Room was very nice and spacious. Breakfast and parking included (but breakfast staff ask for tips). Breakfast was not buffet and we can only order one dish, so I couldn’t have both bacon and cereal without paying extra. Parking near the entrance was very limited. Most guests have to park a little further, which is not much walking but inconvenient for luggages. Location was not great but you can’t get any better without paying a lot more
Very easy to get here and the service is friendly and accommodating and as soon as you walk in the room you can tell how clean the room is and feels clean. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it! 👌
I feel safe to stay in this hilton because the location of it.Its on a top of hill. You need to drive all the way to the top.Room is clean just like other Garden Inn.You may need to pay for the breakfast for around 10-15.

Very disappointing!I regularly stay at Hilton properties but wont be staying at or recommending this one again.Requested extra towels 3 times before we finally got them. Requested maid service, didnt get it. Extremely noisy after 10 pm and before 5 am.Parking is very limited.
If youre looking for a stay in LA but away from traffic this is a quiet place that gives you a sense of tranquility. The rooms are nicely kept and updated. Great stay for a business trip nice pool to bring kids too
Great location. Parking included. Room was spacious & clean. Bed was comfortable (not the best but good for a hotel).Staff was helpful and very attentive. I requested more pillows and another blanket for the room, and they promptly brought them up! Bathroom has a standing shower and separate tub! It was so nice and the finishes in the room seemed to have been updated. You can tell it was an old hotel that they updated but was nicer than others.And they have an outdoor pool with a hot tub! Closing for the pool is 10pm each night.There is a restaurant and bar in the lobby of the hotel. It was convenient to stop here for drinks or food. Also they have a small kiosk assortment of snacks from their little market in the lobby. Yes the prices are based for convenience but not outrageous.

Low water pressure. Takes about 5 minutes to fill the toilet tank after each flush. Maintenance man says that’s just the way it is. OK for one person but could be awkward if another person is waiting to use the restroom.
The rooms seemed a little small compared to other Hiltons. Everything was clean and the staff are very friendly and professional.
Good front desk service, beautiful environment, comfortable room, but poor cleaning service, dont get me wrong, I mean the housekeeper not the cleanliness of the room. When I was in the hotel I was sleeping in the room till 12 pm since thats the deadline of the hotel to check out the room. During that period till 12 pm, the housekeeper kept rushing me that she had to clean the room and told me to checkout or leave the room quickly. At first, I completely understood why she had to rush me. However, she rushed me multiple times at 7am, 9am, 11am, and the time I was about to leave at 11:40am. This was extremely unreasonable and made me start the day with horrible people. Just saying, I hope the next time I visit, the service can be improved.

I gave it an overall 3 stars because of their parking or lack thereof. They have a tiny lot so you end up parking on a street or in a lot across the street and competing for spaces with the event center next door. Will not be staying here again. Their restaurant had a very limited menu as well.
Shower had no water, tried to get this issue resolved and switch rooms… of course no other rooms available and issue couldn’t be resolved without sending a technician to the room. Timeframe on how long this would take was unknown as well. View from the room was on a dirt lot / construction site. The lady behind the desk was polite and sweet, her coworker that apparently had to get involved into the conversation was a rude…. Anyway, I do not recommend this hotel at all. I travel monthly for work, I will NEVER stay at any Hilton again. Rooms don’t look better then any holiday inn for a lot more money. Disappointing experience

This hotel was clean and the staff was very polite. I left my phone charger in the room, and I had no trouble getting it back. The fire alarms went off in the middle of the night and the staff left a letter of apology in the morning. My only criticism is that the keurig in my room had water in the reservoir from a previous guest. Other than that, I had a good stay and will visit again.
Clean & comfortable property perched on a hill on a golf course. The staff never disappoints. Theres currently construction near the building but noise level is unnoticeable inside the hotel

