I have tried many ramen places and this one definitely holds its good rating in my book. For the price you get a pretty decent piece of meat which in other places would be extra charge. The broth was pretty flavorful, I like the addition of spinach. The side of garlic went well with it! The bathrooms could use a little update. Also this place has this whole service charge thing (even for small parties) which is not very visibly shown anywhere and it is optional but you know how it is.

An excellent casual spot for some ramen deliciousness. I had the TONKOTSU RAMEN which included: Pork chashu, green onion, spinach, seaweed, bean sprouts, half egg. They offer a few more additional toppings, as well as ordering more of the toppings that are already included; all at an extra charge. I selected the “combo” which included the ramen accompanied with a small poke rice bowl (your choice tuna or salmon) and a small side salad. Our group also had the cucumber crab salad and crispy rice with spicy tuna. The ramen broth was exceptional, not too salty with perfect flavors and richness. I added some garlic and spicy sauce bringing it to near perfection. The noodles are thick with just the right amount of bite. The pork chashu was excellent. The side dishes and appetizers were also very very good. Especially the crispy rice with spicy tuna. The decor was modern, hip and comfortable. The service was very good; wait staff was very attentive and always made sure your drinks were topped off. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the mood for a hot bowl of ramen.

Meh, I was not a fan of the Ramen, and maybe because the night before, I had really good Ramen.Food:Chicken KarageTonkotsu RamenThe Karage was tender. However, the taste was just ok. The sauce it came with was good.The Ramen was also just ok. It was just a regular broth. The garlic and house spicy sauce was an added flavor. What I didnt like was that the noodles seemed overcooked and my preference is al dente.

Unfortunately, my experience at HiroNori did not live up to expectations. Conceptually, this ramen shop is solid, with a fun menu and plenty of options for customization. However, the execution was lacking.The tonkotsu broth was a too salty and didn’t have the deep flavor we expect. While my slices of pork were meaty, my friend’s pork was almost all fat. Overall, the chashu pork was a little over cooked and lacked texture.There are a lot of great ramen shops in Irvine so I may stick to ones that have a bit more consistency.

My friend recommended me to this ramen spot so we stopped by last weekend. Its a small and clean hole in the wall ramen place, but dont let the size of the restaurant fool you. Their Tonkotsu soup is one of the best soup base Ive tried in a long time. The Tonkotsu broth is nice but not overpowering and certainly flavorful. They also have a Shoyu (Soy sauce base), which also has a flavorful ending. Their noodles are thin, and they also have thicker noodles depending on the soup base you order. I recommend this ramen spot. At least try it once, and you wont regret it.

Been here three times now, all visits were good. Their ramen and appetizers were well presented and tasty. The staff were very nice. Extra kudos for the dog treats for my furry child!! The food was bit on the salty side, but great with sake.

Coming from NYC, I was surprised at the quality to price ratio. Its very good Tonkatsu ramen and the egg was still runny. The vegan ramen was still flavorful without the use of pork or fish broth.

Really love and recommend this ramen place for anyone who is vegan. The vegan broth ramen is wonderful. I added shrimp to give some extra protein but it was delicious. Visited 3 times in two weeks after trying it for the first time! Edamame is great as well and the crispy rice with spicy tuna is delicious

Came in before lunch crowd and they seated us immediately knowing we’ll do the ramen thing of enjoying our bowl and leave for the next customers. Ordering was easy and they were quick to get our food in. Delicious ramen! Ordered the vegan to have a lighter option. Added garlic and spicy that further enhanced the already flavorful broth. Chicken ‘karrage’ was also excellent!

I tried a Tonkotsu Ramen and it was good.Soup: Good. Rich but not too salty.Chashu: More than Perfect. Crispy outside while tender inside.Noodle: Medium thickness. Look, if you want a flavorful broth for pork based, chicken, or vegan based this is the spot. The ramen is pretty good and normally food is consistent dine in or take out. The only problem I have is when you order take out they always forget either utensils, sauce, or something in the order. Dining in person, while very close quarters with other people the service is generally pretty slow.Pro tip try the thin noodles, and add extra egg to your dish. Food always hits, just more often than not something small stops me from having the best overall “that hit the spot”, from a service standpoint.

