Always fresh made to order and delicious!! The orange chicken is outstanding. you can customize the way you like.( I.e. no veggies extra BBQ pork for the rice and Chow mein ) because its all made fresh for you not made in large quantities getting cold and old.

My mom used to go here 30+ years ago! We moved to riverside about 15 years ago, so I never got to try it until recently. Other family members mentioned how great the food is and after driving from Riverside to have a family dinner and a different restaurant we would frequent was closed we decided to go here. The prices are fair and all of the food is phenomenal! Needless to say, we will be making the drive from riverside more often to eat their food!! Bomb 🤤

Not friendly at all. They will sell you a whole plate of chowmein no medium or large same for shrimp no smaller. Absolutely not for single meals. They rush you or ignore you if you don’t buy large. Very rude and disappointing.

Always really good food. The owners are super nice, polite, and friendly. Weve been going enough that they even remember us now. They always are really upbeat and happy. We came in once after not having been there for awhile and they were really happy to see us again.The prices here are just the best, seriously. You cannot beat the price for the amount of quality food you get here.The portions here are family style, so make sure to keep that in mind when ordering.Honestly, you really cant go wrong with anything on the menu here in my experience over the years. My personal favorites are the Egg Flower Soup and the Mongolian Beef.The service is always really fast and super impressive.I highly recommend stopping by and giving them a try.
Have been dining at Ho Ho China for many years now. Use to dine in every afternoon after church pre covid. My family and I would take up two or three tables sometimes. Writing this review brings back memories of how life use to be. Thank you Ho Ho China for those memories of my late grandpa. If I find a photo of us dining in, I will add it to review.
Great food! They make it fresh to order. They make my favorite version of sweet and sour soup. Prices are reasonable and they have a good variety of dishes, including moo shoo pork, another of my favorites.

My favorite little place for years freshly mad food
This place is awesome. You could feed 2 people and have leftovers for less than $20. Staff is always friendly and welcoming and the food is always delicious. Large portions and several meals under $10 and during lunch they have meals for $5-$7 that include a small appetizer and cup of soup.
I may be a little biased because I’ve been eating/to-go from this place for 15+ years but it’s so good. The service is always great. The ladies that serve do such a great job and the food is even better. All these years and the quality of their food does not change. We absolutely LOVE the orange chicken from here. Always get it along with their wonton soup. Every time. It’s a small place but it’s worth the wait when it’s packed.

I have visited this restaurant over a dozen times over the past 15 years. Expect value-priced, simple style American Chinese food cooked to order. GREAT if you enjoy this type of Chinese food, not so great if youre a foodie, or enjoy PF Changs style and flavors. Normally staff is very friendly but during my last visit the owner was rude to me. Meh. Nothing here I cant live without.

Friendly service and great food flavor that we can’t find anywhere else. The food is fresh and not sitting under warm lamps. Your dish is not cooked until you order it. We moved away but we keep coming back. We have been coming here since it opened, in 1992!
Food is really good and the people has excellent customer service. Its really nice to sit and eat here cause they bring out the food nice and hot. It was my first time here so i had no idea the portions were so huge. My four year old daughter and i couldnt even make a dent on the Ho ho fried rice and chicken chow mein. Everything was really good here no complaints. Great place.

Its hard to understand the woman behind the counter. They have a unique way of taking orders. But they know what they are doing. Its a Chinese restaurant with actual Chinese people working there and cooking the food. As far as the food goes its decent. Not as flavorful as some other Chinese restaurants. They have an A rating.
The reason why Im gave them a 3 star because they are so tight on everything you ask for. I spend almost $85 for take out. I asked them to give me extra chili sauce and some soy sauce. They only gave me 2 small chili sauce and no soy sauce and to top it off no steam rice unbelievable. You try to give them business and they dont appreciate it specialy whats going on with our country.

They right off the bat give you free tea and these crispy treats with some sweet and sour sauce (optional) This a good low key spot for Chinese food but The wong tong soup is what i come here for. On days that im feeling sick this soup really do hit the spot.

Do not go here!!! Giant Roaches!!! Me and my girlfriend were looking for some nice Chinese takeout and found this place. We placed our order and not only was it wrong, but a giant cockroach flew out of the bag and onto my shirt. My girlfriend panicked and kept yelling its on you. Its on you. That thing was huge, almost the size of my thumb. Now we are out $25 with no appetite.
Everything is always delicious. Service was excellent we received a free Thai tea for our first visit here they even refilled it and gave us a to go cup.

2023-09-12 06:05:21Lady that took my order over the phone made sure to explain the menu items I wanted to order before finalizing my pickup order. Upon picking up my order she made sure to go over my entire order and had it packed perfectly. When I got home and unpacked my order, all items were labeled and even included a note letting me know one of the items was extra hot. Little details like this is what keeps my family and I coming back to Ho Ho China. Thank you to the staff and cooks, keep up the great work!

2023-09-14 07:06:01Foods decent, the orange chicken didnt taste like orange chicken, the flavor & color were off. They are friendly, but Id rate the food as decent. I also tried the Thai tea and was disappointed it didnt taste like the usual thai tea served like Ive had from different places.

2021-05-11 01:37:42Ive been coming here for a very long time. In the past I would have gave it 5 stars but for some reason these past two times Ive picked up Chow Mein, its been flavorless. The color on the Chow Mein used to be a nice dark color and now its light and no sauce at the bottom as it used to collect before. Please bring back the flavorful recipe. These noodles are not good like this. The fried rice and everything else is still amazing! But my favorite has always been the Pork Chow Mein 💔.