I feel very unbalanced about how I feel about this hotelHeres what i did like about itI loved the location, the convenience of the food and stores near byIt was quiet and very modernWe had booked the jr suite and its a beautiful room and a very nice bathroomWhat i didnt like about this hotelWe arrive 15 minutes before check in and tried to do a early check in, the room wasnt ready so we understood that and just waited till 3 (which is check in time) so we go back and try to and they stay the room still isnt readyAs time passes we get irriated because we just drove 13 hours from idaho and would like to restA entire hour passes and i go to check if the room was ready and it wasI ask to speak to the manager cause check out is at 12 oclock and was wondering why it took 3 hours to get to the room and clean itI understand short staffing and what not but thats not the case they tried to sayThe gentleman had me give my numeber to him for the manager cindy to contact me for and cindy in the 7 days i was there never called meThe gentlemen gave me a free breakfast card atleast..I wanted to see if i couldve had a night accomodated for the late check in but he was unsure it would be able to work due to me using a third party (expedia) which sure that makes sense aswell but i dont know what the point of me giving my number to him to give to cindy was if she was never gonna call or text.Then after a long day at knotts berry farm my plantar fasciitis was really hurting my feet and unfortunately the time I was staying there was a big event happening and there was very little parking so we had to go to the parking behind the hotel which is kinda a pain cause you gotta walk a ways either around the hotel to the front door or the flight of stairs they have on the side of the hotel to get into it and there was a employee driving the little golf cart and didnt really bother to ask if we needed a lift up to the front for easier access to the elevator..The breakfast was mediocre at best though i had the waffle and im glad to say it was free...The pool and hot tub area wasnt that appealing eitherThe pictures on the website definitely make it seem better then what it is..Its the little things that build up that make it not a pleasant time😞Dont get me wrong if youre gonna go to this hotel its gonna be a relaxing time, just this time wasnt as good for me and it may be different for youThank you for having me and my partner..Always more room for improvement!
My room wasnt super clean. I found a sock in the closet. The matress cover was dirty under the sheets. Also the blankets were super thin. I also was given different policies on where I could have my dog. For breakfast area someone at front desk said no dogs allowed and didnt let me know about the outside patio until i asked. Someone in the front desk told my family members that dogs were okay. So it was a bit confusing so i avoided eating breakfast in the hotel as it was confusing. Check in and out was easy. Nice place to take my dog walking. Designated potty area behind the hotel had grass paint /dust that stained my dogs paw and shoes. I feel like they should have told us that or provided some wipes or cleaning area. I asked for forks and cutlery as some were missing and the front desk employee (oscar i think) didnt bother to check he just stated that if they werent visible then we were out and returned to his mobile device. Yet the hotel is selling microwaveable dishes to guests and expect us to eat with our hands? Very upsetting. Lobby was nice and parking was plentiful. View from room is dead painted grass but we were in a drought so its not uncommon. I didnt report these issues as I had other priorities at the time but maybe they could have fixed it? I arrived to my room at 9-10pm so didnt feel like getting a new room and deal with the utensils issue. Gave it 3 instead of two stars for the nice grass area by the monument to exercise my dog plus clean bathroom.
Had a great 3-night stay here. The area is tucked in from busy streets and next to a golf course. Felt very safe. Room (especially the bathroom) was not very spacious, but clean with modern decor. I appreciated glass-enclosed shower and the long desk. Parking is free. Within walking distance there is a small park with a monument. Would definitely be back again.
From the time I arrived and checked in Oscar at the front desk was professional and knowledgeable. He explained the charges and asked my preference on floor I would like to stay. The Hotel and property were wonderful and relaxing. The room was great, clean well maintained and comfortable. Oscar even checked on me to make sure I was happy with the room and also if I needed anything during my stay. Great customer service from him and the entire staff. I will definitely be back for sure. Great stay and trip for sure and it was due to the stay, location and service 👍
I chose this hotel because I was in town for an event at the Quiet Cannon venue that was located right next-door. I was actually pleasantly surprised how close it was.I had called before arriving to make sure I was able to get an early check in and the girl I spoke to said yes it shouldn’t be a problem especially since I was still about two hours out from being there but upon arrival, I was told my room was not ready and they put me in a different room which normally I wouldn’t mind but I was ultimately charged for that difference. I had originally booked a king bed room and they put me in a double room. Upon checking out, I brought this to the staffs attention and the girl at the front desk immediately fixed it once I explained to her.Also, about three hours after checking in, I had left the hotel to go shopping and a staff member called me saying that I still had things in my room and they were wondering why since I was supposed to have checked out that day. When I told him that I had only checked IN that day, he said that their system was glitchy and they were having issues which made me a little uncomfortable knowing that staff members were just going in and out of rooms, without the guest’s knowledge.I also had an issue with guests staying next to me being extremely loud at 1am which hotel staffed immediately addressed and rectified for me which my jet lagged, long day ahead of me tomorrow body was extremely grateful for.The hotel itself was very clean and beautifully presented. The staff were professional and friendly. I probably won’t ever have a reason to stay at this location again just because it was very specific why I stayed there to begin with, but it was also my first experience at a Hilton hotel (I know, I know) and I think I might just stick with ol’ trusty Holiday Inn from now on.
I’m writing this review for my sister because doesn’t like leaving negative reviews for no one. But I think it’s important to let others know, how important matters are handled at this hotel. We booked two rooms on 6/24-6/26 for my sisters wedding. Everything was good at the hotel, until we checked out. I told my husband I forgot a card in there and he went back and the woman at the front desk was rude about allowing him back in. Now my sister had already left before us. Later in the afternoon while at home she was unpacking and repacking because she was leaving to her honeymoon the next day, she noticed her black sleeve with her documents was not there. She went to ask me and we started looking for it everywhere. By now it was 4-5 in the afternoon so when she called the hotel they told her front desk told her housekeeping had left. So she called back Monday front desk woman told she would make a note of it, because housekeeping was not in yet. Whoever took her calls never made a note of it, never advised their manager that missing items were reported missing from room 133. So mind you no one got back to her. She returned Fri and spoke to the manager Cindy, she told her no note was made and she would call back because she didn’t know if housekeeping was there. She did call her back only to say, she would have to call her back on sat. Now sat arrives she does call her, only to say nothing was found. I understand they trust their employees but you really think they will turn something in when 5 days have passed since the items were reported?! I don’t think so. So at this hotel that is not cheap to stay at all they could say is they trust their employees after a lot of days have passed by, and the front desk employees don’t do their job right. No notes was made of this. They robbed my sister’s birth certificate social security cards for her and her husband and a gold blue key necklace which she doesn’t care for it. But her documents she does. And all she got is a sorry!!! Unacceptable.
First expressions: this hotel looks newly built and modern, interior and outdoor spaces are inviting and clean. Our room was clean, cleanliness wise I didnt have any problems. However, you should not expect anything else. The room does not have anything extra. And by anything I mean there is not even a do not disturb sign, no slippers etc. Water pressure in the shower is non existent (floor 3). No water bottles as a welcome gift.Breakfast was decent but even a slice of bread is not provided with an order of food and we were told it is 5$. Room service comes at 9am for some reason? If you dont plan to leave very early in the night, expect to miss it. Though the cleaning staff was kind enough to come back at a later time, after lunch.
This is the third hotel I stayed in LA and it was the best. Really nothing to complain, except the beds were a bit to hard for me but completely fine and usable. The hotel is super quite and I felt very safe. Staff was friendly, rooms were really huge and clean. I would absolutely come back again here next time in LA.
Lack of professionalism in regards to house keeping. Did not replenish the coffee, creamer,& bottled water. Threw away my brand new prescription medication, then had the nerve to lie about doing it.That is what really got to me, why lie about making a mistake, you would show a lot more character if you owned up to it, apologized & were honest. Would make a better employee that is for sure. Daily I would tip $ 10 dollars on the bed, after a day or two I thought they were not deserving of it. I thought that would get me an extra coffee or two, some flavored creamer, water, etc.. Nope.. a couple of times it was left not wiped & not replenished. Everything excellent as come to expect from Hilton Garden Inn. The bed and TV are fantastic, bed is firm and tv is big.Great views of golf course. Common areas are fantastic as well.Location might not be prime real estate but the actual hotel is in a very secure w guard gate area.Rooms are ample w walk in shower. Ironing kit and mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave in room.Staff is friendly and helpful.
Positive: very comfortable bed and hotel is located on the golf course so its removed from city sounds. Negative: Many, but not all, of the front desk staff clearly not trained in customer service. also, DO NOT accept a 1st floor room if you dont like noise - its where they put people with babies, screaming kids, barking dogs and its by the bar.

Location is beautiful and has secure and FREE parking. Whenever we needed anything c we just called front desk and they brought it to us.We will be back again!
I’ve stayed at multiple Hilton hotels including Hilton Garden Inn before as a diamond member. This hotel is the worst. First, the duvet cover is much smaller than the duvet itself (king duvet and queen/full cover??). It means you’ll sleep under the duvet that’s not washed and that’s slept by previous guests. Second, the pillows are worn out badly. We requested to get new ones, and they gave us one that’s even worse and we had to ask again. Both these two times they gave us pillows without covers and we had to change the covers ourselves. Imagine we have to touch the dirty pillow inserts that even have blood dots on them. Third, most of the front desk girls are poker face. They’re super cold and don’t seem to like their job. Except for one girl who said she just joined a couple of weeks ago and a guy seems friendly. We stayed here for a couple of days. The room service lady came to clean, but did not replace any of the shower essentials. Luckily I always bring my own shower stuffs just in case I don’t like the ones offered by hotel. I just don’t want to ask the front desk girls again to get me new shampoo. AND, there is minimum sound insulation here. You can clearly hear what people in the hallway are talking. I just can’t imagine how a Hilton hotel with 4-star reviews is like this. I come to LA a lot. But I’ll never book this hotel again.
Rooms: If you are looking for a quiet room, I recommend the 3rd floor, preferably the rooms that are far from the elevator, have a laundry room, a pool. They have continental breakfast, if it is the first time you come to have breakfast, ask for a menu to have a faster service, A quiet place without much noise around the property, if you are looking for tranquility and good service, this is the place.