HiroNori was easy to find online. Their menu was easy to access. Ordering online was seamless. Good communication about the pick up time and when my order was ready (which was fast!). They had my order waiting once I arrived. Staff at the front were friendly and efficient getting my order. The best part was that the Tonkotsu ramen was sooo delicious!! I had mine with added black garlic and spicy sauce. I will definitely order again the next time I visit Irvine!

Fantastic! Great service, very attentive. The food is really, really good as well. The pork buns are out of this world. Noodles are fantastic and the fried chicken appetizer is great. Hands down the best ramen ever! We travel over an hour and a half as often as possible to enjoy it! The Tonkatsu and Crispy Chicken are absolutely amazing and my girlfriend always gets the vegan which is visually the most amazing ramen I have ever seen and it tastes so good as well!

Saw a lot of good reviews and decided to give it a try when we are in the area. Our first time and tried the Tonkstsu ramens. My hubby got the combo with pork rice bowl and came with a salad The broth is flavorble but not oily and rich. The chasiu meat melted in your mouth. The complimentary minced garlic and spicy sauce are so good that I poured both into my bowl of ramen. Noodle texture is just right not too soft.Pork rice bowl is yummy. Pork melted in your mouth with so much flavor. Salad dressing is good. Will definitely come and try again the Tonkstsu ramens and pork rice bowl.

Very good broth and made very rich. Not in a bad way. The broth was soupy and thick but very tastful. I would give it a 4.5 but the order had a few things mistaken so dropping it to a 4. Pork was perfect and has a nice crisp crust on both sides.House made spicy sauce was not too spicy at all so double up.

Yoooooo. If you want Ramen, this is the spot to go to. Their Tonkatsu Ramen is super rich in flavor and can easily fill you up. Theres options to add more ingredients to your bowl but whatever is in there is already enough. Theres no option for the type of noodles you want but thats ok.Dining gets filled right away. You can get on the wait list, but its whatever. We waited for a little bit but it wasnt that long. Well worth the wait, definitely.The only bad side, parking sucks lol. Its located with other establishments. So parking is a bit scarce. Again, definitely worth the wait for the ramen.

Hands down the best Ramen in the OC. Thats pretty much all you need to know. The chicken is also amazing but youre not going to HiroNori for some fried bird bits. I recommend getting the Tonkotsu as its topped with the tastiest pork.Pro tip: if you want to eat there I would go to their site and add your name before you get there. We had the vegan ramen, the rice bowl and the chicken karaage. The food was pretty decent for the price and I would have given a higher rating if not for the service. Before we were even done with our food, we were asked if our bowls could be cleared. We said no… but just a couple of minutes later another server came and asked the same. And when we were really done, they whisked in, took everything and slapped us with the check when we hadn’t even finished our drinks. Decent food at slightly higher prices, bad experience. Won’t be going back again.

Tried this Michelin-rated ramen joint for the first time. The overall quality was really good. The noodles are thick and chewy—Jiro-kei style. Not a typical choice for tonkotsu, but it was still great for what it is. The pork belly was nice and tender, melting in my mouth. The broth was creamy and rich, with more katsuo-flavor than typical tonkotsu broth. The eggs were cooked to perfection, and other toppings (moyashi and spinach) were nice complements. Grated garlic and spicy miso on the side added a nice touch. It wasn’t authentic tonkotsu ramen, but it was original. Two thumbs up!

Tried Ramen for the first time ever and couldnt have chosen a better place for it! We walked in late in the evening and were greeted by a cheerful lady at this crowded, pretty little restaurant. We were promptly shown to a table, which in retrospect seems quite lucky because the remaining tables filled up soon after and there was a waiting list thenceforth! We were served by the polite and enthusiastic Isaac, and he recommended the Shoyu Ramen and I ordered that without battering an eyelid. My wife ordered Tonkotsu Ramen and a plate of Pork Buns. Both the Ramen bowls and the Buns were delicious, and we felt Stuffed at the end of the meal. We were too full to try out the Sake or the Mochi for dessert, but theres always a next time. A service charge of 15% is included in the bill, so they request you not to tip separately.

I never thought my previous ramen experience would get top pick but this place legitimately is my new favorite destinationfor ramen. The service and presentation of the restaurant is excellent! First of all, the glass of water is not just water, but some blend of fruit and veggies essence into it which gives it a nice fragrance and refreshing taste! And oh dear that fried chicken appetizers with the fruity ponzu sauce was so epic. I never had delicious chicken like that before. Finally, the star of the meal was the Tonketsu ramen which hit the sweet spot. The ratio of the noodle, meat and toppings was balance and that broth was so rich but not oily compared to other ramen I had at other places. If you do pass by in Irvine this is place I highly recommend.

