I loved the big selection of most items, I would like to see an increase on the color of tea lights, last year they had orange ones and Ive been waiting for the return of them. But this place is amazing. And the Redlands one the staff that help are the nicest people.

Love all the items.Especially when most go on sale during the month.I do think putting Christmas decor out in July is ridiculous . This Hobby lobby store is one of the smallest stores, I have been to, but I like that its not so big. However it takes awhile to check out because of all the old equipment they insist on using,so every items number has to be punched in by hand, and thats why lines are long during the holidays! Its best to buy stuff on sale only, and thats what I try and do! All in all the store is always clean and thats a plus for a delightful shopping experience.

I really love this location. Prices are reasonable, they always have a great sale on different items no matter when you visit, and the staff here is lovely and warm no matter how busy they are. They always ask if you need help or ask if youve found everything you were looking for when you check out, and they have a wonderful selection of craft goods, home decorating items, party and wedding items, floral selections, frames, pictures, Christian and Spiritual items, and more. Like JoAnns and Michaels but better! They have their own brand of yarn for most of their selections as well, so if youre looking for specific brands that may be a challenge, but their yarn quality is nice and pricing is reasonable and Ive never regretted a yarn I purchased to try (Im a dyed-in-the-wool Red Heart gal most of the time.) Give this location a shot, its wonderful to have it in the Beaumont/Banning area!!

Fact is fact. I love this place. The day we went it was really busy and it took some time to find someone to help us. Ended up they didnt have ones of the products we were looking for, but they had everything else. Bigger bonus, most of it was on sale. The lines were long and they didnt have enough checkers, however they did eventually called another one. All in all, even though this particular visit wasnt the greatest, this is still the place to go. They have everything you could need for hobby or decorating ideas. Raul, the manager is a gem and keeps the store clean and inviting.A++ for overall experiences and service.

The Staff of Hobby Lobby are very welcoming and the atmosphere is peaceful and filled with ways to spark your creative juices. Even the customers are kind and generous! I happened to leave my ATM card at home and I was short on cash by 39 cents! The lady behind me was sweet enough to pay the rest. I was embarrassed but truly grateful. Very nice shopping atmosphere and helpful employees. Great place for holiday decor, holiday jewelry, crafts, and home decor. This is actually a good place to get gift wrap, gift bags, and ribbon. Better selection than regular store. Christmas cards are wonderful and reasonably priced. There is a 40% off coupon everyday on line. Just do a web search. Its for one item only. This location seems to be less busy than others making it a pleasant shopping experience. Nice music, Christian, soothing. I love to go here when Im feeling down and need a little TLC.

It’s great to have one in town. I have always liked this store. It’s easy to find parking. The front always looks nice with the different window displays they have. They always carry seasonal items as you walk in on the left side of the store. So that’s very convenient when looking for last minute holiday decor. The associates are always happy to help. I especially like the way they have a clearance section in mostly all the categories offered. You never know, what you didn’t know you needed is there. I always find myself just walking around and browsing at almost everything that they have to offer. I don’t think I have ever had a bad experience here, other than not finding a certain item or the line being to long, this Hobby Lobby is a go to. Don’t forget to use the 40% discount coupon, it goes along way when used properly. Thank you Hobby Lobbyers... oh yea don’t forget they are closed on Sundays.

This is a great store. If you cant find what you need here, you probably wont find it anywhere !Very clean store. Clean restrooms. I have been to many different art stores in the past and what sets Hobby Lobby apart from all the others is pretty much everything. I asked a few questions about the difference between numbers on pencils and was given the answer without hesitation. When I couldnt find something or didnt know where things were I was walked directly to it unlike other stores. So to make it short they are knowledgeable, friendly great prices and there is a kindred feel amongst the staff that makes me want to go back over and over. OMG! I did damage over the weekend. Couldnt help myself; they had a huge sale going on. 50% off all Christmas decorations, gift bags, paper, tags, etc. I think the only thing not on sale was tape lol which was fine with me. I also got a great deal on an easle (for painting); such a good deal that I went back the next day to get another one for my son and some more canvases, which were also on sale. I spent a lot but feel like I got some great deals. This place was very organized too considering the amount of traffic. And staff was very helpful and friendly.