We stayed overnight on our way up from San Diego in order to fly out of LAX. First off, the location: it is in a golf course, so during the night, it is incredibly quiet and peaceful. You cannot hear anything! Our room (a 1 king bed room) was well-appointed, with a door on the bathroom (not a barn door as you may find in some other hotels) and had a glass-and-tile shower. The staff was very helpful and friendly as well. The front desk even texted me to follow up shortly after we checked in to see if there was anything they could do for us and if the room was satisfactory. I would definitely consider staying here again. It cannot be said enough how quiet the location is. If road noise and traffic bothers you, this is the hotel for you to get away from all of that for a restful sleep.

We came from out of town and checked-in maybe after 11p. After we ate our take-out, I went to the bathroom with the intention to shower. It seemed like house keeping didn’t mop after the previous guest because there were old, clear stains on a few of the tiles inside and outside of the bathrooms.I called front desk and they offered to switch me immediately, which I was grateful for. They also offered free breakfast for the duration of my stay, which was nice, but unfortunately it didn’t really make my experience any more positive. The reason being that we were assigned to another dirty room. This time I actually took pictures. It’s late into the night so we’ve decided to just accept that this is a dirty hotel. We don’t believe the other rooms here will be any cleaner and also don’t want to come across as “needy” guests. I have stayed at Hilton hotels multiple times before so it’s sad that this location missed so many marks.
The point to stay at any hotel to me is to have a place to rest. Unfortunately, there is no way I can do that at this hotel because you can hear everything from the hallway or next doors. I will not stay at this hotel in the future.
Visited this hotel for the National Boxing Hall of Fame induction ceremony this April 2022. It was an awesome time! Great lodging, meeting and event space. The staff were really nice and welcoming. Rooms are spacious We will definitely visit again.

Security was unhelpful, unnecessary, in the way. I had a family coming and we booked multiple rooms and the security guy didn’t let them through

And after several bad hilton experiences, I decided to either go other major chain or 2 person popup tent and a sleeping bag. Id give one but my rooms were decent. Waiters were nice. Kerry was nice. Ruth was nice. So, if you want to be surprised by a a very loud wedding, not be noticed by hotel, and half 50% of your night ruined, stay here. Chances are slim but it happened to me.
We were there for a wedding next to property. The front desk staff was not very welcoming; they were cold and distant.The hotel is nice with good food at the restuarant. The other staff were fantastic and the room very comfortable. Only wish they had a soaking tub in room.

We were immediately greeted by the receptionists who made sure both of us were checked in at the same time for separate rooms.we were helped out with our luggage and given some water bottles, very appreciated as it was scorching hot on Saturday. The room was very comfortable in every way. It was a quiet room and most pleasant to stay in.

Overall clean place. The rooms were nice and the bed was comfortable. Customer Service was exceptional. Hate to be that guy however the location was great and I did not see one homeless person in the vicinity. This means the outside was clean.Side note, I dont have issues with homeless people. Just for this review I added it in case someone is looking for a location that is clean overall. Lets be real its L.A. and if youve been there you know what I mean.
Good:- Staff was very helpful and very nice.- Ample parking.-Shower had a lot of room. If I was in my 20s I could do a back flip without hurting myself.Needs Improvement:- To be fair, this may be a personal preference but the beds were surprisingly uncomfortable. We (family of 4) did not sleep very well.- We could hear people in the hallways coming back from (or going to) a party late at night. Maybe a sign that says Please be mindful of the volume of your voice, this is the Hilton, not the Motel 6
This Hotel is in a beautiful, and peaceful location away from the city vibe, but still has amenities near by.Hotel has a bar and restaurant in the lobby. The flatbreads are delicious and drinks were a good size. Outdoor seating on patio with heaters is available.The hotel smells amazing upon entering the beautiful lobby, a light vanilla scent. The cleaning products used in room arent overpowering and toxic smelling.The grounds are beautiful!I almost gave 4 stars, due to the noise at late hours, but it was a swim team one night. Overall we plan to stay here again.
Room was clean, beds are a little hard. Guest were friendly. 50/50 on the staff, day shift were a bit prudish but Night shift and the Kitchen staff made it all worth it! Beautiful places to hang out at the hotel!

Arrived late after working a long day. Being a contractor I can get pretty dirty and I must have looked & smelled like I lived in the streets. Imagine my pleasant surprise when the front desk treated me like a king. Alexa, the employee who assisted me with Check in, was the perfect combination of professional & friendly. She made me feel so welcome & important. I was able to upgrade to the Jr Suite with fireplace and had an incredible evening.Thank you Garden Inn for such a pleasant stay. Whoever put Alexa on front desk made a very good move she is definitely a great face for the Hilton brand.
Good locations about 30 mins from everything, spacious room, comfortable bed, ok staff, cleaner looked at list before handing me toilet paper like I was supposed to be checking out which wasn’t the case, only 3 pillows on king bed 4 is standard especially for 2 people, nice view
The staff was welcoming! The atmosphere was pleasant. Really enjoyed seating by the fireplace! The restaurant service was fantastic!! The food was delicious! The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent! The location was within walking distance of the event I attended!
Terrible rooms. Hallways are loud and you hear EVERYTHING. The air conditioning unit in one of our rooms was broken. One was fine but the other was so loud we could barely sleep. Also be aware that they charge a $200 deposit per room up front in addition to your room charge. They dont just hold a credit card number for incidentals, they charge you immediately. They say theyll refund it but its been a week and Ive seen no refund yet.
I can hear loud foot steps from the room above mine. Sounds like they are stepping on metal. I called the front desk, She was not helpful at all and said they will send security. The problem is not the guests above us, the prob is that this is a cheaply built hotel. Asked to be put in a different room, she said they are sold out. Which is a lie. Will not be staying here again.

