The food is very good and reasonably priced. You need to order from a QR code but it is relatively smooth. The service is very friendly. The dumplings are hand made as shown in my video and are tastey. Spicy is spicy here so order with that in mind. See you there.
Beef noodle soup doesn’t have a broth, just OIL! I ordered first level of spiciness and it was still super spicy.
A small cozy noodle restaurant with excellent customer service. Inside is a dark modern interior. You order through the QR code on the table and when ordering in a group setting the UI can be a little confusing. If you see an order that isnt yours, it could be someone elses at the table (you can determine that is by the little circular icon with the initial of the individual who ordered the dish). I ordered the X Ribs and I really enjoyed my experience. It came with two large bones along with a lot of noodles. The soup was as spicy as a jalapeño however, the type of spice wasnt the same as it was mala and had a numbing feeling. The broth was a little too oily for my liking but to be fair the dish is made to be that way as it is based upon Sichuan cuisine. If the noodles are too spicy for you, the waiters can accommodate by giving you some pork broth along with a cup of ice. In addition, you can get free noodle refills.I was very satisfied!
Taste must be very authentic because all the customers were all Chinese. They gave a lot of noodles and large beef pieces in my beef noodle soup. I got the regular level spice and had trouble finishing it. The spicy wontons were pretty good.

Noodles were nice and bouncy.The Dan Dan noodles were the best imo. We ordered-Sichuan Braised Beef Noodle Soup (Spicy) / 川香红烧牛肉面-Chongqing Noodles (Spicy,Peanut)/重/庆小面I like Chinese spicy noodle dishes, so I tried a lot of noodle dishes. Among them, the noodles eaten here are the most delicious! I think they make their own noodles.The right moist and soft texture of the noodles and the spicy broth go well together. All staff are friendly and kind! The beef in the noodle was quite large and tender. Chongqing Noodles have no meat and have lots of pickled vegetables that I love! The mashed peanuts and various vegetables made the noodles richer.Beef noodles are recommended for those new to Chinese noodles or who like meats, and Chongqing noodles are recommended for adventurers. (It has a slightly unique taste) My bf love beef so he likes Beef noodles. For me I love Chongqing noodles:) I will definitely try other noodles!
Delicious noodles! Love the beef noodle soup and pork intestines soup which is our go to. Have tried their Dan Dan and Green noodles which were also delicious. Free noodle refills! Staff are friendly. You order off an app at the table with your phone by scanning a QR code which is convenient. Have went back at least 10 times now and will be a go to for us for a long time.
The beef noodle soup here is surprisingly pretty decent. I ordered the tomato beef noodle and found the broth quite balanced in flavor and tanginess. The beef is good but on a scale of 1-10(best), I will give it a 7. Its not the most tender and moist but its still flavorful. The attractive offer here are the noodles. Though taste wise its not exceptionally wow, but its decent and you can get unlimited refills just like Sup Noodle in the same plaza.

Amazing experience with He’s noodle zone. It’s tasty and a little bit spicy. I love their noodle. Particularly the bone in rib. I definitely get addicted to this after my first try. Will come back again for this one!

Dan dan noodles were soooo good mixed together and the beef noodle soup chunks were delicious. the dishes looked just like the pictures. i would def come back! good prices and portion sizes. both came medium spicy so careful for non-spicer lovers!
I ordered the beef rib soup, Dan Dan noodles, pork jowl skewers and roasted pepper dumplings. Broth in beef rib soup was mostly oil - without any taste and had to be thrown away. DanDan noodles were 4/10. Edible but not enjoyable. Jowl skewers were so spicy that there was no taste of the meat which was itself nearly burnt to a crisp. Du points were thrown away as well. Tasted horrible. I will never go back here again and would not recommend it to anyone. $56 for food that was nearly entirely inedible.
About to post a 1 star review on yelp. I stopped by on Tuesday may 30 to try the tomato soup. I was quickly informed that they werent serving it that day. Then I ordered the beef soup, once more I was told they were out. Finally I ordered the braised rib soup, guess what! They were out too. Mind you it was 5 pm and they hadnt even started serving dinner. Why bother on opening??? Oh and the worst par, THIS IS ONE OF THOSE PLACES WHERE YOU CAN ONLY ORDER ONLINE EVEN IF YOU ARE SITTING AT YOUR TABLE. which isnt too bad except cell signal is bad and their wifi is even worse. Im definitely not coming back
I don’t usually write reviews for restaurants but He’s noodle zone deserves one.My kid insisted on ordering the beef ribs noodle which turns out to be extremely spicy (non of us could take that level of spice) The chef noticed and offered us a chicken soup noodles without us even asking. Such a kind, thoughtful and service oriented gesture.They went above and beyond to make sure we are happy. Highly recommend.
Good food and good prices. The meat portion was large and the meal had great flavors. One downside is the ordering and seating system, which is awkward. You order through QR and then food is brought to you. You then pay at the register when done. Either than that, would come again. The pepper dumplings were great.

