By far the best seafood buffet in the valley. The stir fry section its my favorite👍
Food was not flavored enough and sort of bland. The food temperature was well below what it safely should have been. The fresh grilling starting was good because it was seasoned and cooked tight there. Not a place Im dieing to go back to soon.
Terrible food. Food dry, ice cream was a joke. Good location. Parking in the US Bank parking structure behind restaurant. Restaurant is pretty and clean tho. I would have loved to post a photo of all the signs that say eat what you take, take what you can eat. You will be charged extra for food not eaten. WHAT?! Lol. You would think that out of respect, we do that anyway. And at the price we pay at this restaurant, there wouldnt be signs like this..
I am continually amazed by how much variety of food this place boasts. The sushi is mediocre, but not bad. The Mongolian BBQ is hearty and flavorful. The prime rib was a little tough and they never gave me a knife for it.All said, the food (aside from the sushi) was above average and with the level of variety and being all you can eat, it was a fantastic deal. The service has likewise gotten somewhat better, but there is still sometimes difficulty getting their attention or communicating.
Love this place! Its family friendly and the selection of good--from grilled meats to your liking to sushi is incredible. Delicious! And the desserts are yummy. My nephew particularly enjoyed the chocolate fountain.
Place is really is going downhill. I wont be surprised if shut down the operation by 2020. I mean they stopped serving beer for lunch, only for dinner!! What the hell is the point of that?? Also they have a full bar but dont serve drinks!! Blows my mind!! Even they women working at the front always have a bad attitude. I get their culture but not even one smile, ever, not even a fake smile and we come here mainly for lunch about 2 to 4 times a month. We came here for the 1st time to celebrate our 5 year anniversary it was a lot cleaner than others we have gone to, the waiter was really nice.. there wasnt a lot of ppl for a Sunday dinner which is what we wanted. the sushi was fresh and the Orange chicken was to my liking. My husband liked the crab legs and the cheesecake was delicious. I loved the chocolate fountain. Overall I had a nice experience for a 1st time here. Will visit again definitely.
MY FRIEND FOUND SPIT IN HER DRINK! I was excited to try this place, I love sea food! But our waiter had a serious attitude problem. I asked for another crab cracker for my friend, he only gave us one, sucks on his teeth & says, its only one per customer. Theres two of us though... He said they were low & tossed it at the edge of the table. My friend asked him to not be so rude, he brings back our drinks & hers had something thick like spit! Manager did nothing! He kept talking loud around us in his language. Rather pay a couple of bucks more to go eat somewhere else.
The first two times I came here it was alright, but the third time I went...The shrimp wasnt well cooked, the noodles were hard, the rice wasnt too bad but it can be better, the orange chicken was really bad (didnt even taste like chicken, they looked like round balls of fake chicken). Overall the food was bad. Not to mention trying to get service to your table is almost impossible, there is only about two waitresses for a the whole place!
We visited this place on Thursday around 6:30PM for dinner. The place was mostly empty but there was lots of food out and the food was not fresh (I guess it makes sense). Mens bathroom is not clean.Chocolate fountain doesnt have strawberries or bananas. Overall, the place is just okay. It was better 4 years ago...
Foods delicious but customer service is bad. I went for lunch with my family. First thing you notice is theres no greeting from the male Host sitting behind the counter. Not one word. Just a blank emotionless stare. Also, theres a sign. All tips charged to your bill automatically, if you liked the service then your free to tip your server again. Not one employee ever smiles in that restaurant. Its like a rule there. If you smile, then your fired! The dinning area was clean, however the male host had trouble seating us since he refused to talk and communication was all one way. Sushi was limited. Flan was curdled. Fruit was dry and not ripe. Where they excel is thier stir fry offerings! Yum! Yum! Veggies and meats in the various stir fry dishes were top notch fresh! Dessert was nice if you like frozen yogurt from a machine. There was a chocolate waterfall but no strawberries, fruit or marshmallows to dip in the chocolate. They have these very small & dry cakes (not recommended). Id give four stars if they fixed the poor customer service. Plus, the business wouldnt have to impose mandatory upfront tipping of the staff.
Everything was really fresh. They have an excellent array of seafood. They served turkey and ham today in observance of Thanksgiving. It was really well done. They even have fresh fruit for desert.In my opinion, its well worth the $18.99 per person.
