Me and my wife moved to La Habra over 9 years ago and we found Hi barbecue shortly after we moved there it is our favorite place to get chicken teriyaki with vegetables the best weve ever had the staff is kind and friendly and they always make sure your order is correct

The item I tried today was the chicken bowl. Paid about 10 dollars with tip included. The bowl did not disappoint ! Very crispy and with good tasting teriyaki sauce. The girl at the window was also very nice. Make sure to ask for more sauce they only include one.

Kind of a strange drive thru. You order on the driver side but the pickup window is on the passenger side. Still works but seems odd. I was hoping the food would make up for the oddness but I was kind of disappointed. The chicken was kind of dry. No salt and pepper for macaroni, which seems essential to me. Barely enough katsu sauce. For really dry chicken, would be cool if there was more sauce.

This placed looked so good that I had to stop and try on my way back to LA and it just let me down. I ordered the beef and chicken combo with spicy tuna rolls and spam musubi and alot of the rice was under cooked. The rolls were a complete mess with avacado spilling out, the meat was super salty the chicken though was actually really good. I asked for wasabi they said they had none(weird cause they sell sushi) asked for vinager and soy sauce he said we have soy sauce but no vinager I said okay give me that and hot sauce then I opened the bag and had two wasabi and one soy sauce and one chili so basically I had to save my food and just eat it at home because I knew one packet of soy wasnt in enough. I even waited about 10 minutes after ordering and another five after I paid

For selling Asian food, they make a good double cheese burger and fries! Lol
