First time visiting Hello Pho and it was amazing the people there are very kind and friendly the lady who attended me answered my questions about the menu and helped choose, I had a chicken noodle soup with an order of egg rolls and a Thai tea, everything was perfect and delicious, portions are worth for the price.I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of their foods! 🍜

Food was fantastic and the price was too. The service was very good except the lady stopped coming after she brought the food. A simple flag down was enough to get her attention. I was the only customer there, but I still felt comfortable.

Great place for Classic Vietnamese dishes. Good choice of soups. The beef and tendon pho was very good. I also tried the barbecue pork sandwich and it was delicious, the bun was soft and crunchy. The only comment I have is the price is a slightly too high, small soup is $11 which should be more like eight

Close by to the tax lady, small but nice, tv inside, lots of decorations. Food was alright, first time eating here, ate seafood soup with noodles. Flavors were not complex or very freash. Parking was easy, staff friendly, place was clean.

-Got Pho today, the food was good. They don’t have AC here so it was super hot and uncomfortable when you eat the food. The drinks they have here is not good. I won’t recommend the drinks. But the food is good.

The beef curry with noodles is absolutely delicious! Perfectly seasoned and simple, not over done. Noodles were perfectly textured, Im super impressed! The service is world class, and the owner introduced himself and his wife. A lovely establishment! Definitely making this a family favorite spot to eat at from now on.

Travel out to this place just to eat their lemongrass tofu and vegetarian pho. The lemongrass tofu is crispy in a way that I’ve never had before. The pho is extremely fresh tasting. Probably in the overall top 3 restaurants I’ve been to in the bay. The service is also so sweet and warm.

We decided to try this new Pho place around the neighborhood. As soon as we walked in Liam Greeted is with big smile. She was very friendly and warm. She went over the menu with us, also given us some suggestions. The broth is so good, and have a lot beef inside my pho. Bathroom is very clean too. We totally will come back again.

One of the few Vietnamese restaurants that has a variety of veggie options. The family/service are very friendly and great. The vegetarian food, lemongrass tofu and veggie chow mein with tofu is very tasty. They do a great job crisping up the tofu. Veggie spring rolls also very good with nice dipping sauce.Some of our party had the Chicken Pho (noodle soup), vermicelli noodles with pork, and pate banh mi (sandwich) which were all very good.

The pho was really good. I got the spicy pho and it cleared me right up. It was so good I had to take the broth home to finish it later. Highly recommend this is the best pho I have ever had. Everything was so fresh

We both saw this restaurant while driving home one day. We both agreed and made a mental note that we will eat there one day. We finally did eat here, the lady at the front was very nice and brought us lemon water. We decided to get spring rolls that comes with peanut sauce... this peanut sauce was beyond flavorful sweet with salty undertones that blanketed each dip of the roll. Afterwards, the Pho with the broth brough such an embracing warmth of authenticity and freshness. Furthermore, they did not short in the meats or noodles of the meal which is always a plus and will be another reason why we plan to be reoccurring customers here at Hello Pho.

Nice customer service. Was greeted immediately upon arriving and directed where to sit. The waitress took her time making sure our order was put in correctly and I even saw her check to make sure our special request order was correct before getting to our table. This is my familys absolute favorite pho restaurant. Great menu options, great flavor, very good portion sizes that are worth your money. I recommend the Vegetarian noodle soup! The staff are very friendly and considerate. I have been here before and even now with the new ownership they have maintained great quality! This was the first restaurant I ever had pho at and nothing else has been able to compare since then. Definitely a place to try! Thank you to all the Hello Pho employees who have made every experience a delightful one!

Food wise this place is pretty good. But service was lacking any sort of personal touch. The young lady that waited on us was rude and seemed to be annoyed that we were even there. Then two Asian women came in and were treated sooo much better. We spent three times as much and STILL left a good tip, they left $2 for two people for lunch. Not going back...the food can be amazing but if the service sucks it just doesnt matter.

Their sandwiches are ridiculously delicious 😋👌 I get the BBQ Pork every time I pass the place I crave it. Their sandwich rolls are delivered fresh each morning from Lunardis and its toasted just right! I also always get a for later plate of Hello friend rice with half chicken. It is so effin good! Great service, friendly staff, reasonable prices, and delicious food! The banh mi and fried chicken are great, but you cant miss the spring rolls and pot stickers either. The veggie pho also comes with an option of chicken, beef, or vegetable based broth; all of which have been wonderfully flavored.

The pho is tasteless and not good quality. I was turned off by the sign at the front door restroom for customers only. Also, other signs posted of $10 minimum for credit card usage. Then followed by another sign for 25 cents for a to go container. The prices were high and seems very stingy to nickel and dime people like that.

I just ordered a large steak and meatball pho and I am disappointed. The broth was very bland and I had 2 thin slices of steak and literally only 1 meatball cut in 4 pieces. Not a fan and not impressed at all. Will not be returning.

Today my friend had an horrible experience with the staff of this establishment. Due to his lack of English he couldn’t communicate very well, the cashier was being nice but and then other guy interfered and treated him really bad when he asked for a to-go cup, he almost threw it to him and told him in a terrible way to leave the establishment.

Egg rolls had a great crispy texture.Dad got the Pho Tai which I didnt try.Mom got the beef stew. The tallow added a great smooth richness to the broth, though a bit too sweet (blaming the carrot and possibly sugar).My bún bò hué tasted too bland; not only the welcomed lack of salt compared to most over salted places, but lack of explicitly stated spice and lemongrass.Expect aloof service, and lack of table dispenser napkins standard with pho shops.We welcomed the surprise [preserved fish?] chili paste in the cylindrical container.Overall a passable ordinary pho experience for a rainy quiet day.Some off menu options:Mom and dad asked for wide rice noodles (half understood as hoa fun in Cantonese) for both of their bowls, and boiled bean sprouts.We only had a single plate of basil, cilantro, jalapeno, and lime among the 3 of us, so I had to request the shredded cabbage traditional with my bowl.Manager, please consider a new more flavorful broth recipe for the bún bò hué. Reply and I will consider coming back and revising to 5 stars.

This place has good food, but the guy at the counter not a very good person I pur a twenty on the counter to pay for the food told him it was there and that I was going to use the restroom, came I returned from restroom and was asked to pay, I said I had left a twenty there on the counter he told me I didnt leave money he is a thief, he also kept a back pack I walked out of the store and forgot 5 minutes later I returned he said I didnt have a backpack if you eat here watch your stuff
