2023-11-05 15:17:15Flavors are very unique. This is the second time I have been here and the food never disappoints. They use very fresh and high quality ingredients. The birria ramen was just spicy enough and well balanced with the lemon.I know a great birria when I taste it I can tell it was cooked for a long time because the meat was very soft and the broth had a very great quality and seasoning. The noodles were delicious. Everything was perfect. It’s also a good serving I was full after it.

2022-09-13 02:02:05Hands down my favorite restaurant in the desert. I’ve probably eaten there 30+ times. Born & raised in Mexico, I am super particular when it comes to Mexican food out here. But this is the perfect balance between traditional ingredients, amazing flavors and contemporary cuisine. Seating is beautiful, service is so personable, Juan & Arnold are really kind and the chef is outstanding.Suggestions: shishito peppers are THE BEST, I hope they come back… forever!! The tuna tostada and aguachile are sooo good. Tried the ribeye the last time and it was perfection. Try their flan too!

2021-05-24 19:26:12So I’ve came here when it’s a pop-up at a local brewery but it’s still amazing. The menu changes frequently so what you see isn’t what you may get but it’s all good. They make no bad dishes and it’s honestly a bummer they don’t have a set location…but it’s Covid!Highlights are the pig ear taco, duck carnitas, chicharrron taco and the shishito bowl.

2022-12-19 04:32:57Outstanding! Chef Omar Limon created an amazing meal...Started with ancho reyes chile liqueur drinks and cauliflower appetizer, blue fin tuna tostada, and flat iron steak with potato and an amazing mole sauce.Very well done. Excellent! Oh yeah... the flan for dessert was 5 stars!

2022-12-19 21:23:42This was our first visit to Hoja Blanca. It was FABULOUS!! We had the bluefin tuna tostada, skirt steak, and cauliflower esquites. They were all delicious and the esquites was like a party in your mouth. So good! Would definitely recommend and will definitely return!

2022-10-30 18:25:19Best food in Palm Springs. PS is full of so many restaurants catering to tourists and even the good restaurants have gone downhill over the years. Hoja Blanca is in the business of serving inventive, beautiful, modern Mexican food. Every dish had a flavor profile that was new to us (despite growing up in SoCal and eating Mexican food my whole life). So so good. We had the Bread, Guac and Tostaditas, Tetela (our fave), Quesabirria tacos, and the seasonal Pan de Muerto for dessert. Please dont miss this place or Bar Chingona (in the airstream). The ambience is also adorable. We will be back every time we are in PS.