Wow! We came by here in a whim. Can be hard to miss as there isn’t signage. SimpleMenu and super delicious. When we arrived there was already a 35 minute wait. But got seated only after 15 minutes. My son got the cold dipping noodles. My husband & I each got the ramens plus pork buns. Amazing! They also seem to have a pretty thriving to-go business as well. (I think they have 2 Michelin stars. Even the water was good (watermelon, lemon, mint)

Really awesome Ramen - I got the recommendation for this place from the Michelin app. And while it doesnt have a Michelin star, itll probably be one to watch. While I tend to be a fan of the Stamina-style Ramen, The Tonkotsu Ramen was spectacular. The thick cut pork chasu was very tender and full of flavor. I recommend the thicker cut noodles. We also tried the pork buns which are a strong recommend.

Ok so, judging a restaurant on whether or not they make one dish right isnt too fair, so instead of the original 3-star review, I bumped it up to 4 stars. The pros: the 15% service fee is actually brilliant. My server provided excellent service and was in a great mood. I guess knowing that she would be going home with a set 15% amount of tips truly does increase employee morale and that carries out in the way they provide their service: they were friendly, amicable and kind. Another pro: the rice bowls are AMAZING! I had the chicken one. So good. The tonkotsu broth is actually great and it was the redeeming point and saving grace of my lackluster experience with the ramen.Now to the CONS: The Tsukemen aka Dipping noodles are truly SUBPAR. I have made it one of my side quests in life to find as good a tsukemen as the one I used to eat in Mendoki in Costa Mesa. My search continues. I asked for extra thick noodles and truly I wasnt impressed. They have about the same thickness as regular noodles have somewhere else. So I cannot imagine what the regular ones, or even their extra thin options are like (Angel Hair for the extra thin ones? :/ who knows... ). The side broth for the dipping noodles is this weird, cold broth of spicy Bonito fish infused type lava lamp looking thing. Not my thing at all. My Latino self could make a better dipping broth with bathwater and some Goya adobo. Im not even kidding. I dont like being harsh and maybe its because this dipping broth is an acquired taste that only the most refined palates well-versed in Asian cuisine could appreciate, but I absolutely did not find it palatable or rich at all. I had to request a side of tonkotsu broth to finish my dipping noodles with. Another minor con, there is literally not a big sign outside with the name of the restaurant, you just have to kinda find it. Every business in the Plaza, outside from this restaurant, is proudly displaying their name on the top part of the building except for them but honestly, just a minor thing that doesnt detract from the overall fantastic service and great food (dipping noodles notwithstanding) that they provide.

If youre able to go on their website to put yourself down as a wait list, should definitely do it since they dont take reservations.Lukas served us and he was super chill and nice. Got the Vegan Ramen and Tonkotsu Ramen. The brocolini was very oily so my relative wasnt a fan of eating the flower part, so I ate it for them. Found out from Lukas that this is the original location and am stoked to try out the other places since we live far away.16% service charge (plus tax) was automatically added so no tipping needed, but the receipt did say that you could opt to tip your own amount if you dont like the 16% service charge.Parking at this location isnt bad, though it does say 90 minute parking everywhere, Im not sure how they enforce that rule. Cant complain since its free parking. 😊👌

The food was great but...our waiter, Ruby, made me want to write this review. Not only was she attentive, but she answered all my questions and made sure I needed everything I needed during my dine in. My water NEVER saw the bottom of my cup, she always knew when to come in and help.I ordered the cold dipping ramen and I was ABOUT to pour my soup into the noodles until she had kindly let me know that the noodles are traditionally dipped into the broth. The food tasted 120% better because of that. My friend and I were also trying to figure out what to drink so she had recommended an IPA that was great tasting. I am vegan, who doesnt like meat flavors. The vegan Ramen bowl with the house spicy sauce was really wonderful. I have tried vegan ramen at a couple of other ramen restaurants, but the one here is by far my best choice. The base is creamy and very flavorful. The service is wonderful - fast, efficient and courteous. Since it is a popular place and they dont take reservations, it is highly recommended to join the wait-list before going to the place. I would surely recommend it to everyone.