The location was fine, fairly close to highway and tucked away in its own area. Not far from downtown. The rooms were spacious and clean. The front desk was nice and check-in was easy. I only deducted a star because the walls are super thin and also the power went out for a few hours (not their fault) and they didnt have the best measures in place to make that easier for guests. I would definitely stay again.
This place does not make you feel welcomed at all, supposed to be part of the friends and family of Hilton employees…. Well this place is definitely not the home away from home experience, next time I will definitely look at other options specially when arriving late after a long drive and only RUDE customer service is received, thanks a lot Jiaann
Purchased Hilton honors breakfast but it was misleading. It was not complimentary but instead a 10$/person daily credit on food charged to the room. This meant we paid more in taxes on the room and still had to pay tax on meals. Other Hilton branded locations actually offer complimentary breakfast. The facilities were okay. The bathroom had a strong sewerage smell periodically. Would not recommend this hotel unless they actually comped breakfast if you pay the breakfast included room rate since while technically legal it felt like deceptive marketing.
The rooms at this hotel are very nice. The restaurant inside the hotel has very good food. You wont go wrong staying at this hotel.
The hotel looks great from the outside. The lobby is really lively and the service seems to be good. We are only staying one night and wouldn’t recommend it due to the things we have found— The hot tub was dirty and not even filled past the top step. The room had dirty curtains and flawed walls, the bathroom didn’t seem clean to the average Hilton standard. It seems maintaining the rooms is low on the priority list. If we knew what we were getting we would have stayed somewhere else for much less!
Im sure staying here for a night or two is fine but if you plan on staying longer you should know a few things.The hotel has an open walk way on the second floor. So every phone call, every drunk guest, kids, or even the TV in the lobby will be heard. (Try asking for the third floor.)Also the hotel is next to the Montebello golf course. The grounds crew gets started at 4am and you will hear them as well.The staff is polite if you speak first but otherwise they will not acknowledge you.Night staff.. well they are constantly asleep by the fire so wake them gently if you need anything... except coffee..The only coffee available before 6am is from a machine that is broken or empty daily. You are provided with a kcup machine but after running water through it 5 times to try and remove the left over old grounds i gave up on it.Other Hiltons Ive stayed at you felt a strong management presence with a staff that actually pretends to care.This one is lacking both.
Pillows not good. Seems that is a thing in California bad pillows. Other than that great hotel. Food in restaurant is very good
Stayed in June 2021. Very clean rooms and the ladies helping with breakfast were nice and efficient.The pool was supposed to be heated but it was not. The jacuzzi was blocked off but there were people still using it and splashing all over the place. Hotel staff walked by several times and didn’t tell them anything.
The hotel is extremely clean and located in a golf course. The parking is very limited in front of the hotel so it is a little challenging if you have a few bags of cases. Seems there are no reserved parking spaces for Diamond members. I checked in and out mobile so I did not say hello to any hotel staff.
Soooo glad I found this hotel. It was affordable and outside of the congestion of downtown yet not too far. Its peaceful because its a golf course, gated with security, and the property is well taken care of. Great staff and clean rooms/lobby/gym/pool
Decent hotel for the price. They service was great. Enjoyed the fact that the property sits on a golf course. The staff and management was more than helpful and accommodating during my stay. The only con is that the beds were extremely hard. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
The location is located just off of the busy roadway. Its located on a golf course which is watched over by a security officer who watches what vehicles enter and exit the property. The hotel itself is very clean and quiet. The front desk workers were kind and made checking in effortless and fast. I had a king size bed which was VERY comfortable. I had no issues with my bedroom either; everything was clean and placed properly. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would book here again if I was in the area.
This is a great hotel for a quick stay. Its easy enough to go most places in LA. The rooms have been updated & they are really nice. The lobby smells wonderful!
The front desk was rude the house keeping was to clean my room and never did I was so disappointed I would never stay there again. and all night there was a dog barking in the room down the hall.
First time visitor to LA. Yip, its as advertised folks....you have to get your patience on! The hotel is truly nice, I reccomend it highly. The rooms are clean, well kept, AC working great, and you can make it dark as a cave for sleeping. Do buy the breakfast option...its great, and the staff even the chef will help out and make your day start out on the right foot with a great breakfast. Well done people, well done. Front desk staff is rocking it! Love the cookies.
Last night, we had a retirement celebration and everything was perfection with a cherry on top!Food:Shrimp cocktails. It not the old school presentation that you would normally imagine. They had individual plastic cups with a HUGE shrimp, sauce with a lemon and chive for presentation. I don’t think I have ever seen a shrimp that large and by the taste you know the shrimp was super fresh. The event staff was walking around with the shrimp cocktails and the guests grabbed them so quickly.Chip and Dip Station. The chip station was popular. It was a nice snack as guest mingled and chatted.Charcuterie Platter. There was a big variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, and crackers. My favorite was the display of honey with the actual honeycombs. The presentation of the Charcuterie was fantastic.Taco Station-They had a taco station with all the toppings. The proteins were chicken and beef. The chicken was soft and tender. The beef was cooked to perfection. I got creative and used the cheese from the taco station, the chips and chicken to make loaded nachos!Pizza Station-they had 2 ovens at the venue making fresh pizzas for all the guests. They had several options for toppings meats and veggies. When the pizza was done, I grabbed a slice and it was so good. The cheese was nicely melted, and dough was the perfectly cooked with a generous load of toppings.Dessert Bar-Oh my goodness…this is where I completely gave up on my diet. The COOKIES are soooo good. Its hard to explain how good it was but here is my attempt. The cookie was crisp on the outside and soft gooey on the inside. The cookie was made in house because I haven’t tasted a cookie this good in forever. I started with one cookie and ended up eating 5. Yes…5 cookies in one sitting. If the Hilton Garden Inn opens a cookie stand, I am there! I would definitely buy them by the case load. They also have brownies that were made in house and got good reviews by the guests. I was so focused on the cookies that I didn’t have room for brownies. Its on my to-do list for our next event. They have the option of having the cookie and brownie by itself or they prepare chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich and brownie a la mode. Im craving the cookie right now….Venue:We had it outside in the courtyard and it was gorgeous. It was an evening event so the event team had heat lamps thought the venue and it was just what we needed when the sunset. As the guests walked into the venue, the focal point was the fireplace. It gave the celebration a warm atmosphere. The backdrop of the courtyard was the gold course. The greenery made the event very zen.Event Team:Arturo is the best! He was always walking around making sure all the guests had food and wine. When my glass was empty, I turned around and he was there with a full glass. He was so attentive to all the guests and it made a huge impact on the guest experience. The rest of the event team made sure there was always food available, all the empty plates were taken away quickly and kept the floors pristine. Occasionally, guests have food crumbs or napkins fall on the ground but the event staff was quick to pick up and made the event classy.All in all, I was beyond impressed with the service and quality of food that was presented. Every guest said everything was on point and had a great time. My one tip – get the COOKIE!!! Best cookie you will ever have.
Ive stayed here for several business trips and have always enjoyed my stay. Im enrolled with Hilton Rewards so its advantageous. This last trip was no exception ... the service is always with a smile and very accommodating. We were allowed early check in by three hours which was so good considering we had been up since 3:30 a.m. and really needed to put our feet up. The barstaff was fantastic, very friendly. I especially like that the hotel is within the golf course grounds and feels much more secure that way. The views are spectacular. I am looking forward to the next time we visit on business or holiday.
Very nice staff, and business friendly hotel. The golf course is nice to lounge next to at the end of the day. If you get the chance to stay in one of the vip suites you will have a very nice experience.The normal rooms are looking a little dated but are clean. My biggest complaint is the water pressure is extremely low which makes it hard to enjoy a shower.Restuarant is not bad, great when working late. The breakfast is $16 plus tip, not really worth it...

