Very cute little bakery/donut shop in Downey. I went for the banh mi out of curiosity. They included donut holes in my order for the wait (not necessary, but so thoughtful of them!)The banh mi was pretty great and I definitely want to come back to try their other items! I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the mood for donuts or a sandwich!

I hate leaving good reviews because it means my favorite places will be harder to get into but this place is so fast. Wait no, let me start by telling you that my mindset on bagels is getting something tastey and not too filling . I pair it with their orange juice . I always have to get an extra from keeping my partner from drinking mine.Apart from that donuts are ok.

I placed an order online for pickup and drove quite a distance to pickup food & coffee for myself and 4 friends. My order got cancelled when I was almost at the shop after driving 20 minutes out of my way. Dont do online orders you will just waste your time. Probably best to just order from another place. For a first time customer this was a very disappointing experience.

One of the best little bagel shops ever and its local. They have everything from donuts to breakfast sandwiches, and even Viatnamese style sandwiches! And theyre really good too! The 2 ladies who are there in the morning are always super sweet and they always toss a few donut holes in my sandwich bag which is like the icing on the cake.

I love coming here on my mornings to work! I love that they have online order which makes it very efficient to order and pick up. Their items are really good! Love their beet & orange juice!! Always really nice and friendly service! Thank you for the free donut! 😊

I’ve been here twice now. The first time I came in there was a long wait (which is completely understandable for a Saturday morning) but I got my food in a reasonable time. They did however forget to add the donut that I paid for which was frustrating and I also had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get a receipt. I ordered an avocado toast bagel with lox and it was tasty, albeit high priced.I wanted to give this place another try and this time I brought a friend. I ordered a bagel with smoked salmon and paid $9.50 for it but when I finally got a chance to eat my bagel at home there was no smoked salmon. Normally I wouldn’t bother leaving a review for what might have been an honest mistake. But this is the second time now that my order has been incorrect and I’ve been shortchanged. Again, I had to ask for a receipt. After this experience, I feel less inclined to recommend friends/family as I’m concerned that they won’t get what they order.Please pay better attention to your orders to ensure customers are getting what they paid for. Especially if they’re spending almost $40 for breakfast.EDIT AFTER BUSINESS RESPONSE:I understand that some people may be out to bring down small businesses by leaving dishonest reviews and I’m sorry if this has happened to your business in the past. However, I personally don’t make an effort to go out of my way to lie about missing something that I ordered. It’s not worth my time. I initially left a review as I felt like there was an opportunity for future customers to have a better experience. For all of those interested in watching the recording, please feel free. I know that I received 1 sandwich with salmon and 1 without.The reason there was no problem when handing over my food was because I didn’t open up the sandwiches right there at the counter to see if my salmon was there or not. Like any other customer who orders take out, I took my food with me to enjoy at my intended destination.Regarding the statement about waiting 10 minutes for my receipt, when I received my food the first time I came to the store, I asked the person who handed me my food (I believe they were wearing a hat) for a receipt. They said they would ask the cashier for a print out. I waited at one of the tables for the receipt but didn’t get one. I then had to wait in line and ask the cashier for a receipt.The food at this business is very tasty, I won’t deny that and the other reviews can attest to that as well. I simply wanted to provide some feedback about my experience that I believed other customers could benefit from.

Came here for the first time and liked the bagel sandwich and matcha tea. The women in the register and food prep area were friendly and nice. However, the male Asian (I think he was the owner) staff was very rude and unprofessional after getting my drink order mixed up and blamed me for it. Overall, good food but bad service.

The breakfast bagels and croissants here are delicious! So are their donuts!Update: their sandwiches are delicious too! I cannot recommend this place enough.