Tried HiroNori Craft Ramen for the first time this weekend after seeing so many positive reviews. They are currently offering both indoor and outdoor dining.As soon as you sit down, they bring the fruit infused water which is very refreshing. The servers are very attentive with the water refills, which is a good thing.We each ordered the ramen combo which comes the ramen of choice, salad and mini rice bowl. I ordered the vegan ramen and spicy tuna mini rice bowl.The vegan ramen was very flavorful and loved that it was full of different veggies (kale, mixed greens, bean sprouts and fried broccolini).However, things got awkward as we were almost finishing up the meal. The servers kept coming to our table to pick up empty dishes and even brought us the check (without us asking for it).After they left the check in our table, the different servers kept coming to our table and we felt very rushed. I understand that you have a long line of people waiting in line, but it is not right to make your customers in your establishment feel that they are no longer welcome after they pay the bill.

We came here as it’s close to our hotel and seems to have good reviews.It has outdoor seating and tables are quite far apart. We ordered the usual Tonkotsu ramen and Shoyu Ramen so we can compare to other ramen places we had been in the past.Frankly the ramen is good but not the best we had. This place is pretty much always crowded during lunch hours, but the wait is definitely worth it. The service and food is great, so people generally come in and out relatively quickly. Great place for ramen! My niece gets the vegan ramen, I got the Tonkatsu ramen. Ordered the small spicy tuna bowl and a regular chicken bowl as well in our party of 4. Updated review from my previous 3-star one:I came back here with my girlfriend and my toddler. Service was excellent as usual- I think thats something HiroNori prides itself on is at least good service, even if youre not a fan of their food. I ordered the same thing I had last night, which was the Tonkotsu Ramen but I added corn and that made a difference for me.The last time I felt there was so little food that I finished my meal really quickly, even though I wasnt that hungry and had so much broth leftover. So this time, I ordered extra ramen on the side. But then to my surprise, I ended up having just enough noodles to broth this time around, which meant I now also had this extra ramen with nothing to eat it with. Portion consistency might be a problem then? I didnt want to just throw out the extra noodles that I already paid for, so I asked for extra broth to-go. That cost an extra $7.00 for just broth. Between what I was charged for the extra broth and the extra ramen, I literally couldve just ordered a whole other bowl of Tonkotsu Ramen. If I knew that, I wouldve done that because at least I wouldve had a second meal with the egg, chashu and veggies.My updated review gives this place four (instead of the three stars previously) because I did enjoy my food more this time around and I do like the atmosphere and consistently great service. This ramen place will not disappoint you. I tried the cold spicy dipping noodle. It was excellent. Nothing is overbearing the other. Everything is complementing each other. Also tried the shoyu noodle. It was great. The noodles are firm but not rubbery; chewy but not tough. Its just perfectly done. The soft boiled eggs are also perfect. The chasu is charred perfectly and the taste is really a great complement to the whole thing. Great job. Highly recommended. The only thing that bothers me is that they include 15% service charge fees right away to your bill. I didnt think I see or read that in the menu or anywhere that they will charge gratuity on your bill right away.

Peak ramen quality. I don’t know how they do it, but everything is perfect. Shoyu is very tasty and it’s hard to beat. Tonkotsu is creamy, thick, and surprisingly filling. Im not a ramen connoisseur, but I always enjoy eating here. I usually get the tonkotsu ramen. The broth tastes amazingly rich and the pork always melts in my mouth. I love that you can ask for extra garlic on the side and add as much spicy paste to it as you want. The fried chicken is also really good too. Two downsides that I can think of is theres usually a long wait, but I find it worth it enough to stick it out. Additionally, they dont use reusable chopsticks or cups, which makes the environmentalist in me quite sad.

An amazing bowl of ramen at a great price! Arrived around noon and found it immensely busy. There is an iPad outside you add your group to to be seated once a place is ready inside. There was a large number of groups waiting once I arrived (eleven I believe) however they seat people as people leave so groups are admitted as a group of a similar size leaves. The larger the group the longer the potential wait you have. I was on my own so I was seated very quickly at the bar by the window. Once inside the service is incredibly fast. My order was placed and brought out within five minutes. I got a bowl of the tonkotsu ramen with some of the garlic sauce on the side. The broth was absolutely delightful and the noodles were perfectly cooked (I got the thick noodles) The pork was so incredibly soft and tender it almost melts in your mouth. My one slight complaint was with the service. Everyone was very polite and attentive, however it was so busy the small number of staff seem to be a little over worked. At the end of my meal I paid in cash and asked for some change. On the way back to the cash my server got flagged down by another customer. I waited a few minutes watching my server rush around doing several different things for many different people. It seems she got distracted and my change got forgotten in the mix. It was only a couple dollars, so I didnt think it was worth slowing her down again and ended up just heading out. It certainly wasnt a big deal, but I do feel the service could be slightly improved by another person working the floor (to be fair for all I know they may have been short staffed that day) Overall it was a very good dining experience and certainly worth the price and wait.