Stayed here a couple times alreadh. Its in the middle of a country club with a golf course so immediate surroundings are great. They have a mini convenience store by reception. Food is not bad, if you dont to leave the property. Rooms are spacious, and service is good. Guests have tended to be not the rowdy sort.
Being up on the hill on the golf course was super relaxing. Loved the pool. And Alexa was amazing! So nice and friendly, just went out of her way to be sweet and helpful!
Very nice hotel. Wish the bar would open before 5pm. The room: very nice. A standard hotel room with a mini fridge, tv, ac/heat. Bathroom didnt have any air ventilation, so steams up quickly. Beautiful view of the golf course. Overall great place!
Staff is very professional including the restaurant wait staff. Hilton digital key never worked, it just kept saying stop by the front desk after I already did. Food was awesome at the restaurant and they have really good beer. Nice outside sitting area to eat and relax overlooking the golf course and they have a large gas fireplace that they light up at night. Plenty of parking. King size bed was a bit smaller than a normal size King bed and was a bit stiff for my liking. Enjoyed my 2 night stay here.
Terrible service, do not come here if you are under 35 yrs old .. They only want the white older & asian folks . I requested room to be cleaned everyday and they did NOT do so because it seemed they didnt like us . The lazy old porter didnt clean the garbage change the towels nothing he was just sitting around in the hallway like a weirdo . Worst hotel i have ever stayed at . They also charged me 100$ for a “smoking fee” because they found medical marijuana bags in the garbage that they never changed …. & i am legally allowed to carry medical marijuana on me for medical reasons I will not disclose… food was TERRIBLE pool was dirty & sheets were dirty we only stayed in the room to sleep . Definitely much better hotels around, i would never recommend this one .
Ive stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn multiple times coming from Arizona to visit my pops who lives really close. The location is perfect, the rooms are great and the services is always Amazing.I wanted to give special thanks to Alexa who was working the Front Desk when we stayed Oct 9th through the 10th. She was Absolutely amazing, sweet, courteous and extremely professional. Give her a raise Please!!!We will definitely continue to stay there in the future.
I personally did not stay in the hotel, I was there for a wedding where the hotel catered. Well well organized and the food was quite delightful. I would recommend it to anybody. The rooms were decorated with shandalers on the roofs and a very nice view of the city. Only problem I had was it was a bit stuffy and the air conditioning did not suffice for such a large crowd. I had to step out for a few minutes to get some fresh air. Other then that everything was great!

Nice location for a hotel. Located near many places for food/snacks/gas. Right on the golf course and driving range. Only 10 minutes from downtown la. Right off the 60 freeway. Beds are comfy, they have adjustable settings so make sure you look at the front desk for how it works. I did feel the rooms feel dated, but not a big deal to me. If you miss the entrance Apple maps will take you to the back side of the property and is closed. Main entrance is the only way in and out.
The Inn was relatively easy to find, my room was very spacious and the bed was adequate. I cant really say that I slept well but that was because I was visiting someone who was having an emergency life saving operation. It took a bit of time to figure out the controls for the mattress as there were no instructions on how to operate the firmness control. For the cost of the room I would have thought there would be a wider range of complementary channels available to watch. I also noticed that there was a discrepancy between the price that I booked the room for and the price that was displayed on my Google maps app by about $50 less. All in all I figure my experience was pretty decent.
I love the location of this hotel, so private, and yet right in the middle of the city, I cant emphasize enough, THE LOCATION. Friendly staff, especially loved the restaurant staff, they made the stay comfortable. Room was very clean, and we had a room with a view of the golf course that was beautiful.
Decent place with great views! Would be nicer if they offered free breakfast! Parking lot on the property is very small & additional parking is available right across the street by the golf course, but there was a steady stream of pedestrians passing by it which was kind of awkward. Its not a through street & the property ends at the golf course, so not sure where all the people are walking from, but just be sure to secure your vehicle & dont leave any valuables in it!
The hotel is beautiful. The lounge is airy and clean, the property has nice amenities (pool, hot tub, gym, and bonfire lounge), the rooms are what youd expect from any nice Garden Inn, and the hotel is far enough removed from the urban sprawl that you can sleep well at any hour. The breakfast was good, but expensive. The lounge bar is convenient since there isnt really another in walking distance. Id stay again if passing through the area.
For the price, this is a more than decent hotel to stay at for a few nights. The room I stayed in was clean, staff is friendly & accommodating, fridge & microwave in the room, which is always nice; the bed was actually really comfortable, not to mention the firmness of the mattress was adjustable. They even tolerated my extra-late check-out, due to having ignored my alarm that morning (regular check-out time is 12; late is 1; I strolled out around 2 and they didnt even mention it). Theres a 24-hour Mexican food restaurant & full bar across the street, which had great service and okay food (Ive had better Mexican food, but I still ate everything between dinner & breakfast the next morning), and a Mexican-American restaurant stand next door to the hotel/country clubs property (cash only). The hotel rooms had thick walls (it was pretty booked, yet I didnt hear anyone other than the maids when vacuuming, and even that wasnt loud or disruptive. The lobby is nice, with a modern bar and 24-hour snack shack (chips, candy, sodas, energy drinks, ice cream, frozen microwaveable snacks, etc.). Didnt get to use room service, since it only operates 5-10pm and Im a late-night room-service type. Oh, and the bath towels were soft, not stiff. Its the little things that matter. Only qualm was parking: though free & plenty available, the parking lot in front of the entrance only had about 15 spots, the rest located just across the driveway. It only sucks if youre lazy and/or youve been in stilettos all day/night (as I was). I recommend the place if youre seeking an inexpensive hotel thats out of the city (a 30 minute drive to downtown LA), clean, and offers convenient ammenities.