Quality of the food is average and customer service is not good.I took my out of town guests for lunch few days ago. As soon as we got in our table with dishes, waitress put bill on the table which is so rude and disrespectful because waitress has to wait until customer ask for bill even in buffet. Also there was a guy who wore white uniform followed us with crazy smile every food section we stoped by which was very uncomfortable so we left the restaurant in 20 minutes. I DISLIKE THIS PLACE.
Used to be much better ! food is not as fresh any more. the quality of the sea food downgraded a lot over the years. the place reduced its prices below $20 for dinner per person. But price reduction alone will not save this place in the long run.Bring the the quality back, charge us few dollars more and we will be happy to stand in line again to get in !!
Not as good as before. Price is still attractive for lunch. But service is really going downhill. I can feel the difference by looking at some tiny things. The table is not as clean as before. You can feel it’s a bit sticky. Restroom is not as clean as before. Food quality is not the same as before...but with that price, I don’t complain about it.

Definitely quantity over quality here. The food is ok but not great but variety of different things you can eat is great. Lots of seating for big parties and price is good. Staff is average - not the fastest but not the worst. If you feel like eating Asian buffet in the valley, this is the spot.
I used to love this all you can eat seafood buffet, until I watched one of the sushi chefs playing with his fingers in his mouth ( I think he was bored) while he was standing looking around for a few minutes. After this, he touched the food without even bother to wash his hands.... That was so disgusting!!!! My family and I decided never to comeback to this place... How unsanitary! This place needs to train properly their chefs and people who handles the food...
We came in at around 415ish, the food are mostly overheated. Hence the dumplings, calamari, bread and steak are hard on one side. The clam chowder is no longer fresh. It wasnt worth the dinner cost. They just started preparing for dinner refill at 6pm but the dinner charge already started at 4pm. The food seem to be leftover of their lunch servings. The ice cream wasnt ready for us because they cleaned up the dispenser right before our dessert part.
Terrible. Hardly anything worth eating. Really has gone downhill in 10 years. Filthy carpet, mis-matched cutlery. We arrived around 6pm on a Thursday, thinking all the dinner items would fresh for the evening. WRONG! Nearly everything was leftover from lunch and very dried out and/or overcooked. The beef was tough no matter how it was prepared. The cold peel and eat shrimp are now baby salad shrimp. Cheap! The melted butter for the crab legs tasted rancid, like they havent changed it in weeks. The steamed clams were all broken shells sitting in unseasoned broth. Corn on the cob had no lid, and was literally as dry as feed corn. Shriveled! I spent a minute turning each one of them so at least other diners could maybe enjoy a piece when it rehydrated. But why isnt their staff doing it? Salmon dry and fishy like cat food. Sodas were all very weak like theyre trying to save money using less syrup. Even after an hour and a half there were maybe 25 in the place. The dining room used to be packed weekdays, but I guess thats long gone. Its a huge place that hold 245 people, so obviously their rent is huge and without business theyre skimping everywhere. They even add a 10% service charge on your bill---even 2 people! No way theyre staying in business too much longer. I just wish wed known how disgusting its gotten so it didnt spoil my birthday dinner. I dont know how any of these good reviews are possible. Maybe a few years ago, but not now.
Food is great. Services is so so. Party’s of 8 plus automaticity add 15% gratuity. That isn’t the law. So it’s not ok. Our server brought 14 drinks to the table barley checked back, and they tack on $37.00 to the bill. I debated this situation with their MGR so the brought it down to 10%. They only allow 4 strips of beef for the Mongolian stir fry. I will not return.
Staff was nice, the place was clean, the food was ok at best (few things were really good, some were really bad, most were OK), the crowd was terrible. Some people were taking full plates for themselves (like common, you dont need to take the 5 last lobsters for yourself, just take 1 and come back later), others were sleeping on their tables, a lot of kids were running everywhere and were playing with the chocolate fountain. Not sure if I went on a bad day, but that was a pretty bad experience.
Parking is great if you know what to do. The inside of the place is super big and the lines can get crazy if youre at lunch or maybe even over the weekend. The selection is like any other, and the seafood personally is their topping point. They have a meat bar where chefs cook the food for you. Desserts are great with their green tea ice cream!
Good selection of food! If you come in early you get a good parking spot. Place is clean. Crew are fast to clean up your plate. Their salt and pepper crabs are fantastic.
