Best service from a Korean BBQ restaurant Ive had. They welcomed me and kept offering to refill Banchan.Mixed mild tofu was nice and slightly spicy with good amount of meat and seafood. It was moderately salty though, FYI.Galbi could use more sear, but the sauce sticks to it well.Overall, good food and great service

I’m not the type of person to leave reviews but this place is not it. They charge wayyy too much for mid quality service. The food tasted bland and the drinks tasted like soap. Like if they didn’t wash the cups correctly. The whole time I was there, we were thinking that we should have waited in line at gens. Rather wait a little for better food and service

Fantastic food here, everything has flavor beyond delicious. Servers here are fast & friendly ! Its the cleanest place Ive been to. It gets super packed, but its worth the wait. Ive been coming here for a while now, and they treat you like family. 👍🏻

The food here is utterly amazing and a definite MUST try! The service was great too!However, there are 2 things that I would like to share about the place to someone whose never been there before...a) its expensive so be prepared to spend some money &b) that if youre going at dinnertime, be prepared to wait for a table because it is super busy, especially on weekends.That said, it is WORTH the wait! I promise!Just make sure to bring your appetite!!

When you arrive, you are asked to wait, at this time you are served a table with rice and small snacks: kimchi, cucumbers, noodles and, like, a radish. Next, you choose the meat or fish that you will fry on the fire. We have chosen the top three positions on the menu. The meat was tasty and fresh. The staff is very polite and pleasant to talk to. I didn’t like that the dishes are plastic, but the problem is no longer what the dishes are made of, but the fact that they are decently worn out, the plastic is scratched. I had a cracked plate. The place is noisy because of the hoods, but with all this noise, they can’t cope and there is an unpleasant smell in the room, which you will most likely carry away on your clothes and hair. In general, the impression of the institution is good.

Over priced, for one person they want to charge twice for all you can eat. The price says $23.95 but I ended up paying $60.94. I sure wont eat here and bring people again. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention they automatically take your money for tips without first asking the consumer.

Never coming back. The servers act confused and very rude. On top of that the owner or whomever came up to my bf and I to tell us on how to eat our food should learn how to talk to people first of all. why couldn’t the server let me know there was something wrong about anything going on at my table? Then the server came up to me and took the tonsils out of my hand to tell me they are going to change the grill top, there’s no need to grab stuff out of customer’s hand…..we’re not children. The fact they put a 10% gratitude for tips is crazy because they would’ve gotten 0 with the nasty service. There are so many servers in other restaurants that deserve that %, but not this place. Not once did anyone come up to our table to ask if we needed anything. Except to point out something to correct in the rudest way. Very uncomfortable service and the food was trash. Oh and plus they are constantly watching you like a hawk. You could be enjoying your meal for a moment, look up and about 3 workers are watching your moves. As a server myself, this was a nasty experience and money could be spent better at the korreean bbq up the street.

This is our second time and like the first, we loved it. We will come again.This time we brought our service animal and she was accepted with fine but when they saw that she was the perfect family member they started to come around and give her compliments.The food was delicious, great service with a smile.Thank you.

Rude Servers.They just walk out on you when you are still giving out your order.Food is bland. Nothing Special.Gratuity of 15% is included in your bill, then they will also ask for a tip when you get your bill. Definitely not coming back. Gen Kbbq is much better.

Second time there and it was very nice both times. The lady’s who were on the floor where very nice and friendly and came up to us a lot to check if we wanted any more meats. No having to wave down any server which was nice. It is a bit expensive but it’s a very nice place.
