Arrived around 11:30 and waited for 30 mins for our table, a very busy restaurant.The food was pretty good, my favorite was chicken feet in abalone sauce, very juicy and flavorful, my sister loves their fried chives shrimp pork patties, we even reordered before we checking out. Other dim sums were all over average, we had 3 adult and paid for about $85 (after tax and tips). I think the price is fair. Be prepared for the line if you get there after 11:00, but after you have your favorite dish (for me was chicken fee), its worth it.

I had been to this restaurant for a few times. Butit left me a very good impression last time I went. Might be it was because our party was in a VIP room. The food was very good. And the service was exceptional for a Chinese restaurant. The atmosphere and decoration were good too. I will revisit when opportunity arise in the future.

Not sure how it was before but its a little disappointed with its steamed pork ribs and the Phoenix feet. Shrimp dumplings are fine (photo couldnt do its justice).Came early Saturday morn & the To-go took about 30 minutes to get ready. Most of the guests were eating already; some are nearly done. Based on this experience, Dine-in is recommended if the line isnt long.Either way I feel 30mins is how long it takes for any take out orders.Servers are nice. Will give it a few more tires.

One of my friends took me here 10 yrs when I first landed. Everything is the same after 10 yrs, foods are delicious, waiters are polite and considerate, mood is still high, friends are warmhearted. Precious memories here.

If I could give 0 star, I would! We ordered a whole Peking roasted duck and this is what we got— several slices of skin on top of cheap fried artificial shrimp chips!! Looks like fuxking leftovers! Food was good, and wait wasnt too bad on Sat morning (around 10am). Waited about 10m for 2ppl. Dimsum is ordered / served a la carte (not from dimsum cart that goes around). Menu didnt have all the items wed usually get, but some specialty ones weve never tried before like truffle siu mai. For dessert, the pineapple bun was really good!

We had dim sum at HappyHarbor Restaurant. This is our first time back since the pandemic (February 2020).They remodeled the restaurant with pretty wall paintings and new carpet. However, there are less choices for dim sum. A few of our favorite dishes were removed from their new menu, including pan fried radish cakes😕. BBQ pork buns are still delicious! Some of the dim sum dishes are not as good (dumpling skins are a bit tough), and everything cost a lot more…

One of the best dim sum options in southern California. Everything on their menu has a unique flavor profile and its made to order, which is a big plus. Portion sizes and prices are average. Unless you speak Cantonese I suggest studying the menu in advance.

They charge 1.88/ pp for tea. I dont mind if the people actually drink the tea. I have my kids with me who are under 4 years old and they charged them for tea. But whatever, if the food was even good. It used to be good but not anymore. I feel like since the pandemic, restaurants are going downhill on their qualities. Servers were not attentive at all. Didnt even check on us and we have to wave them down for items like soy sauce. What kind of dimsum place that doesnt provide soy sauce and chillies at the table that we needed to ask for? And it was served in a small dish that we had to pour out and drip all over the table. On top of all these they are expensive. I forgot to check the bill and it was my fault but for 2 kids who are under 4 and 2 adults with 10 dishes of dimsum we paid over $120. Make sure to check your bill to see if they are over charged. I made a mistake of just paying without looking it over. This will be on our no return list. Theres too many other dimsum place that are cheaper and taste better in the areas.

Classic dim sum spot that my family has been coming to for years. Yes, it’s a long wait (30 min - 1hr is the norm), and yes, the service can be a bit brusque, but it’s all part of the charm. Plus the food is well worth it. They don’t have carts, but rather, you pencil how many dishes you want by numbers and give it to the server. They bring the food out as it gets prepared. The menu is in Chinese but they do have pictures so you’ll be fine. You also have a choice of tea and there’s plenty of seating for large parties. If you don’t want to wait, you could get there right when they open around 9:45am and you can waltz right in. There’s a parking lot but since it’s next to a 99 Ranch, parking is a bit competitive. There are bathrooms available in the back as well as private rooms. My favorite dishes are the beef roll with the crunch outside and the shu mai. The milk buns are also really good for dessert. They do take credit card and there’s no WiFi available. Overall it’s authentic, it’s reasonably priced, and the food is delicious - I love coming here.