The rooms are well sized and I enjoyed the bathrooms and room layout. While at the bar the waitress ordered cookies for everyone which was nice. Very clean as well. This hotel is right next to a golf course and right off the freeway. I would stay again.
The environment is very relaxed and quiet. Team members are polite and pleasant. Free WiFi, and free for charging my EV. Breakfast has met the standard, not above yet. Room is clean and very comfortable view over the super green golf course.
I just had the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a Hilton hotel. The service I received from Miguel was outstanding. The chef Randel cooked everything to perfection and I could tell he takes pride in his work. This is a beautiful hotel right on a golf course. I love it and I highly recommend.
If you are staying in the area this is a definite go there spot. Friendly staff, good eat-in restaurant for those nights you just dont want to go out, plenty of places near by when you do.Clean and quiet (most of the time) ... but the staff steps up to noise issues and takes care of business.
There was a roach in the room, I reported it to front desk who said they would send house keeping. Over an hour later nobody ever came. Apparently the front desk knew housekeeping wasnt even in yet but failed to tell us. I would have checked out right there or asked for a different room if Id known that was the case. It was gross.
Beautiful, well furnished, clean rooms with a great, green view of the golf course. The bathrooms are clean and well thought it and as an added bonus theres a fireplace in the store. Very reasonably priced although this may be due to the location, about a 25 minute drive from downtown LA without traffic.
Golf course hotel on the hill makes this a unique hotel. Open lobby restaurant and bar echoes. Rooms kept very warm and takes time to cool off. Common hallways, and Other spaces kept very warm. Clean comfortable rooms with all amenities.
My first time staying at this hotel in LA. I am disappointed on the cleanliness. Our sink is clogged when we got back to our room. Staff said they cant fix until tomorrow morning and there are no other spare rooms. We left our room at 10am and were back at 12am.. If the cleaner has checked.. this problem can be prevented. Additionally the used towels, the cleaner hung them back on the rack and when I use them I saw a few of my hair on the towels... which you can tell the towels are used and not clean. overall, with such experience, I will not come back to this hotel......the upside is here has free parking and free wifi..!
Its a fine place to stay. Its an old building that was renovated and has a beautiful lobby. However, I cant imagine why a hotel with 121 rooms has a parking lot with only 25 parking spaces (including Handicapped and EV)!?!? If you arent one of the lucky first few, you must park across the street. When that small lot also quickly fills up, they will send you around the bend to park on the private street. Not ideal for exhausted travelers, but good if you are trying to get in your steps for the day.
A very nice hotel for a garden inn. Its next to a golf course. I visited the hotel for a meeting. I didnt actually stayed there. The interior is very sophisticated and clean. The bar/dining area is quite large. Definitely a nice establishment to go for a meeting or just for drinks.
I enjoyed my self mostly sitting this trip. The bed was super nice, the location of the hotel us beautiful and the room Id great. Im used to hotels offering free breakfast, the breakfast here is $12. Also the ironing boards need new foam.
Positive: Location, quality, staff, you cant go wrong with this hotel. Negative: Nothing negative to report.
A few things to consider before booking this hotel. We were here on business for 10 nights. 1. Very limited parking. After 3pm you will have to park in the back ( multiple flights of stairs leading to the back entrance), on the street or a small parking lot across the street. 2. After parking and walking to the hotel you will be confronted by homeless people asking for change. This is strange considering it is a gated area. 3. No coffee available in the early mornings. 4. Bedsheets too small. 5. Housekeeping is lacking. 6. Maintenance is lacking. In my opinion for the price you pay it is not worth the money.
Stayed there for 5 days not bad and service is fast. They have free parking but if you come too late you might not find parking
Was VERY pleased with the stay. Room I had checked in with on my Hilton Honors app wasnt ready when I got there, and they were very apologetic. Didnt want to wait, so we took room on 1st floor. It turned out to be nice and quiet, and close to the other amenities. Room was clean. Couldnt ask for much more.
Good price, good quality, nice beds and decor.The three stars are for the restaurant lowering the score. Restaurant is bad, bad. Poor service, you will wait and wait. No coffee or juice, they dont refill it very often. No cups or glasses dishes available for buffet. Everything about the restaurant is slow and incompetent. I hope I dont get diarrhea from eating here.The rooms are great, but the restaurant is a real weakness.

The room was well furnished, had microwave, kcup Brewer, fridge, and TV. Free internet was also provided. There was a smidge of something brown on the wall that we just ignored. Room service at night took an hour plus to respond after calling the front desk 3 times since room service line was unavailable . They just changed their lock system to and RFID system in the middle of the day and we didnt receive the keys before hand and had to back to the front desk to retrieve them. View out of the room is very good with no obstructions since it is located on a golf course. Hot tub looks like it can use a good cleaning as I see from my room. Overall a good experience
Hotel was great. Big rooms, very clean, everything worked exactly as expected. Restaurant in the hotel, however, was not very good. Incredibly slow service put a damper on the whole dining experience.Give yourself two hours for dinner!The surrounding neighborhood is also not so great. Expect to stay in the hotel, or drive a ways to find dining or entertainment.
Staying at the Hilton in Seoul this week and I was reminded of my stay here a year ago. Totally forgot to write an amazing review for this place.I stayed here due to a surgery I was having at USC... This was over Christmas holiday. I was bummed to say the least, all cut up and unable to move during the holidays.The folks at the Hilton in Montebello really made everything so great. They helped me out with breakfast vouchers because I couldnt eat anything besides oatmeal. They helped me with movie rentals because they knew I was bed ridden. They even left me a get well soon card when my surgery was complete.The staff really went above and beyond to turn a pretty abysmal Christmas into a very warm and welcome one. The front desk gentleman (Michael) did anything he could to make sure I was feeling satisfied. Fantastic establishment and staff. If I ever need to spend time in LA again I will be going back.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, outdoor pool & spa, gym, 24 hr mini store that u can charge straight to your room, restaurant and bar, room service.. its a comfortable place, we werent, at all, disappointed with anything. Breakfast at the restaurant was good, order hot meals, buffet the cold stuff. Good amount of free parking when we stayed in March.
This hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Came by for a social event and had no problem parking. Their facility was also very nice. Its next to a banquet hall, but it was still quiet. Great place.
Reasonable hotel with free parking. Room was spacious and clean but not particularly modern. Breakfast isnt included and is priced around $15 per person. Noise from the corridor was particularly bad, as was the bass from some corporate party going on in the building next door. Expected a little more from the Hilton brand. As with most places in LA youll want to drive here.
Was enjoying my time in the beginning.After a day of none stop traveling and activities, I went to use the spa around 9 to relax and take a load off, which gave me a hour to use the hot tub. There was no warm/hot water. So I went to the front desk and asked if there was somebody who could help me, they sent one, to only turn on the jets, as I have previously done already. After he left, I kept checking the water and no hot water. So I thought, maybe they control that area from another room. So I waited for about 40-50 minutes outside for no reason, which at that time, would of gave me only 10 minutes. Mostly everything else seemed nice for the most part.
No doubt about the cleanness . I want to suggest that disposable cups for coffee/ tea should be removed and replaced by crockery of bone China or similar which are not hazardous for health for taking hot coffee/tea. Thanks
The hotel was great. There was a quick check in process, ID and Credit card. Breakfast is $15 per person, and its all you can eat. The breakfast is very good, they have french toast to egg muffin sandwiches, you can also make your own waffles or serve your self croissants. The room was very nice and clean, we did not have wifi. In the room there is a keurig, microwave, and small fridge. Check out was extremely quick just gave them the room keys and we left. THIS LOCATION IS AMAZING, we are 15 minutes away from everything. Parking is very close to the hotel as well, and the pool is open until 7 i believe.
I enjoyed my stay here. Safe place and ample parking. Alexa at the front desk was wonderful to talk to. Would love to come back and stay here again.
First time there. Nice place very friendly people. Bartender made great drinks and took our order. Only thing was there is no smoking in the entire place and had to go outside in the cold. Should have at least some rooms for people who smoke!
The services are great, although a slightly bigger TV would be nice. The location is also a little bit far from the freeway, and getting there involves going through a country club. WARNING: There is a dip in the road near the parking that will shake your car like crazy. Otherwise, the place and view is perfect.
The worst hotel service I have ever received!We checked in at the hotel in the afternoon and went out to see other friends. After we came back at the night, there were hundreds of ants crawling around the air conditioner and carpet. We reported to the manager and requested for a room change. All he did was instructing a guy to do the pest control service and claimed that the rooms were sold. Now the room smells like pest control and so many ants dead on the carpet everywhere. Very terrible service, no compensation or whatever. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone!
Fantastic location. Secluded and has a great view of the golf course. Staff are to the Hilton standard and friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Property is well maintained. We like staying here because its close to all the Chinese restaurants and cafes in Monterey park and Alhambra.
Its great! The room service is always good, and we are treated professionally, and courtesly. However, the last two nights I was awoken by loud noises that seemed to be coming from the lobby (two rooms down) around 6:00 am. I was not too happy to say the least, but those were the only small issues I had staying here.
Very reasonable property and the staff is great! The outdoor patio is a nice spot to relax an enjoy a cocktail in the evenings. The rooms have sleep number beds and the golf course is a nice view to wake up to every morning.. Even though you may hear a few golfers (we were on the 2nd floor). Oh an though its about 10mins from Hollywood... Theres traffic 24/7 so give yourself some time.. It didnt take us less than 20mins to get there an that was 10:30p on a Sunday!!
Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. located within a large golf course so peaceful and quite while still close to DTLA (uber ride was around $20~$25 each way depending on the time of the day)
Hotel - Above average quality facilities, friendly staff and reasonably priced. The rooms are simple, but a bit lacking in terms of sound insulation.The hotel is located within a golf course and adjacent to a Night Club, so its a good place to spend a weekend and still be within a short drive to the city.
Hotel is a little long in the tooth, peeling wallpaper, Rusted door jambs, loose tiles, just worn...needs a deep clean. Staff, professional, smart and pleasant. Great location by a sweet golf course.