Absolutely divine ramen at a fantastic price with amazing service. The broth is scrumptious and the classic tonkotsu broth is one of the best Ive ever tried in the world. Its the perfect blend of creamy and umami without being overly salty. All the flavors really shine through and the rich broth ties the whole bowl together. I got the thick house made noodles which are my favorite and cooked to perfection with just the right amount of springiness. The pork belly option is quite unique as they dont use the usual pork shoulder but rather a pork belly which is perfectly grilled. Excellent ramen in a small restaurant in a strip mall. There are long waits (but its worth it) but they are pretty efficient at cycling people through without feeling over-rushed. The draw here is the ramen, which is one of the best bowls of soup Ive ever had. Side dishes - not so much, Id recommend staying away from those.

I stayed at a hotel 4 minutes away from here, and was super hungry. I ordered pickup, and they got my order ready in the time it took me to take the elevator down, hop in the car, and drive a few streets over. I was not disappointed in the least, even though it was pickup. Food was still hot, and wow the broth was amazing! I got the tonkatsu ramen with extra broth, and Im really glad I got the extra. Definitely at the top of my list of ramen places to go to! I would absolutely come back if I ever pass through Irvine again.

We found HiroNori (Long Beach) last year when visiting from Vegas and thought the ramen was exceptional. We were in Irvine this past week so stopped by this location. It was nice to see they had the dine-in option and that they were so busy. The wait-list option is nice because you can see how many parties/people are ahead of you and the approximate wait time. Wow! This is really great ramen. The server recommended the tonkatsu with thick noodles (homemade!), and it did not disappoint. Definitely sign up on the waitlist online pretty soon after they open if you want to go during their busy lunch hour. I waited until about 11:15am to sign up on the waitlist, and already there were 24 groups ahead of me. They eventually shut down the waitlist because there were so many people already on it. Long wait for service, which is fine. It was good flavor, prices were fair. However, I don’t understand the decision to treat the US dollar as Monopoly money here…. It is an incredibly counterintuitive business practice to refuse cash while enforcing gratuity of 15% (my apologies to the underpaid staff, no wonder they were all stressed). I would come back, as I did enjoy the food, but because my cash is useless here I don’t think that’s going to happen. My search for skinny noodle ramen was a tough one.Most people told me all ramen places have...No, most have the somewhat flat and thick and chewy kind (not udon either).I had to post pictures to proce a skinny ramen noodle did indeed exist.Finally I was pointed to HiroNori and I am so thankful they did.They actually have the normal ramen noodle but they also have the skinny noodle!First, the water they give you is infused with watermelon and lemon, talk about refreshing!I wanted the bowl which included the following, based off images I had seen online:BROCOLLINI (my favorite green veggie)Kale (my 2nd favorite green veggie)Plus a soy meat thats much like sausage.The brocollini and kale soak up the flavors of the broth, so its almost a hearty, crispy, meaty experience even though theres no meat at all.Well, in my first visit as you can see, I asked to add the chashu which is the grilled pork belly.However the Vegan bowl I ordered typically doesnt come with it.Broth was so flavorful, like a creamy mise with garlic, sesame and black pepper.I love the contrast from the soft skinny noodle, to the tender/slightly crispy greens then the crunch of the bean sprouts.No WONDER there are always huge lines for this place!Thank you HiroNori, for offering such delectable craft ramen. Absolutely delicious, photo attached is of the tonkatsu ramen with thin noodles. Noodles have a nice chew and holds broth well. Pork broth nice and rich with a umami pork essence. Egg has strong chicken flavor with a subtle hint of soy sauce. Yolk is creamy and melts in your mouth. The stand out of this ramen is 100% the chasu pork. Thick slabs of fatty pork belly with explosive pork flavor. Bean sprout and green onion gives it a crunch and provides a contrast to the richness. Well balanced and highly recommended. Oishī!