Funny story. The day we went there for a family gathering the street was completely flooded and we couldnt get in. One of us scaled the wall and the rest took our shoes off and waded through or did something else like that to get in. Thats how much we love it. Also the ladies at the door were nice and helped us dry off and such.
I have been to this Encino restaurant several times for large family gatherings. I made my reservation for 15 people at 1pm. When we were directed to our seating, there were only 14 chairs. We had to make our own arrangement to put a additional chair at the end of one of the tables. Everyone seemed to be enjoying our gathering, but I had to get up more than 3 times to clear the plates off our tables. Other guests had to do the same thing or we would not have room to get clean plates of additional food. We also had to ask for hot water to warm the tea and refills for our drinks. The food was ok, but had to wait for our favorite flavors of ice creme and small spoons to be refilled. When the bill came, no one asked how many seniors we had in our party and the 10% tip was automatically added to our bill. How unfair is it to pay for the service we received.
Ive always liked going to this place, but its changed and not for the better. The green tea ice cream is gone and has been replaced with cheap yogurt. This was probably my favorite item in the entire buffet. I thought you were better than this Hokkaido. You charge a lot for dinner and I expected more from you. It seems that they are joining the ranks of overpriced buffets. 😪
I only gave two stars because its inexpensive. Food is okay, service is sporadic, furnishings are dated, frozen yogurt was not yogurt, more like colored ice. Sushi was tough. Left hungry, not worth it
I had a meal here with my kid at this self serve buffet. Our bill was about $27. I left a decent tip of $8--high for a buffet but I wanted to thank my waiter who was friendly and so I left it in cash. The head waitress/manager came over and took the bill and tip while were still eating. I though she could have waited till we were done.The issue came when as we were leaving the restaurant my kid wanted to play that Claw game where you grab a stuffed animal for $1.00This head waitress was standing behind us watching us. The machine ate the money and the game wouldnt start. Since she was there and saw what happened I asked her if she could help us. She replied that she couldnt help us and even implied that I should have known not to put my money in the machine because there was a funny light on the dash of the machine.I asked if she could ask a manager to help us and her response was that she was the manager and she was adamant that she wasnt going to reimburse or look into this any further, and she simply walked away. FYI: The reason I asked a manager was that a year ago a similar thing happened and the manager at that time simply gave us a dollar to replay the other side of the machine (there are two sides of the machine you can play on). Ive been to this restaurant about a half a dozen times in the past 2 years.I even told her that I left a decent tip for my waiter (which she ended up taking) and that couldnt she help us with a $1.00 issue. She said my point had nothing to do with the tip I just left (which she pocked I have to say again). Perhaps shes right but I was just trying to see if it would help so I mentioned it.If you want to experience dismissive customer service I would urge you to come to Hokaido Buffet of Encino.
We used to come after work and celebrate birthdays. I havent been here for good 6 years. Its the same nice place with very friendly atmosphere. Im glad 😊 I came here today and will recommend this to everyone !Food is very tasty and the veriety of food is another plus to satists all tastes
Good food, quiet atmosphere, a good place for a date or family night, unless youre one of those parents that lets their kids run amuck, then please dont come here. I will say then if your sensitive to sodium content then you may ALSO want to rethink your choice in eatery. Im not allergic to shellfish by any means but I had something that was a little TOO salty, and an area around my mouth swelled a little. Nothing like Hitch but it was noticeable. No worries though, a few glasses of water, and a benadryl later for good measure, and my face was back to normal. Despite this little surprise I would eat here again. Its not their fault my body has a sodium limit I wasnt aware of.
Its good. Clean, friendly staff, good quality food (as good as it can get in a buffet, so keep your expectations real). I just dont like that they bring your check right after thirty minutes after youve been sitted.
I used to love Hokkaido! But the quality of the food, space and service has definitely gone down. It feels dirty when you walk in, sushi is OK at best, and they replaced real ice cream with wanna be soft serve. The one thing that I still enjoy and love is the teppan station, but that alone isnt worth coming here.
Manager was argumentative. Food not so good. Over priced for quality that is served. They price kids by height not age..... disagree with that. I called ahead and gave my child’s height and age and was told half price but they tried to charge full price and then Yuki argued with me in front of my child as well as other quests. Unacceptable and we will never go back.
This place used to offer delicious foods but for the past months, it went from bad to worst. Last week we were here to attend a small party. It was a bit chaotic bevause we had to call the servers attention thrice for our drinks refill. They were understaffed. There was nobody at the steak (and sausage) on the two instances we went to the said portion of the food bar (if this is how its called).