This Hotel is fantastic. The staff is fantastic, the food is excellent, the hotel is beautiful and sits right on the golf course and the beds are very comfortable.
Rooms were spacious, but not so clean. Location is impractical unless you are specifically stating there for the golf course. Not too many decent food options in or around the hotel.

Let me start with check in. Customer service is almost not existent. Monica is the only reason for the one star. The person (male, around 8:30pm) who checked us in should change careers, he was the most unhelpful person. When I asked a simple questions, like where to park, how do I get to my room. He was annoyed by questions and gave the shortest answers. How dare I ask him to do his job. Parking? Absolutely terrible. We had to park on the otherside of the country club, almost a 10 minute walk back to the hotel room. Room service? Room service will not take an order past 9:20. The menu says its open until 10pm. I called for almost 10 minutes before someone would answer. At 9:22 they would not take my order. I was told that they close at 9:30 and the last call is 9:20. Lastly, the room wasnt cleaned from the last guest. Even though we paid for 2 nights, we will not be returning for the second night. Im not sure how this location got 4.3 stars.
Very nice hotel with great service.Great experience all started at the front desk at check in.Joyce and Vince were behind the desk. They were both friendly and made me feel welcomed.It is so nice to recieve such a nice greeting after a long hard day.Food was very good and so was the room.Service was great!
Overall all good 😊 The beds not too soft as other Hilton, but we didnt ask for cushion matress covers, next time 😉. The potatoes and tomatoes soups delicious 😊 All the staff very kind, 15 minutes from downtown with no traffic. Very quiet and respectfull customers, they let you sleep 😉 Breakfast included. Good swimpool, gym, and jacuzzi. Kind service. Thank you!!! Enjoy 😊😊😊

Very nice hotel with a pool, hot tub, gym, laundry, bar and patio area. Located on a golf course in what is probably the nicest part of this area. Breakfast and dinner are also available here.
I came to LA driving and chose this hotel because it has free parking. My mistake, someone still some stuff from my car in one night and the hotel did absolutely nothing about. There is no convenience on this hotel. Small gym, a pool let on the time not to clean, bar room service. It is not expensive but it is far from Hilton service. Forget about use the golf course withou pay...
Stayed here for a work training nearby. Decent rooms for the price. Nice secure and safe location. Good hotel bar and food. Nice outdoor terrace overlooking the golf course.
Staff provided excellent customer service. Dinner was delicious. Quality of food was amazing. Mallory our server was steller, attentive and provided excellent customer service. We drove over an hour and a half to dine at this location. Definitely worth the long drive. I highly recommend this place.
We rented an outdoor area for my fathers service and it was perfect 😊. Loved the service and quality of time spent there.

Beautiful hotel near Los Angeles. There was a wedding here during my stay. The grounds are gorgeous, and the hotel has all the amenities you would expect from a Hilton hotel. Plenty of free parking. I stayed here for a couple of nights using my Hilton points.
They are trying, but not enough to have 3 or 4 stars. The bathroom does not have a ventilator and the beds dont have any box springs so I woke up sore. The lobby is stuffy so they should have on the AC to move the air around. I would stay again if the beds were not so hard cuz I need a good night sleep and the bathroom was not broken. I come to LA all the time and unfortunately I will not be returning here. Maybe some things will be updated in the future.
Breakfast by a golf course; chef that listened to food allergies needs (gluten free even though the hotel is not certified, did what they could do to allow me to eat healthfully for me here) internet is decent, hotel is quiet and yet easy access to freeway; staff is super friendly and the decor is fun and cool yet comfy, and cleaning crew pays attention to the little things... this matters to a road warrior - nice work gang!
The beds were hard as a rock..even though theyre adjustable. If you enjoy sleeping on what feels like a wooden board you should feel at home here. The staff was super friendly but they wouldnt let my team eat outside food in the lobby. Which seemed like a ridiculous rule...But I guess its probably a corporate rule.

The venue is beautiful and staff is very kind and attentive. I was there for a wedding rehearsal and had a few drinks at the bar after at the lounge. The drinks seating and fireplace was awesome. I Definitely recommend this to everyone.
We stayed on the first floor. It was quite noisy. The staff did apologize the following day and offered us free breakfast. Id give this place another try so long as Im not on the first floor.

The location is really nice, the room was great, and staff is friendly. The beds can be adjusted for comfort but you have to call in to the front desk to do so. Either way it was an overall good experience.
I went to this hotel (Garden Inn Montebello) and the woman that worked that early morning (2am check in) was “not welcoming.” To make matters worse the system was down so (at 130am) told us to “just wait two hours”— we called the main the main hilton line and checked in that way. This woman was incompetent and lazy (her face and fingers got tired from looking for our reservation) she also didn’t want to deal with helping me find my honors points so I had to wait until the next day when someone would have more time (during regular working hours).The next day we tipped staff, housecleaning, etc and tried putting it all behind us...10/14/18I wasn’t there the majority of the day and since i has a wedding to go to i stayed another night—check out was at noon and we overslept till 12:48pmish. The front desk and after explaining my situation kindly asked for a late check out (1:20pm)— they denied me rudely charged us a 75$ dollar late fee (very petty manager and staff working on 10-15-2018).I always have gotten late checkouts and these people here are so petty they said if I took any longer they’d charge me a whole new stay— wow. i will never go here again or recommendation this place (i travel often)- curtains smell old, and we had to deal with the low grade disability room as well. oh when we got to our room there were leftovers from someone else in the refrigerator— what a disorganized property— i was very dissatisfied and disappointed at the quality of staff hired here. i don’t recommend hilton anymore - i’ll be staying at the westin (my usual). please don’t downgrade to this hotel- you get what you pay for-it’s the cheapest hotel around so you’ll see why-
My experience is awesome swimming pool is Beautiful Everything is remodeled inside and the scenery of a golf course is beautiful really having a blast with my family in my stay at Hilton Garden I will definitely recommend and be back the staff all helpful and friendly so far.
Location is nice and calm, werent any sketchy people and not many cops around and it felt nice and safe. The rooms were pretty, not the biggest for the 3 bedroom we got but it wasnt the worst and the roon was very clean and well kept by housekeeping.
Rooms were pretty standard. Has heated pool and jacuzzi outside. Fitness room has a couple treadmills and free weights. Breakfast costs $15 perperson but cook to order

Comfortable hotel. The bar / restaurant staff are the best part of this hotel. Bree, bartender, makes everyone e feel welcome and part of thw conversation. Ray and the rest of the waitstaff/kitchen are top notch and make sure you are happy with your meal.

