away by how delicious every bite of sushi was, and it remains just as good today. When my wife and I met, she had never been, and she grew up two miles from there, so we had a date there, and she fell in love too.Dont be shy about sitting down at the sushi bar at the back of the restaurant, because that is where we always eat. Ask the chef or the manager what they suggest if youre not familiar with sashimi versus sushi. Our best foodie experiences have been when we have just gone into restaurants and asked for help trying something new, or unknown, Hana Haru is a great place to try this.For most people, the sushi roll type of sushi, (dragon roll, spicy crunchy roll), is their entry point/introduction to sushi, and they serve some very satisfying versions of that as well, but if you are really into sushi, or interested in learning more about sushi, then try their sashimi. Its a real treat, and we highly recommend Hana Haru. Our usual order is some edamame, a couple of yellow tail sashimis, couple of hand rolls, vegetable tempura, AND a spicy crunchy roll, because why not. Cheers!

I went here the 1st time on Feb for my dad bday the lady that serve us is very rude. The food tasted terrible is not like other Japanese food is more like Chinese food. Not recommended unless you want to be treated rudely.The price is to expensive for the amount of food you get.The sushi tasted terrible

Staff is first rate, very attentive. Food portions abundant for price points and delicious. Im not a Sushi eater but just the presentation almost converted me. Id definitely go back. Menu has something for everyone. Im not a larger eater and owner allowed me to get a childs plate which I had to SPLIT with a child. Go there, you wont be disappointed.

Two good things about this place. 1. The hostess/waitress/manager lady was nice and friendly. 2. All rolls are served as half rolls.On to the food.Everything tasted the same. We ordered quite a few rolls and couldnt really tell what was what. There was a lot of rice and a lot of imitation crab. In order to be worth it, this place would have to be half the price. We had to ask for every refill and it was quite some time in between rolls. There were 2, maybe 3 other tables. No more than 3 people per table. No reason it should take that long to bring large CA rolls with different toppings on them.Definitely wont be back. To expensive for what you get.

The taste, freshness, service, & quality are above and beyond the average sushi place in my opinion. This is not an all you can eat, but this place is all quality and very good size portions! A++

If you’re looking for a good sushi spot, DO NOT eat here. Service was terrible and so was the food. I ordered salmon rolls and the salmon was warm, which indicated that it had not been refrigerated at all. The Uni was HORRIBLE! I don’t think the taste of rot will ever leave my taste buds!Serves me right for not going to my usual Sushi spot “Sushi Show” in San Dimas! They have the best and freshest Sushi in town

Did the all you can eat. The sign on the table says that it’s all you can eat for 1 hour. Well the owner decides to say “no more” 40 min in! They had forgotten a roll and the owner seemed irritated and changed her attitude towards us immediately, as if it was our fault. We only ate 3 rolls and 2 appetizers and 2 misos. They’re cost for all you can eat is $24.99 per person. There were 2 of us. I will not go back bc it is far too expensive for imitation crab. They have good beer sales because they want you to fill up in beer and not the sushi. We didn’t order beer, so I can only guess that’s why she cut us off. Horrible service and attitudes.PS-I overheard the owner try and charge someone for a roll they didn’t eat bc they didn’t like it. She was very very rude. I have no clue how they have regulars. Guess they’ve never been to a real sushi restaurant.

This was our first time frequenting this restaurant, and it was well worth the visit.We were met by a very friendly hostess/waitress, and were made to feel very comfortable right away. The food was reasonably priced and very flavorful. We had the garlic edamame and salmon rolls to start with. It was very good. I always judge a Japanese restaurant by how good their miso soup is, so when they brought us the soup, I could tell from the first spoonful that we were going to have a very pleasant experience. And it certainly was just that. After that we had us the bento box dinners, and it too was very tasty. I recommend this restaurant for very good food. Its worth a visit, and trust me, it will be a pleasant one.

Great All you can eat Sushi spot in Glendora right next to spaghetti eddies. $24.99/person. The service was super nice and attentive. 4/5 stars because the ordering process was not very clear to us. 1st 2nd and 3rd columns and you choose what you want and when you want it to come out from the beginning. The food was fantastic we ordered different sushi and tempura rolls. Left stuffed. Definitely give this place a try :)

Took them about 10 minutes to take our order, and waited for about 30 minutes, then they came to ask us if we wanted the check before we even received our food! When we got our food it was plane and mediocre; rise was dry, avocado was over ripe and on to of that they didnt give us soy sauce dishes, wasave, or ginger The only reason why I give 2 stars is because the waitress who helped us after our waiter disapeared was really nice. Needless to say we wont be coming back.

Cute place good if your a drinker, they have some really good happy hour deals. But the food was ok nothing special, there soda machine was out of sprite and instead of asking if id like anything else they made me wait about 15 minutes to get a drink once they replaced the sprite. We order a few rolls and some other things. After ordering they asked are you sure thats not to much food. Excuse me if iI am the one paying for it what does it matter to you. I found that extreamly rude of the lady running things. We ordered a roll that dose not say anything about being spicy and it was so hot we didnt even eat it. I would not come back here after this experience.

This place is really TWO places.The Japanese restaurant in front is not very good.Service is terrible, and the hot food is mediocre.If you order sushi, it sits too long before its served.However, if you go to the sushi bar in back (down the skinnyhallway, half hidden), its a different experience altogether.The sushi is top notch, and the service excellent.This is the place for sushi.
