Ordered the C4 and C5, it took about 15 minutes to prep. It was ready, fresh and loaded! It was a huge plate for about $13.50 per plate and left us with plenty of leftovers. Customer service was kind and made us smile. Overall a 8.5/10, will be back for more

Great spot for delicious Chinese food takeout. We selected the combinaison plates (C3 and C5) and they were absolutely delicious. The portions are huge. It was delicious but in retrospective we could have gone with only one plate for 2. We had tons of left over for dinner 😊

I order a won ton noodle soup. Although I enjoy everything else Ive tried on the menu this one was just bland. First of it looks like they dont use genuine noodles instead they use the thin dollar noodle bags and nothing has no taste. Pretty much just water and noodles and chicken which had no taste. Again I do enjoy some other things I ordered but if you order this noodle soup its not authentic asian noodles.

Haos has been a family favorite for years, the food is always amazing, beef tomato and shrimp and veggies are wonderful and our usual go to dishes. the sweetest family owns it, we always have a wonderful experience. a huge thank you to the staff!

Terrible customer service fried prawns were not seasoned, shrimp fried rice was burnt, and sweet and sour chicken had no sauce on it. I asked for a refund and she was very mad and aggressive towards me. She threw the food down and slammed the money down when giving it to me. She also yelled and told me to never come back again since I didn’t like the food. I would give 0 stars if I was able to.

First time ordering here and me and my mother enjoyed it. We ordered the combination fried rice and the kung pao chicken and it was delicious. They serve a good amount of food for price. They were modestly busy, but got our order out within 17 minutes. As of September 2nd, 2021, they are not allowing dining in.

Amazing food! I order the Combo called C3. Their egg rolls are super and the rest of the food will taste homemade and comforting for the soul. They provide soy sauce and chopsticks (if you enjoy eating with those). Try it out for yourself!

During my latest review of Haos Kitchen in July 2021 this place is cash only. Thats okay with me as I still carry cash.Looks like the place is still owned by the same owners, another star for that.The friendly young lady that helped me with my order was fantastic. I wish I would have asked her for her name.However the food was just not as good as I remember it from when I was younger. I also saw people sitting at tables waiting for their meals, but I never once saw a staff member wiping down the area after the customer left. Be careful everyone one and stay safe. The attached picture is order number C-4. Dont worry the Sriracha was added at home.

Pretty small little place, good food, good cooks, takes a long time to get the food, but the cashier changes. Usually theres a rude young lady who really dont want to be in there working, but this time a new cashier. Super friendly, and English.

First time trying this place. We had the family order and 2 sides. We had, chicken chow mein, orange chicken, almond chicken, pork fried rice, egg rolls, and mandarin chicken. Spent $52 and was really surprised at how much we had and the quality was great. Everything was cooked in front of us (took about 20 min) which is awesome. Recommend highly, sketchy neighborhood but hole in the walls are diamonds in the rough.

Me and my friend tried this place yesterday and it was a no definitely never going back the rice and the chow mein tasted funny and later on after eating that my stomach was not happy totally had the bubble guts not going back no no no !!!!!!! Please update online times and services, because it says you deliver. I called a day or so ago and one of the workers said the restaurant did not deliver. Show just take out only or show alternatives that can be used to deliver said food. So far Doordash nor Grubhub has you guys. Just helpful for those of use who get deliver more often than not.

The customer service was horrible. She was so frustrated becaude we didnt speak chinese. She had a terrible attitude only because we were too overwhelmed by the menu and wanted some help deciding. She was just not taking it. Most of the population speaks English. Im sorry if we dont speak chinese maam. Were only here for your food. Jeez.Though the food was really good. Ordered takeout over the phone and the lady was super rude, I asked a simple question and she replied with a snarky remark. Didn’t even let me finish my order when she said it would be this much and says bye and hangs up. Should definitely consider working on customer service. A few months ago we stopped by and got got dinner there, THAT WAS MY FIRST MISTAKE. I laugh at some of the reviews here, Hoas is a good local place. And yeah one of Merceds best but thats Merced for you. Thats as good as it gets. Most of Merced is a sketchy area. But its as good as it gets in Merced. Haos is not fine dining but its good enough to tell someone about. And good enough to dip into the sketchy part of town. Anyone leaving less than 4 stars needs to move to Beverly Hills... wait they cant afford it thats why they are in Merced.