Only didnt get 5 stars because not all the food was equal. The ramen was fabulous, sick to that. The location is small so there was a huge line. You have to be onsite to start your time on the wait list. Would be better off you could reserve your time. We came at a slower time and the wait time was about an hour. Staff was great. The bao was delish. The seats are hard stools so you dont want to stay for long. Probably better to get a to go order.

This place is truly special. By far the smoothest, creamiest tonkotsu broth I’ve ever eaten, with great depth of flavor. Both thick and thin noodles were fantastic so personal preference there. The egg is addicting -if i could request one thing before I die, it might be that damn HiroNori egg. Worst ramen I have ever had. I ordered spicy cold noodle and it cost 14 plus tax so it became $15.84 in total. However, it was worse than supermarket deli food which would be about 5 I imagine.The menu is quite limited so the restaurant does not provide a variety. The portion between noodles, vegetables, and meat about 5:1:1 by weight or volume is just as bad as any other ramen places not as popular while 1:1:1 would be better.This “new” item the advertised on blackboard needs a redesign. The noodles used were no different from their warm noodles, which is a choice without research; so as pork slices which does not fit cold noodles well because fat solidifies in lower temperatures. The sauce they provided was over salty. Cold noodles as a typical Korean dish have long found best practices to use harder noodles that do not stick to each other, add ingredients like cucumber, tomatoes, and apply some oil to make texture and appearance better.

The wait wasnt too long for a table for two. The tonkotsu ramen was really good. The soup had a nice meaty flavor without being too oily. It had a nice lip smacking stickiness to it that you only get if you boil bones for a very long time which is a great sign of quality. The chashu was thick cut and seared, nice and tender and well seasoned. The noodles were thicker wavy noodles that had a nice chew, felt hand made. The pork buns used the same chashu added hoisin sauce and pickled onions to a steamed bun. It was solid but not amazing. The small chashu bowl was pretty big. Unfortunately the rice was undercooked and a bit on the harder side.

Food is absolutely great! Love the richness of the broth and the consistency of the noodles - which is the defining factor of a good ramen. They are a bit understaffed it seems and the staff there seems a bit frantic sometimes. Normally I go to the long beach location which I used to rave about to friends and family. But not sure what happened to these guys lately as its been VERY disappointing. We ordered vegan ramen and tonkatsu as well as drinks. The broth and topping last few times have been bland and and noodle texture has changed (less thick or springy? But either way not good). This location also has one of the worst parking layouts for commercial spaces. There are not enough spots and it is difficult to get in and out (random dead ends). Note theres a 1 hr time limit before they kick you out even if you keep ordering and there are open seats. Very sad that my favorite so cal ramen spot is no longer good. Wont be returning or recommending again. ☹️

Wanted ramen, this was the closest to our hotel. Wrote our name down and seemed like some folks got seated ahead of us. It wasn’t untilSome homeless guy came up and ordered food, apparently they don’t take cash so I felt bad and paid for it out front. Best Vegan Ramen ever. Update September 2019. HiroNori is now Michelin rated. And its still amazing. Today I enjoyed plum wine, complete with plum. Soooo yummy. My friends and I were seated at the counter promptly on a Monday during the dinner hour. We each tried a different ramen, the crispy chicken, and I had additionally the crispy rice and spicy tuna.The crispy rice and spicy tuna comes in a pair with the crispy rice topped with avocado, a scoop of spicy tuna, and a single jalapeno slice. All of this is then drizzled with a dark sauce, similar to what youd find on takoyashi. Very flavorful, though a tad difficult to eat (if you decide to not use your hands).The crispy chicken was tender and juicy, the supplied sauce left a little to be desired.So above par appetizers, the ramen must be good. Right? Right. The shoyu ramen is a bowl of umami that will leave you satisfied. The pork belly melts with a slight tug of the chopsticks and spoon, and yet still retains a good bite in your mouth. First time we tried this place. It was a long wait but it was worth it! My husband love ramen noodles but I dont like it so I ordered the rice bowl. We also ordered pork bun for appetizer. We ended up ordering 2 pork buns because it was that DELICIOUS! I love the pork belly rice bowl. The poached egg was cooked properly with enough yolk to run down the rice and give that creamy texture on the rice. My husband let me try his ramen soup and I love it too. This is the only place Im gonna eat ramen. HiroNori we will be back and highly recommend your place of business.