This is an adult toy store, not really but its fun to browse.They have everything from cake decorating to home decor.We went here to get a movie poster professionally framed to give it as a gift. It took around 15 minutes to set it up and show us the result before they started, we came back the following day and was extremely impressed, it came out beautiful looks as if we purchased it from a high end store. The associate at the register was not welcoming. Instead of greeting us she started screaming at my daughter for cleaning the shopping cart. She yelled so loud that my sister that was still outside of the store could hear her from outside. My 5 year old grandson was just discharged from the Hospital the day before with type 1 Diabetes, so of course my daughter is just trying to be protective of him. That cashier got me really upset. Ive worked in retail for over 30 years and Ive never yelled at a customer. We were so tired from being at the Hospital for 4 days that we just went to buy a corkboard to display all the new paperwork. I wish we wouldve never gone there. I told my daughter to call corporate, but she was just too overwhelmed at this point.

I like hobby lobby, I dont get to go very much because there isnt one near us in riverside. It was black Friday, it was late the cashier seemed like she wasnt having a good day. I heard she got sick, her name is Cheyenne. She didnt smile at all, I know how it is to get sick or not having a good day. I work at a stater brothers in riverside, I hope she is more friendly usually. She talks very quietly, other than that I got some great prices. I hope the rest of the staff at your store are friendly, because Im hearing differently from some of the reviews.

Had the displeasure of shopping at the Beaumony location and spent $167.43. I ask for a military or a senior discount discount and was told no on both. Spoke to the assistant manager to no avail. He stated that the only discounts given are to churches and religious organizations. I find this very offensive and urge everyone remotely associated with and veterans or veteran organizations to boycott this company as they clearly do not understand that if not for the sacrifices of the veterans they would not be allowed to thrive in a free enterprise system. Also found their assistant manager to be very inept and rude. Has no people skills whatsoever. Hope this company has the ability to pray their way out of a situation when they really need the military to step in and assist. Good luck. I for one will not drive the 60 miles ever again for any of their merchandise.

Fabric, stamps, home decor, wall signs, flowers, a lot of America art theme for the upcoming holidays; comic decor; western decor; basically a lot of different options. Horrible place, excluding the fact that is an extremely Christian place, the only reason I go is because its the closest place to get markers from where I live. I have only had one good experience and even that was meh, they have terrible service, once it was 7:30 (almost closing time) and there was a pile of people starting to trickle into the register lines and what were the cashiers doing? HELPING EACH OTHER SHOP. Im not kidding and this infuriated me and when they actually noticed, two out of the three cashiers left and one started to work. They didnt get another person! My mom was even pushed by one of the workers because she was in the way this is NOT how you treat your customers! This is a terrible place with terrible and slow workers and an equally terrible manager.

I ordered 2 concrete planters that arrived covered in chips and missing paint, and someone had sloppily tried to paint over some of the marks with mismatched paint. This wasnt a shipping issue. One star is being generous.I NEVER leave bad reviews for establishments but this experience was cringeworthy to say the least.I came into this location in the shopping center on Highland Springs Avenue to buy some supplies for a project Ive been working on, and I was EXTREMELY disappointed to the point that I left the store.The so-called supervisor, Anthony, followed me around the store the ENTIRE time, rudely insinuating that I was shoplifting.Trying to ignore his persistent staring and profiling behavior. I asked to see where the wood craft tools were, he incorrectly informed me that they didnt have any and then when I asked him if there was a problem he said that a person who walked in with me (which was untrue, I came to the store alone) left without paying for something and the police were on the way. I told him I came into your store alone, I dont know who youre talking about but he insisted on standing literally next to me the whole time making rude comments.I told him he was making my first experience at their store very unpleasant and he continued harassing me until I just put the items back that I was purchasing and told him that Micheals or Walmart would kindly facilitate my business a little more professionally.Not only did this Manager run me off, but three other customers that witnessed his rude and persistent behavior left as well.Needless to say, I will not be returning to this establishment any time soon and I will strongly recommend against it to any of my friends and family.Anyone who is looking for a nice hobby shop with great cusyomer service would be wise to avoid this location completely and Anthony should take a session or two of customer service or loss prevention techniques that dont chase paying customers away as he has no interest in being a helpful nor polite associate.Very seriously poor experience overall.

Not too helpful tonight. I asked 2 workers for the same thing - a seasonal thing - and one was bothered by the question and gave me a quick general answer with a wave of her arm in the general location. The next one directed me to the other side of the store and I spent a lot of time searching in 3 to 4 spots where it could have been. I was tired from the search. I left with nothing.

Cheap Chinese made mass produced basic whimsy by the cubic yard. I leave that store feeling glutted and hung over and haunted by the aisles and aisles of future land fill. Also Im unhappy with the quality and appearance of the jewelry clasps I bought - once out of the package, the sprue lines and flaky finish are visible. We shall not go to hobby lobby. It is a depressing place.
