Post is from September 30, 2023Review: First of all, I didnt know what to order because of the price and theyre many good drinks out there. Yet Ive been thinking about getting the Mango Lemon Slushy and so I went with that. Before I tell the employee my order, I read through the list of MOST popular drinks and Mango Lemon Slushy popped up. I was surprised and didnt realize that this would be one of the popular drinks Im ordering and I am happy to order it. Mango Lemon Slushy tastes great and would definitely recommend this drink! Service was awesome because once I ordered it on the day I went, they immediately make the drink and called out my number. It took them like less than a minute to prep my drink and I have never expected that to happen😅

Their cream puff drinks are the best! Super delicious and comforting for this hot summer! The service is super fast, store is very clean, people behind the counter are friendly, courteous and super efficient! My fav boba place! Thank you!

We tried the D11 boba milk tea and Taro milk( purple) for my six yr old - doesn’t contain caffeine. Cute one taking the order.

This is one of our favorite drink brands! Ever since we moved to Tracy, this is the best place we get drinks as there are so many restaurant options in the same parking lot!!!We are a big fan of their salted cheese drinks! Recently, I fall in love with their mango lemon slushy!!! Added salted cheese, it has become my dream drink this summer!The staff here are generally nice and friendly! The service is relatively fast!!!

I didnt even get the receipt after payment, and then I didnt even know how many numbers, and I stood there waiting for my milk tea for so long. And I ordered 50% sugar and it tastes like 100% sugar. Pearls are not fresh.

We ordered 4 drinks to go… 3 D3 Taro and 1 Mango Smoothie. The Taro drinks were so watered down compared to other Happy Lemon stores I’ve been to. They didn’t ask for ice and sugar level and assumed everything to be 100%. Ice and sugar levels should be asked every time to every customer. This has been my experience for almost all other boba shops. Drinks we ordered were almost all sugar, ice, and water. One of the drinks was for a diabetic friend so she cannot drink it. Overall one of the worst Happy Lemon stores I’ve been to.

My dad really liked that the waffle came in a little cup compared to the bag that they sometimes put the waffle in. This is the only location we know of that has the coffee drink. Super tasty especially with the salty cheese. They have covid screens with a microphone so you can still hear the server. No Indoor dining and they are attached to ranch 99.

I just want to say their employees is so rude especially her and making faces. I swear this is not appropriate when you’re working in this industry. I hope the management will do something about them. They are talking and laughing as if they dont see they have customer and take not there’s a lot of them infront.

Didnt appreciate employee smiling and joking around with her coworkers then immediately frowning at the sight of me. She just stared me down with a dirty look until I nervously started to order. Didnt ask how can I help you or what can I get you today? Just STARED ME DOWN. Wasnt a busy day, and my drink order was simple. This HappyLemon in particular needs to re-evaluate their employees poor attitudes and customer service. Cant believe anybody would think its appropriate to act that way while working or not.To answer the owner: This was the one in Pacific Pearl. I love the Santa Rita location. Came in the day I posted this: Thursday 5/18.