Had a room on the first flooor immediately by the bar. It made our stay quite noisy. Also no continental breskfast. Breakfast bar was $15!The rooms and area were beautiful though.

Great value location and staff. Driving range near by and discount for the course. Far enough away from the freeways yet close enough to get ahead of the traffic (5AM not 3AM) for a morning meeting in the valley.

Beautiful surroundings and a ⛳ course right across the street! The view from my 2nd floor room. I wouldnt recommend a bottom floor (area for golfers) directly out your window.
Nice places to walk outside and driving range available. Free cookies, clean restrooms, nice places to sit and sizable golf courses with a pond nearby. Tall monument nearby. Great place to catch Squirtles if you play Pokemon.
The hotel is licated within the golf course. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The property is very clean even with all the people walking around playing Pokemon Go.

This place is an over priced motel 6. We arrived on Thursday evening, staff was unfriendly and uninterested, no one came out to help us with our baggage or great us. We asked about the internet and told wed have to pay for it but at least we were warned that runs at snails pace. The girl working the bar had an attitude and seemed annoyed that she actually had to serve customers. To top it off, despite the fact that she had customers, she shut the bar down. The city of Montebello is basically a dump, so once the bar shut, your stuck at this poo-hole of a Hilton. Since theres no room service, on Friday morning, we entered a nearly empty dinning room and explained we were in a bit of a hurry as we had to head off to a funeral, at which point no one came back to take our order! Our Order was finally taken but we were given no silverware. 40 min later we were still waiting and got up to leave...to a funeral...with no food in our stomach. The manager of this place should be ashamed to run such an ordinary establishment with such lousy service! Weve stayed at hiltons all over the world, but this place wins for the worst hotel experience! Shame on you Hilton, what a disgrace this montebello establishment is! We will be cancelling our membership!

The pool was very nice everything looked very well-kept. Only thing I wish was there was more to do around the hotel. I was visiting during a revamping of the golf I was not able to use the course.

2023-10-31 10:18:00Rooms are nice and clean. The showers were also clean and seemed pretty new along with the rest of fhe room. I think the rooms were remodeled because the whole style of the rooms is different than the lobby area and hallways. nothing wrong though since the whole building inside and out is nice and very well kept.I would definitely stay here again.

2023-10-10 15:44:24Ive stayed here tree times over the past couple of months. I have found this location to be one of the best Hilton hotels in the LA area. It is found in the middle of a golf course, on-top of a hill. It is a perfect location to get away from the busy streets and freeways. There is ample outdoor seating both in the rear and at the pool area. There is a perfectly hot, hot tub, a great swimming pool, outdoor fire pit. The on-site restaurant does have a limited menu, but the food comes out very quickly and tastes good. Bar was good with plenty of options to drink. I didnt use the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that.The hotel room itself is very large and modern. Lots of areas to plug in your electronics. A nice open room and washroom. The sliding glass shower doors are a very nice touch. There is a giant TV with a huge variety of TV stations to choose from. The air conditioning is perfect when cooling you down from the heat wave that rolled through. The biggest complaint is the parking. If you dont get there early, you do have a walk to get to the front door. I will stay here again as soon as I can.Edit to add: Ive now stayed here 5 times so far in 2023. Im hoping to add more. This is a diamond in the rough for California.

2023-10-07 18:20:00Needed a hotel close to downtown Los Angeles for an event. This hotel is like new with large rooms on the golf course which is currently being renovated until December 2024. They have a restaurant in the lobby where we had breakfast, if your a Hilton Honors gold member you get a $10 F&B credit pp. it was a standard small buffet or they have a menu of items made to order. Staff was courteous and friendly.

2023-10-09 04:54:53The night we stayed in they had party running nearby in the complex that still plays extreme loud sound past midnight. The sound proof is bad and we could also hear people talking really loud in the hallway too. It seems like the whole complex (two hotels, the party, golf courts) are all managed by Hilton. Would not recommend if you are just a tourist and want somewhere actually quiet to sleep after an exhausting day

2023-09-23 07:43:46I stayed here for a staycation for 3 days last month with my nephew and I have to say, this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at.The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable and I was on the first floor so everything was easily accessible.They even have a little snack store where you can purchase chips, sandwiches, candy and or beer and take it to eat/drink at the pool.The pool and hot tub were great also!My only complaint is the in house restaurant, I think their menu should have a little bit more of a variety of foods and also perhaps a child menu. You can never go wrong with some chicken nuggets and mac and cheese! LolOther than that, I cant wait to visit again soon!

2023-10-31 19:50:49Pros: Great hotel for the area. Safe, which was my biggest concern being east LA, it was safe and staff is always around on the grounds. The staff was very helpful, and very accommodating. I got the single king golf view. Very nice and clean room. Easy to navigate building. Decent restaurant, bar, and coffee bar. It is a smoke free campus/grounds, but if cigars are your thing, I found a non-advertised smoking section outside with seating in-between the hotel and the golf club area by the green. Food was affordable and their amenities shop had everything from candy, soda, to medicine.Cons: you can hear other rooms sometimes. The parking was very limited and they have a club next door with several special events going on, making the parking even more limited. (I didnt hear the club at all) The water pressure was less than desirable making showering not very enjoyable. That was my biggest complaint with the room, the water pressure and it didnt get as hot as Id like even at max temperature.Conclusion: Overall a good experience and safety was my top priority given the area, and it fit the bill perfectly, thats why I paid more compared to other hotels in the area. Staff was great and the maids hooked me up with coffee pods, as theres a kuerig in the rooms. Oh and if youre using Google to price watch....its not accurate, for the money, its still good, but I paid ~250 a night for a weekend. Not the 147 listed on Google. You will find much cheaper around the area but not very safe or luxurious. This was a little secluded corner, hidden gem, amongst the golf course on a hill and safety and security was top notch. One night I was there, the nightclub next door had a raging costume party, which is fine, and about 10 Montebello cops were there keeping it in check and orderly, which was nice, and didnt bother me at all. Very satisfied with the whole operation there.

2023-07-08 02:30:32The Hotel staff is great. Room is nice but, I do noticed the carpet is in desperate need of cleaning. I couldnt walk bare feet in my hotel room or the bottom of my feet will get dirty. Everything else in the room is fine. I also work remotely so having plenty of wall and USB sockets is a plus.

2023-07-29 07:34:21I had a rather long stay of five nights, however the hotel breakfast was pretty bad. We had to pay extra for the breakfast not even including the individual meal to order. My sister wanted some cereal also so got that, but the staff charged two times it should have been. Housekeeping is weirdly only every five days, and had to ask for extra housekeeping which was rather inconvenient.It was a weird hotel imo and definitely was not worth the breakfast, but thanks
