Hana Sushi Canyon Hills in Lake Elsinore

We have been customers since the day this place was opened. It has been one of our favorite places, especially when it comes to sushi. I apologize for just now reviewing this spot. The sushi is always fresh and good portions to price point. The servers have always been right on any requests and the sushi chefs are creative and fun.The prices are reasonable and the owners have been like family. The owners, Both Steve and Michelle are amazing people through and through. They have cared for each of theirs guests with the upmost in service and community. Due to health issues they have made the unselfish decision to sell the store. It breaks our hearts to see them go. We wish the nothing but the best in their future. We hope that the new owners uphold the same level of product and service as they promise.

Got the lunch special. Mexican roll, Amber roll, and Las Vegas roll. Las Vegas roll was super crunchy and warm. Other two rolls didnt really stand out from each other but they were still tasty! Place is a little more than what Im used to. Would choose Sapporo sushi over this, but still not a bad place.

It’s a typical sushi bar...Excellent food and a wide variety of drinks. Seating is a bit tight, however the staff is very friendly and eager to serve you. They have a happy hour from 4pm-6pm, and often have chief specials. The vibe was positive. The atmosphere is mostly family oriented.

Have you ever had a rice free sushi roll? The protein roll is one of my favorite offered at Hannah sushi! They use crab salad rather than rice & plenty of fresh fish! They do not use tiny slices with hardly any flavor. 🤩The salmon sashimi slices are large than most sushi restaurants. Which makes the price worth it! I recommend trying salmon belly!They will also have some high end fish available on occasion such as blue fun tuna which my friend loves!Hannah sushi is our favorite sushi restaurant. We often find ourselves comparing other sushi restaurants to Hannah because theyve set the bar high in quality. ☺️The staff is always friendlyThank you

Food is fresh and good quality. Drinks, food atmosphere, customer services everything is amazing . I enjoy getting the edamame and salmon collar for appetizer. The ice tea is delicious.

Amazing. And great service too! The workers interact with you; love it! And the owner takes the time to get to know her regulars and make an effort to acknowledge them when they stop in.

Jun was friendly as one of four chefs behind the bar with a well staffed clean restaurant. Fresh fish was a little more expensive then the surrounding susui places but good.

Fantastic service, amazing tasting food and very welcoming of my girlfriends allergies.An amazing restaurant thT deserves a chance. I recommend the funky Munky if you like spice.Price wise Id say this is average, not cheap but nit break the bank bad.

I have to say I was very surpried at the quality of the sushi served here. Even at happy hour, the nigiri and cut rolls are fresh and the rice perfectly sticky. The staff is very polite and effecient. Prices are roughly the same than that of another similar establishment. Happy hour is probably the best time to eat here. Its not busy and you can get away with relatively small bill.I highly suggest this place for anyone in the area that likes sushi/Japanese food.

This was a fabulous 🍣 sushi restaurant. I fed 3 adults & two grandchildren with the rolls I bought for lunch. I will be back.
