2023-10-05 17:22:27Great place for essentially a hole in the wall sushi restaurant! I came in on a Sunday by 1pm and there was only a few patrons. So I sat down quickly got all you can eat and ate about 4 rolls and had to leave before I had my 2nd round of all you can eat.Weekdays rates are 23 $Weekends are 35$ for all you can eat.Bring friends family and others to share to get the most variety and bang for your buck. The waitress was really Friendly and helpful and the sushi chefs are also great and willing to let you try new ideas theyre having for a roll at the time. They can customize any roll or order of sushi if you dont like a particular ingredient (s).And over was was one of the few place I will definitely come back to when Im in the area.I highly recommend it!!!

2023-07-17 17:30:42Good sushi spot with excellent service, our waitress was nice and helpful. Food was good overall. No complaints from me or any of my friends that came with me. We came on a Friday around 2 and it was not really crowded. Price was $32.99 for all you can eat which is not bad either.

2023-11-22 15:36:34Dash, Natalia, Laura.....amazing service! The food was amazing! Especially because Dash made all the necessary adjustments for me to enjoy Gluten-free sushi ❤️ 😎 which I love so much. My sister and I ate like we were starving😄 because its so hard to find delicious Gluten-free sushi anywhere. We will absolutely drive the hour it takes to get Herr to have more. Thanks Dash, for an amazing experience at your sushi bar.

2023-05-15 05:02:51I came in an hour before closing (I’ll be it that’s on me) but when our food arrived the eel was super grey and tasted like I was at the pier. My company and I lost our appetite for the roll and were banking on the bento box to satisfy our appetite. When it arrived unfortunately the results weren’t much better. The salmon smelled foul and after the experience we had with the previous roll we weren’t going to even attempt to eat it. When we tried to bring it up to the owner he wouldn’t even give us the time of day sending his poor waitress out to deliver the news that they were not going to help us. Insanely overpriced for the poor quality and terrible management. As well we were ignored for the majority of the time we were there except for once we placed a complaint. I’m a server so normally I would never post a complaint like this but I paid $40 for a meal I didn’t even eat so I found that extremely unfair. At any place I’ve worked they would have comped that and the way we were treated was just extremely unfortunate. No hate to our server I’m sure she was doing her best but the owner needs to take some time to look at how his business is run and check the quality of his food before he sends it out to customersEdit- since the owner has decided to comment an incorrect statement of what happened I’d like to clarify. We never asked for it to be cooked or to receive the meal for free. We had asked if we could pay for what we ate, the beef teriyaki and the tempura and the two miso soups. We never asked to get free food and we never asked for anything to be cooked. I find it hilarious that someone who didn’t even speak to us about the situation can comment and blame us for what had happened. Completely unprofessional and incredibly rude. I feel so sorry for anyone who works there because if this is how customers are treated I can’t imagine how the workers are. Customer service is clearly not something this business cares about and I surely hope they can learn from this instead of bashing customers.

2022-10-23 17:08:47No all you can eat! & the food was not that great. I didnt like the salmon lover roll at all and I love salmon. The stuffed jalapeños were ok. The only food item that was good was the ice cream macaroons. Service was great though! Everyone is very friendly and working hard.

2021-12-25 02:50:06I have driven by this place for the last 2 years Ive lived out here in Redlands and had no idea a sushi place was back here!! Right now they do have a face mask requirement as you walk through the door to sit and dine in. I get there and was immediately seated. They have nice holiday Christmas music playing in the background for the holiday. It was clean amd is able to hold quite a few people here. They only had two riceless rolls but I had to try the Queen it is a roll with spicy tuna, shrimp tempura wrapped in soy paper and surrounded with raw salmon with spicy mayo and capers on top!!! So delicious!! After I ate the first bite I realized underneath was a small slice of cucumber the piece of sushi was placed on. The 1 roll by itself was 18.99$. 8 yummy pieces. The wasabi isnt as strong as I have had. I stepped outside my comfort zone and ordered an appetizer called jalapeno bombs!! It is a jalapoleno stuffed with cream cheese and raw tuna deep fried. I decided to give the deep fried tuna a chance. I took one bit and Immediatly thought I should have ordered the green baked mussels or spicy edemanme. I personally dont like my tuna deep fried. Its not like it was bad I personally just dont like the flavor. I will have to go back and try baked mussels and edemanme. The QUEEN roll had me making yum yum noises every bite!!! A bit pricy but you get what you pay for!! Those 2 items costs me about 28 bucks. Good food but a little on the pricy side. Very well worth it. I will most definantly be coming back!!

2023-11-12 03:08:34Extremely poor service. Rude young waitress treating me like a moron for asking for two tea bags... Wanted to charge per tea bag for green tea but willing to poor hot water over an old tea bag all night long as a response to drink refills. Not willing to wait to find out if the food matches the service!

2023-07-01 03:50:39This placed used to be great, but hasnt been the same since the pandemic. Terrible customer service. I went to take my family to dinner. We were seated, with only two other families in the whole restaurant, who were there for awhile and already served. Three waitresses, and sat there for over 20 minute never addressed, not even once, they just continued to circle around. Didnt even ask us what drinks we wanted or hold on well be right with you etc....Terrible customer service. This is why you shouldnt hire little kids with no experience and no care for customer service or your business.
