Hello Temaki in Elk Grove

What a terrific idea for all hand rolls sushi 🍣!!! This shows you the owners are creative and forward thinking. The atmosphere with the music I was singing the whole time 🤣🤣. The chefs has the food 🍱 on point!! The drinks are delicious 🤤. Hands down one of the most creative restaurants in Elk Grove ca !!!

I had some expectations on the quality of the food, but was pleasantly surprised that it was also an experience! It was akin to an omakase experience where rolls are made one at a time when youre ready to have the next one. Youll have to eat the roll as soon as you receive to maximize that crispity crunch when biting into them. Otherwise, they will go soft like that one time I had too much whiskey. The fillings are pre-seasoned, usually with a sauce (probably nikiri). I pretty much came after each bite. I had 5 rolls that day and would have had more if I wasnt pressed for time. One minor disappointment that the restaurant ran out of truffles and caviar (first world, privileged problem) when I visited. Not a deal breaker, would absolutely blow my wad (of cash) here again.

Tasty twist for simple but delicious food. The service was awesome by Sarah. The specialty items are what sets this place apart.

Food is amazing, nice combination of traditional flavors and new concepts. Food quality, presentation, and portion size for price is spot on. Very happy to see a location like this is elk grove, no doubt they will do well. Must visit for anyone in the area. Definitely will be back. Staff attentive and friendly. Yoshi, Pang and Sarah were great. Wish I took more pics of the offerings, sadly enjoyed the food before I could take a snap of it.! Stand outs sweet and sour capachio, premium chutoro with uni, escolar,and scalap rolls.

Hand rolls were really high quality, with fresh ingredients, most of the dishes had lots of care and detail put into their taste and presentation. I hope this restaurant is here to stay!

Love this placed! Food and drinks were delicious, the staff were super friendly and attentive. Loved the whole look and set up of the restaurant. Will definitely be coming back!

I honestly found out this new handroll spot in Elk Grove 30 minutes before arrival, so I had no expectations at all.The large counter/sushi bar is impressive and chic. The seats were oddly low for me, and I had the urge to peek over whats on the other side of the counter...lol They also have regular tables for large parties.We got the set of 5 handrolls (Salmon, Spicy Tuna, Yuzu Negihama, Kanpaci, and Escolar) to try. The spicy tuna was our favorite and got 2 more. The fish was fresh, and I like that it wasnt drenched in heavy sauce.We also got the 5 pieces of sashimi because of high protein! I really like the fried oyster with the tartar sauce and shrimp tempura. Both nicely fried, crispy, and not overly battered.Seoul Sister cocktail was very refreshing with yuzu elderflower infused soju, prosecco, and mint. Great for hot summer days!Overall, I like the food and menu. It is pricey for a small portion of food. The set of 5 handrolls was $38, and my husband could have easily eaten 10 handrolls.

Definitely thankful to have a handroll type of restaurant here in Elk Grove! Food is legit with fresh ingredients. Great place to go on a date, or great place to have a business meeting to impress. Would highly recommend!

Great place to try. Had chicken teriyaki. Very tasty 😋 dont do sushi. But they have all kinds of sushi rolls here.