Its edible and it will fill you up with some Asian like cuisine, but there isnt anything to write home about.The fast-food like Chinese food is a bit better than Panda Express, but the seafood begs many questions of quality and authenticity thus I stuck to the cooked foods on a holiday visit thinking there would be something special.The stir fry station is simply a pick your own ingredients and a short order cooks tosses it around on a flat top with some sauces. Be sure to go easy on the garlic or youll be repelling vampires for days.Deserts are all commercially bought and are nothing extraordinary. The chocolate fountain is appealing to the kiddies, but surely adults know better than to dip into this petri dish.The biggest turn off is how filthy the carpet and furniture is. The dining room carpeting is sticky, dark, and filled with ground in food from what seems to be years of neglect. Surely the C grade behind the tinted glass is quite accurate.Its AYCE ... so enjoy!
Went two times, and both times were awful. Service is good, but the food (ALL of it, old misosoup, old discolored sushi, dry steak, dry tenticles, etc.) tasted old and barely above edible. Not worth the price at all, just go to a local sushi joint.
The restaurant was very nice, however some of food was not kept at the proper temperature. The quality was not very good. Soggy when it should be crisp, dim sum over cooked. I have had better at a take out chinese place.For the price I expected far better!
This place is very comfortable inside rather than other AYCE buffets in the area which are all the same decor. The Asian cuisine is a huge and tasty selection. The Mongolian grill has large slabs of meat to have grilled and they dont look at you funny if you only have meat grilled. The only reason I have 4 rather than 5 stars is their sushi selection isnt the greatest . Oh and their cheese cake is heavenly
Very poor service, employees are too busy on there cell phone and are not focused on customer service!! Terrible!! Took a long time for refill drinks and the check. Place was not busy, theres no excuse. No one appeared very friendly. They also added a 10% service fee...not sure what that fee is, I just assumed that was their tip. I have been to this restaurant on serveral occasions, it was always good, doesnt look like I will be back. Sorry...
I enjoyed visiting this professional sit down service quality buffet. The choises were chinese foods and japanese foods. The food was appetizing healthy and fresh. I enjoyed several plates of unique and tasty dishes even leaving some choices behind due to stomach capacity! It was a good value for the dollar. The facility is huge I imagine on weekends it may transform into the place to be for food and social imteraction in a major urban city. It was good lots of choice big facility friendly free validation. I will go again to eat the dishes I missed on my first visit. RECOMMENDED RESTAURANT!!!
The food is good and the restaurant is very clean and well taken care of. However, the service is terrible. I asked four people where ketchup was and each one said I dont know and walked away. They left dirty plates around for a long time and didnt refill drinks.Overall the food is very good and clean but the service needs much improvement especially when there are many people in the corner eating lunch while customers need help.
Of course the star of the show is the Hokkaido Seafood Buffet . Our plates were cleared in replacement of bowls as we prepared for this dish. Even for a small size, this bowl was plentiful for the three of us. It was filled with fish, mussels, crab, clams, and all the seafood goodness in a flavorful, hearty broth. It also came with two pieces of garlic bread since I really cannot get enough of those!Hokkaido Seafood Buffet
My husbands favorite place to eat ! I dont care for sushi but according to him they have the best sushi he has ever had ! All you can eat - which is heaven for him ! They also have regular Chinese food and a chocolate fountain and frozen yogurt ! very yummy ! I always recommend this place !
When my girlfriend first introduced me into this place the service was great and great food. The last time I was there about 2 months ago service was awful we just got seated ND then they forgot we where there they never came to get our drinks order and my kids where asking for water so I had to get up and look for a server. Aslo a guy who they sat at our table he wasnt with us also was complaining about how they kept forgetting his beer ND once they brought it they didnt even opened it for him he asked about 3 servers and all of them said ok theyll be back they never showed up the guys pissed. They really have awful service
Food was ok. Didnt like the forced tip disguised as a 10% service charge. Our water glasses were never refilled, no one ever asked how we were doing, and they were slow to take away the used plates. They were not busy at all, less than 10 customers.
Horrible customer service. I asked for an iced tea which tasted horrible and when i complained ths server pretended not to speak English. I repeatedly adked him to change my drink to a coke finally he got it and then he brought me thr same glass filled with 1/3 of coke. Also, they do not like it if you leave food. What if you didnt like it?? Food wasnt that great either. I would not recommend it at all. Spend your money somewhere where you feel comfortable and welcome.