This is a restaurant where you ordered a dishes from a menu and they bring it to you. A lot of food selection, pretty good. Its a bit pricey though and probably 30 % higher than other dim sum places. Its very popular though and gets really really crowded! So come early!

Nobody at the front to seat us. Had to walk to the dining area before someone noticed us. They only provided 2 menus for 4 people. We ordered 4 dishes and they came out one at a time. Ordered the sweet and sour pork and it was all bones and fat. This was true for the other meat dish. Also ordered a dish that looked like a pizza. It had fried vermicelli noodles with egg and meat on top. The eggs were runny which made the dish soggy. Needed a knife and fork to eat, but none were provided. This dish was a complete mess to eat. Even had to ask for plain white rice.

Got a bowl of Dry Stir-fried Beef Rice Noodles, it was so good!The beef is nice and tender, the bean sprouts offer a great crunch to the dish, and the seasoning is on point. The best thing about this dish is that it is full of wok hay which gives a really nice stir-fry flavor with a little char, exactly what I was looking for when I ordered this dish, and it is not overly oily like some other places.The price is also reasonable considering the area, but be prepared to wait a little bit for takeouts if there are many people dinning in.

Good dim sum but a bit pricier due to inflation. No dim sum carts. You order dim sum dishes on a piece of paper, then the servers will bring the dishes out afterwards. I like the food, but it takes me a hour to get my order, it is frustrating and disappointed. I placed my order in person in the restaurant at 10:10, I was told it would be ready in 40 minutes, so I came back at 10:50, it was not ready. Then, wait for another 20 minutes after I pushed the order with an employee. Additionally, one item is missed when I found out at home. I don’t know if they charged me correctly because of one missing item. Therefore, don’t order to go, eat in person.

We usually eat dimsum at Sea Harbour, but we were in the area and wanted to try a new place. The food here wasnt as tasty and the textures were much less refined. The tea pot had really bad tea stains and everything thing just seemed old and tired.Their portions were generous and the prices were cheaper than Sea Harbour. There were plenty of parking.We wont return, since the food is too rough for our taste.

The food here has been pretty good until they tried to serve us a dead fish from the tank. I just happened to walk near the fish tank and saw the fish floating upside down which didnt look right. I asked the waiter which fish they were going to serve us and it was the floaters. The waiter didnt care and just left the dead fish in the tank. I canceled my order. Who knows how long they have been decomposing for!

It’s a wedding reception for My husband’s youngest son and they arranged everything perfectly with attentive service and great food! Came here on a weekday. Not a lot of people but still plenty enough that its fairly busy. A bit sad that the pandemic has taken a toll on this place because the menu used to be vastly bigger with more choices. But even with what they have now, still a decent set of staple choices (har gow, shumai, shrimp in wrapped in rice noodles, egg tarts, etc...), as well as a few new ones I didnt recognize the last time I was here, namely the squid ink items. Some of their truffle entrees are a bit over the top and a bit too overpowering. Looks like you can also order and have UberEATS deliver as well. So, thats an option for those who want some decent dim sum but dont want to come out in person.

The place was VERY busy (as most restaurants are after COVID). I guess its the style that customers have to be rude and aggressive to get attention and service once seated because no one would check on you otherwise.The food was actually tasty. Variety wasnt as much as the traditional dimsum places where carts are pushed around. Here, customers mark what they want on the menu and the quantity, then give the menu to one of the employees (whoever you can catch).Prices. The prices were high. I understand inflation is bad after COVID, but they charge almost $7 for 4 small, smaller than normal, steam buns (you can get 8-10 of these per order for $10.99 at regular restaurants and get bigger ones). The items were priced by tiers, small, medium, large, XL, XXL..... Hardly anything was small. Of course, customers could order regular dishes from the kitchen for marked prices.Takeaway:If you dont mind that you have to get aggressive to get some service there, then youll like the food.ALL of the employees were working hard. TBH, the place seemed to be understaffed, hence the lack of proper service. I didnt like how I had to be rude to get some attention and service (I had to shout at them, otherwise I was ignored). Although the food was good, I dont think Im returning. Im sure plenty of others dont mind these kinds of interactions, I just dont like to shout at others. The experience was somewhat stressful. Very hectic all around.