Tried 5 dishes, all quite yummy and spicy:- Dan Dan - mala flavor, pickled veggies very nice touch- Beef noodle soup - broth was good- Mushroom noodles - mushrooms were super flavorful, very mushroomy taste- green sichuan pepper - my favorite, pickled veggies too, similar to Dan Dan ingredients but not mala flavor- chongqing - peanuts made it awesomeOverall thoughts. All very flavorful, a bit salty so recommend asking for less salt if too salty dishes bother you

Fantastic food and people! Humble little spot by Mitsuwa, but the flavors and noodle texture are making it my preferred noodle soup spot now. And 3$ gai lan and 6$ crispy pork jowl skewers are such a sweet deal.

I ordered fried hands with red oil, Sichuan beef noodles, fried eggs, dandan noodles, and seasonal vegetables.The thin skin and meat fried in red oil are very real. If you order mild spicy, it will be medium spicy. 6 pieces 6.95The Sichuan beef noodles don’t have a lot of soup, so you shouldn’t drink them. The noodles are flavorful and soft, and the beef contains well-braised tendons. It’s a big piece, with three pieces in total.The dandan noodles have peanuts and are spicy. In comparison, I prefer the spicy noodles.The fried eggs are very Taiwanese, and there is a similar flavor near Qinmei Eslite in Taichung, which is very authentic.
It is delicious, the beef is big and solid, the braised sauce is a bit spicy, and the soy sauce is not enough. It feels like the bottom of the small noodles and the braised beef. The price is little expensive.

Ordering via QR code for the table was pretty cool - everyone could add items to the same order on their own phones.Unfortunately the food was sub par. None of the dishes came out hot, making me think it was not prepared fresh. The flavors made me feel nauseated after a while. Intestines were a bit too strong flavored - possibly not cleaned well. Noodle texture was good, but most of the dishes were just spicy but not salty enough - especially the mala chicken (avoid!). The only noodle that was pretty good was the Dan Dan noodles. The yellow croaker appetizer was good too. Free noodle refill was nice - those at least came out hot. Overall I wouldnt come back.

2023-04-09 06:44:48Because of many good reviews of this place and decided to give it a try. 4 people ordered 4 different noodles soup and 2 appetizers. Everything is delicious. The wonton in chili sauce and the pork skewers are good but a bit spicy. Ordered the Dan Dan noodles with less spicy but still quite spicy because it also has the numbness kick after each bite. The less spicy braised beef noodle soup is flavorful and meat is tender. Beef bone noodles is the most expensive out of the four and the meat is less tender than the braised beef. The mushroom chicken noodle soup is the only non spicy selection in the menu with lots of mushroom flavor. Dan Dan noodles has good flavor but spicy though. If you cannot handle the heat, prefer not to order this but you can order the braised beef noodle with less spicy. Overall all the 6 orders are good and you can get free refills on noodles as long as you still have soup in your bowl which is a good deal. If you love spicy food, this place is must try. If you cannot handle the heat, then your selection is limited and this place may not be good for you.Ordering food is through online menu and very convenient. Food came out quick and no wait in lines. Give it a try if you are in the area.

Their chicken soup was delicious and you-choy was juicy. Staff is friendly and accommodating their soup portions are huge so bring your appetite!

We were immediately sat table for two.As soon as you sit down, you get 2 cups of warm, lemon, hot water, and a little bowl of sweet cucumbers, which I’m sure you’ll need later when you have some of the spicy noodles to calm your tongue!The food came out pretty fast. You have to order online through chow bus. But the server we had was very helpful in a tentative, especially since we asked a ton of questions.The noodles are refillable you just have to ask! We asked for a refill, ate the noodles and took plenty of leftovers!!It was excellent!

They have free refills for noodles! I didn’t request for any because I found their portions to be on the bigger side. In my opinion, the food wasn’t too spicy but I loved how light the feeling of numbness was. Sometimes you don’t want it to be overpowering so you can actually enjoy the food and it’s flavors. I also liked the pork jowl skewers over the crispy pork but both were good.Service: There was a guy that was working and he’d always check up on our table. He was also informative about their menu. However, there was a lady that helped us paid and she seemed to be a little upset when we chose the option to tip 15% instead of 18%. Sorry😭Side note: You order by scanning a QR code at the table and at the end of your meal, someone will come with a tablet for you to pay.

2023-02-11 16:47:21If you like spicy this is the place to go to. Their regular level is pretty spicy. The Dan Dan noodles are good, but it did need some umami. The spicy dumplings had great flavor and are filled. I was surprised the vegetables were served cold. I wouldve preferred them warm, but they had a touch of soy added to them, which, when eaten with the noodles, tasted good.

It comes with a generous portion of beef thats juicy and tender (had a hard time finishing the beef, thats how much they give you). I got the bomb egg on top which was a bit oily for my taste but the tasty soup and high quality of ingredients more than made up for the oily egg. My husband ordered the Dan Dan noodles and loved it too. Seems to be a family run and operated business. The service was warm and efficient. Im definitely coming back here over A&J the next time Im craving beef noodle soup.
