It was our first time at Hello Sushi, and our party of 4 had such a great time. The owner/our server, Eileen, was so sweet and welcoming! Service was very prompt and friendly during our entire dinner. She always checked to make sure our drinks were full, and we never had to wait too long for appetizers or sushi. Our food came out quickly because the sushi chef was working hard at the bar. The interior was also very clean and cozy.We appreciated the premium selection they offered, such as fresh oysters in shell, uni, yellowtail belly and bluefin tuna. The regular sushi offerings were also fresh, and they do offer all the classics!The sushi was beautifully presented on a long wooden board, and we could tell they put a lot of care into the presentation. They have sake and soju available on the menu, along with ice cream for dessert (extra charge). We didnt partake in the dessert because we were too stuffed from the sushi and appetizers.The appetizers were also delicious! There was quite a lot to choose from, and they came out very quickly from the kitchen. We ordered a variety to try, like their miso soup, sashimi salad, salmon skin salad, takoyaki, sesame chicken and edamame. Everything we ordered was hot (minus the salad, of course) and fresh.The restaurant is a hidden gem tucked away in a plaza, so find your way there and enjoy some PAYCE sushi! Great service, location and food. We will be back in the future, and Ill be recommending your restaurant to friends & neighbors. We hope you thrive in Brea!

So good!!! The fish for the sashimi is fresh and cold, the rolls are so flavorful and colorful, so fun to eat! They never disappoint! It’s clean, modern and sleek. Great location as well! Owners and staff are super friendly and helpful!! Great dinner date idea ❤️

I am close by hello sushi in Fullerton. Owners are so sweet. Food is amazing & fresh no doubt about it. I visited Brea location too. Very good

I was very excited to try this place. All that excitement faded away pretty quickly. Me and a friend ordered the AYCE. It came out on a charcuterie board just like in the instagram video. But thats where all the hype came to an end. I could already tell by how much rice was attached to each piece of sushi that this was not going to be a good experience. Took the first bite, the quality of sushi was also not great. Nothing felt fresh, by the 8th piece i decided id be better off eating somewhere else. They had the nerve to try and charge me for the food i didnt want to finish. There was no way i was going to eat that garbage. They basically charged me $80 for the two AYCE and tried to charge me an extra $15 to take back the nasty food they brought out.Anyone thats thinking of trying this place. Good Luck, youre going to need it.

Had a great time first time visit, did premium AYCE! Service and quality of the fish were great! Also interior is fancy too. I’ll definitely be coming back with My frends

Food was super good and they were very nice and accommodating. I recommend this place if you’re wanting to sit down at dinner or to go. I ordered to go and it was super quick!

Been following the owners since they were in Corona. Followed them to Fullerton and now Brea, quality is beyond amazing. The food and service is the best! I rather drive a few minutes from home to have good food and service, well worth it! Saaakkkkeeeeee!!!!!

Good all you can eat sushi place. 1st round was awesome, 2nd round was just okay.