The sign that leaving wasted food may lead to overcharges feels intimidating. The place is grander than other buffets Ive been to. The bull came very surprisingly early. Oddly enough, I had been stared at by one if the employees as I was getting some desserts so that was unnerving.The service is friendly and helpful in regards to the other ones though.The fried rice tastes like regret.The teppanyaki and sushi section saves this buffet from the lacking buffet foods section. oh and the myriad of crab and shrimp help as well. Average Chinese buffet food with non fresh seafood. I ate romaine lettuce with kimchi and lemons, the baked scallops and butterflied prawns with cheese, few cocktail shrimp (skip), cup of hot & sour, half cup of seafood soup. The chow mein was fresh and decent. Green beans were...green beans, but fine.Dont waste your money for the seafood, especially if thats what youre craving ($19/ea). The crab legs were smelly (did not eat), the clams were brown and dried out, and the hot pepper head on shrimp was mushy. I ate one shrimp and stopped, ate zero sushi nor Mongolian grill.We should have known better. We were literally the only two customers from 6pm - 730pm. One other couple walked in, looked at the food, and walked out.Waitress was kind and attentive, we tipped her. Parking was free. Pot of hot tea was cheap, $1.99.Would not reccomend nor return.
Great place to eat. Great selection! Mongolian section has great cuts of meat. Sushi needs a little better selection. Deserts are great, especially the chocolate fountain. Vegas buffet quality food.
I was there for lunch time the buffet is not nearly as good as it is in the evening unfortunately people cooking the steak dinners or lunches were murder in the meat it was very tough to chew ask them to please not cook it so much but they have rules and regulations the crab cakes were fabulous the desserts were average all in all lots of room to sit down though
Great family-friendly option with decent prices and amount of choices. My one complaint would be that the bathroom could be cleaner but overall a great lunch experience and we will definitely be regulars.

This place is going downhill the food here used to be really good now its really really bad no taste no selection I was looking for lettuce they didnt have lettuce in the salad section so I dont know how they can have a salad bar without lettuce. The food was cold the place was almost empty at 1:15 in the afternoon so sad because it used to be so good. I will never come back.
Very little diversity in all of the dishes which were almost empty and cold even thought it was diner time. The food was dry like it was from yestetday, and salmon on sushi was almost see throught, all of the fruits looked old and tasted even worst than that. The only good thing was the grill. And as a total we paid over 50$ for two people for the food we didnt even enjoy. Over the passed year, Hokkaido got much worse.
Used to really love this place but lately it has been lagging...the worst thing is to go here and if you are into wanting the crab legs the pan is empty and you have to wait until they get ready to put them out.For $22. the crab legs should be coming out non stop all day everyday.
Was on vacation in Cali decided to TRY this place out. Food was good until I bit into a good size metal shaving in the beef short ribs! They werent very concerned about it either! A quick apology from the chief and nothing more! Will let all my friends who will be visiting the area know to AVOID this buffet!
Go to Burbank or West LA - NOT HERE. I have been coming here for years as hubby doesnt eat meat or chicken, so we both have something to eat. When Thor2 came out I brought a group over 20 for dinner before going to the Arclight Theater.Never again.Friends took me to dinner, they wanted to go here. We were sat behind the fence and then no one came to take our drink order. After 10 minutes (I looked at my watch) I got up and found a server. Last time we saw her (no drink refills, no one came to clear plates). Then we found most of the serving trays were empty/almost empty and when I asked about it I was told more would come out. Didnt happen. Had four pieces of sushi. Seriously, they werent putting any new out, instead were cleaning. And no, it wasnt anywhere near closing.Never got a bill, but my friends were too honest and went to the cashier who didnt seem concerned nor apologized. So I asked for the manager.When I said no one came to take our drink orders, refill the drinks or cleared dishes she said it was because of where we sat. Your staff put us there. and then I brought up the lack of food in the serving trays. She then started to giggle. I asked her if she thought it was funny that we paid full price and was treated so badly. She continued to giggle.The Burbank location staff are nice, polite and attentive. Encino is the opposite.Encino wont get a penny of my or my friends business.When we go to the Arclight I will make sure we go somewhere else for dinner.