Visiting this restaurant since I was 11, I’m 23 now. And I will never come back to here.Here’s why:1. The food doesnt taste as good as it used to, in other words, it doesnt have flavor at all.2. They had a menu with pictures of the food and English captions - or else I wouldnt have been able to order because the order list was all in Chinese. The prices per dish is pretty expensive - starting from 2.95 to 6.95. They had some unique dim sum dishes however and their Ha Gow was really good. Another thing I like about this place is that they separate the sauce from the food - so some of the dim sum dishes doesnt get soaked in the sauce. We also ordered two vegetable dishes and they didnt put a lot of oil on it and again separated the sauce so you have the option of dipping it.

Forget about asking questions about the menu or communicating with your server if you dont speak Chinese. This restaurant is not cart style, you order from a menu and write down what you want. Wonderful place for dim sum! Got seated quite quickly for a group of five that came here on a busy Saturday brunch time. Food service was also great -- ordered quickly and got our food within minutes. All the food was great and got many different dim sum. When there is a waiting list, they give you a piece of paper with hand written number, then the hostess yell out your number, and I do mean yell. The server does not come by to check on you, you have to flag down someone. Expecting to shell out $25-$30 per person for the lunch Dim Sum.

Terrible waiter!!!My friend and I driven 20min to this restaurant, but was treated maliciously by a middle-aged male waiter. He was very very impatient when I ordered, and deliberately did not answer my questions, even if there were only two tables in the restaurant. Go early or be prepared to wait! Good food overall, they do not have carts here it is all done from paper. It is a more upscale dim sum spot.Acessibility: Parking will be difficult to get and the spots are tight even got the accessible parking. Inside The walkways have room but the dining room will be hard to navigate because it is cramp. The restrooms are located far from the main dining area but they do have accessible stalls.

The dim sum there is the best. I drive far to eat their dim sum. The only thing is their english are not good so when we ask them something they will grab another waiter to speak to us. Know off hand that the wait for dim sum at the wrong (or right - depending on how you look at it) time can take up to an hour and a half wait. Theres generally a language barrier varying from really bad to ok unless you start asking for anything out of ordinary. Food is cooked after you order not pushed around in carts. I love their food. If you order typical dim sum dishes, youre set. Its the only place we go for dim sum even if it means 40 minutes drive and an hour wait.

We used to go to this place nearly every weekend until recently. My partner is Chinese but I am not. I took my brother to this place last Thursday. The place was not busy and there were just the two of us. We were seated right away but we were placed in a table in the far corner of the place. It took about 15 - 20 minutes just to get service to the table to pick up our dim sum order. After that, no waiter came to our table for the whole time we sat in the restaurant. When we finished our meal we waited for service to pick up the bill for payment and I waited for nearly 20 minutes. I stood up and waved down a young waiter who came over and rolled his eyes and took two empty plate, never took the bill and never returned. I walked to the front of the place and told the host we needed to pay to leave and she sent the young waiter back to the table. He returned smirking and took the bill. An older waiter came back with my card and the paid bill but we told the young waiter we wanted some to-go boxes for our food. We had to wait longer for the boxes. My partner told me it most likely had to do with us not being Asian that had to do with the treatment. I liked the place enough to bring my family members to lunch. I will not be returning even if my partner likes the place. He can return without me if he likes.

They give you the menu to order dimsum instead of push the cart around; you dont have to order everything at once, but split it as many rounds as you want.
