The food and service was great. Kate was very attentive to our every need. We first tried the baked muscle. Then we continued with the sushi. Our kids and I were grateful to have her as our server. Thank you. We will be back again.

My husband and I love this place!! I’m a chicken katsu girl and my husband is a sushi guy and we always leave satisfied. Everything we have ever ordered from here has always been fresh and the service is awesome. We have been bringing our 7 month old here for the past 4 months and they have always been so accommodating and friendly towards her, no matter how fussy she gets. This is our go to place. If you’re looking for a good sushi place in the Temecula area, give Hana a try!

I was served by Nicole today and received terrible service. She didn’t want to provide the table with refills and gave us a hard time when we asked for spicy mayo and sriracha. Almost as if she wanted to say there was already spicy mayo and sriracha on the sushi roll. She never came to check on us and ask how the food was and when she dropped off the bill.. Nicole never came back. Do better Nicole. I am typically very generous with tips however I won’t tip someone who treats myself and my guest like we are bugging them.

Irritated my child wasn’t accommodated with a booster seat when one was offered... Waiter asked for drinks choices as soon as I sat down without being able to look at menu. I ask for a few moments not 15 minutes. Food is always great here I’m just deeply disappointed with the service.

This place is a hidden jewel. Nice dining area...clean, quiet, well decorated. Food and service were really good also. Went here only because we tried going to another Japanese restaurant first and it was chaotic and loud. Thats when we decided to try Hana. So glad we did. I will be returning.

Best sushi in the area.. Hands down =)******Update after covid and my recent experience today 4-15-23:Everything is so pricy now. I remember when the most expensive roll they had was $17, now that is the average of their most basic rolls.They are charging more and now serving off of plastic plateware....The chop sticks they gave us werent even from their resturaunt.... they were from sushi bar and grill in imperial.....They changed the recipe to my favorite roll. And now it is definitely not to my liking anymore.I ordered Ponzu and they changed that recipe too. It tasted like they squirted eel sauce and soy sauce together and expected no one to noticed. It totally ruined my first piece of overpriced Sashimi.I was not impressed. This place used to be one of the best and now I cant even get a proper tasting meal for under 100$They never have the seasonal morsels anymore morsels anymore like Amaebi or Uni.Sad sad sad. Another victim to covid and maybe new ownership.

It took these people a hour to make my moms sushi as they forgot abt it in the oven twice. we waited for a hour while peoole got their ordere and they kept insisting 5 more minutes, and the food was terrible. dont come here go to another place

They make their salad dressing from scratch everyday and it is so delicious!! I always buy extra dressing to take home and Ha-Seong hooked it up! This a nice neighborhood sushi place where you can also eat or drink by yourself as you watch a sports event at the bar on their big TV. I liked how they cubed and quick deep fried the agedashi tofu which made it a lot easier for me to consume it using chopsticks. (I am obviously not an expert using them.) The servers were helpful and nice.

We wanted two different flavors and they insisted on charging more. Really? You cant reach into your freezer and pull out two different ones? What a joke, no interest at all in customer service.

Went for lunch. Several people got there after us and were served before. We asked who are waiter was they told us - everyone. There was a hair in my edamame. Waited over 40 min for our main dishes and never got them . Had to ask them to pack everything up. Lady at the front was rude offered no apologies and didnt let us speak when we were trying to explain our experience. Then we get back to work and the orders are all wrong. Never again!! Worse experience ever!

Sushi Chef Jorge makes the absolute best spicy tuna rolls. Ask for him and his special rolls. He hand chops the best tuna fresh for each roll. The level of spice is perfect and hustlers the right amount of sesame oil. Best I have ever had. The baked green mussels are perfect. His Saba, cured mackerel, is amazing with no fishy taste. Try this place!

The service here was top notch for us. They dont have all you can eat,but some of the combination plates are more than enough food. The fish was high quality and a large portion to rice was really nice. The wife and I really liked it.

Arrived at 6:30pm on 8/15. Our server Aria sat my fiancé and I down immediately. She informed us that due to the hi volume of to-go orders, it would be a 30-45 minute wait if we ordered from the kitchen and or bar (even suggested on another awesome location haha). We really appreciated her honesty so we stayed. Our food came out a little faster than we expected and was fresh and delicious. We also order 2 pitchers of beer while we waited and enjoyed our time. We will definitely be back soon!

Ordered the tempura shrimp roll, vegetable tempura, and the cucumber salad.The salad had too much dressing on it, and the pieces of carrot were especially salty and not very good tasting. The cucumber felt soggy.The roll and the veggie tempura taste okay.Cannot believe the veggie tempura are pricier than the sushi roll.Okay service.Good atmosphere.Good aesthetics.Will probably not come back.

This restaurant has a really excellent and unique selection of sushi rolls. I was a little concerned about the prices, but the rolls turned out to be huge and I could barely finish eating two of them. They also have some nice sushi meal combos on their menu. Definitely would visit again.

Sushi is amazing! The only odd thing I have found here is how little the sushi chefs interact with their customers, when sitting at the sushi bar. If you want a very quiet sushi meal and dont mind the little interaction, then this is great. Otherwise, you might find that odd quietness very different from many other sushi bars. I love ordering in advance to take home, when Im out shopping and just want to grab something to take home. The Hot Night Roll is my favorite!

Absolutely amazing!Im usually easy to please, but I do get excited when I find a great sushi place. I love my place back home, but this has got to be a close second. I only say that because it is a tad pricy, more than my normal place, but its reasonable for the quality of food.The sushi pieces were huge and so fresh they practically melted in my mouth. The salad dressing was prob the best ive ever had, and the miso reminded me of japan. I cant wait to eat here again!

Ive tried other sushi restaurants in the area that are quite good but had to stop by and take advantage of the Yelp special. I wanted some takeout during playoff weekend. Little did I know that they had the big games on here. Doh!The restaurant was beautiful and the service staff quickly answered my questions and took my order for a Cajun Tuna and Crunchy roll.Wow, was I impressed. This sushi was so fresh and delicious. On one hand, I wished I had come in and sat down to enjoy the atmosphere. On the other hand, Im glad I chose takeout so I could lick my plate at home without being judged.I will definitely come back and check out the happy hour specials.

Great lunch Special Teri Chicken & Assorted tempura. Served with miso soup, green salad w a tangy ginger dressing, rice and an oddly a strawberry topped with whip cream.The Teri chicken has an odd aftertaste and has barely and teriyaki sauce. It doesnt match the menu photos and it seemed like small chopped pieces.However, the assorted tempura was excellent. It cones with 5 lightly fried crisp vegetables and 1 shrimp.

This is the first time I sat at the bar there and wow the food was given right to you and you got to see it made which was also a treat and a great experience. Out of all the excellent sushi i have tried in Southern California, Hana Sushi stands out by far. The sushi is fresh and delicious. If you sit at the sushi bar, the food is made before your eyes. I say you should try the California Roll, Vegas Roll, Michelle Roll,and Philidelphia Roll. the fried dumplings and fried won-tons are also exceptionally good. the service is quick and fast which is good for work hours, but can i get a little smile from my server? also the sushi is abnormally large but still healthy and delicious. But dont take it from me. Go try it for yourself. One of the restaurants is in Temecula, California in a shopping center near Del Taco and Los Tacos.

The tuna sashimi was clearly old. Also, their vegetable udon was a complete waste of $10. The noodles were chewy and there was little to no flavor in the soup.