Food quality not too good. I been to Hokkaido in West Los Angeles and down in L.B. near the city of Signal Hill and they were all the same. My suggestion. Go to a Japanese restaurant in Japanese Town downtown Los Angeles for good quality food.
This place went down significantly. I was here perhaps 10-12 years ago and it was such a nice establishment. But my last visit disappointed me a lot. Run down place, sunpar food, dark unappealing environment.
Overall an ok buffet for Japanese and Chinese food. The sushi was not impressive as the rolls tasted bland and old, and the sashimi was very tough. The cooked food was much better, and the dessert was the highlight (theres a chocolate fondue). At about $20 per person the quantity made up for the lack of quantity.
I used to like this place and came often. But lately it was terrible. The food was old and seems like they re-heated it. The quality went down substantially. The waitresses had an attitude and forgot to serve us our drinks. This was the last time we came here.
This place is not what is used to be. The food selections have gone down alot and the crab legs they barely put out. Only a couple every 10-20 minutes. When is dose come out people have to fight over it. I would not wast my money at this buffet. Best to try another place since the proces are the same.
The best thing about this place is the price. You certainly get what you pay for. And by that, I think I paid for an upset stomach. The food is pretty greasy. Stay away from the meat loaf (among other things)At least the teppanyaki chef puts on a decent show

Service is horrible. They brought me a broken glass, and had an audacity to say if it came to me like this, as if accusing me of doing it. Food is not that great, ok for the price. But they do leave dirty dishes for a long time. I would do better if I was able to serve myself.

Im very disappointed in, how, service and food quality has gone down. I visited today the establishment, all the food was practically cold, nothing seem fresh and sushi was nonexistent. I have been going here for years but today was the last time I visit.

I think they over charged me. For 2 people for lunch, on a weekend with no beverages only water, my bill came out to $45.39. I was in a rush to pay and didnt check the charges, my careless fault, I know😒 The only thing I can think of, is they may have added the tip on to the tab without mentioning it. So a word to the wise, check your bill before paying!
Food is tasty with great value. When I realized they purposely loosened all power outlets, so customers cannot charge their phones. CHEAP! How many charges are worth an extra plate of food? Come on!

Food was good. Service terrible By waitresses. They gave us the Bill before we finished eating, i talked To the Manager regarding this issue And all she said was ok. I guess courtesy is not in their employee handbook.
Disappointed with poor selection of food and its quality for the price. All the place smells and looks old. It might be a better buffet to stop by if they change menu and wash plates to clean.
Delicious and reasonably priced with attentive service, particularly by Kam who checked in with us regularly! Sharon is also a beam of light making a home out of the restaurant experience.
I love the food and the place is amazing, staff was very attentive, but about three times i came here with the soft ice cream machine broken, some food is messy on the counter. but everything else was good.
Place has gone severely downhill. Food quality and variety isnt good anymore. Went on a Saturday at 5pm and the place was practically empty. Should have taken the emptiness as a hint and just gone somewhere else.
A waitress that used to work there told me she saw the salmon used for sushi was in filthy dish water. Havent been back since. Thats sickening! Would rate negative if it allowed me!
The food is not fresh. Rolls and sushi are disgusting with stinky fish inside. The baked salmon tasted funny. Never go there to avoid food poisoning.

The service wasnt the best yes, but thats because they dont pay them enough to be there. My chow mein had a little teriyaki sauce left on it from the previous thing they cooked on the same wok, but id like to call that fusion folks.
Horrible food. We ate nothing because the food seems over one week. It’s really bad because it’s so dry and old. There wasn’t any customer even though it’s in luxury building. We regreted because we thought it’s Japanese Cuisine with seafood but it wasn’t
I cam here on a business lunch. The look of the restaurant is a little dated looking but the food was great. I really enjoyed the variety and the flavors were great.

This place is going down so bad, food is not good at all for the price, plus they applying the tip on your bill, without your permission knowing, youre not going to give anything for the kind of service, when you ask for something they dont understand, or they ask you to get at your own, because, they so busy.

2019-02-11 06:05:37Only good thing about this place was the service from this young gentleman who was working while I arrived. Unfortunately, he left before we finished our meal, the food was not fresh. I was dissatisfied. I left hungry from an all you can eat buffet. Maybe i went at a bad thats why i am giving them 2 stars but my experience was so bad im not sure if I will experiment with this place again. The picture I posted was their soft serve ice as it came out.
