This place use to be so amazing and such a pleasure to shop, beautiful affordable stuff with helpful and courteous staff, it still is BUT now they allow dogs in the store, and inside the shopping carts, where we put our merchandise like pillows, comforters and all sorts of stuffs, never mind blocking the narrow isles and chatting about their dogs. Don’t get me wrong I love dogs and I have one but I don’t consider shopping places for food and home stuff a dog park. This is serious violation of health and safety codeYour pitbull maybe friendly to you but you never know when they would snapBe reasonable

They had the most diverse, but quality, selection of items. Things that I had been looking for for months, I found all in one place. I could have spent all day in here. And if you want something from the floor, but arent ready for it, the sales associates will help you readily. Only thing is that it can get really crowded in here. So not really Covid friendly, and with so many people around, navigating (especially with a cart) gets very annoying. But as far as selection of goods goes, this particular location is amazing.

They are super nice I walk my dog up there 5-6 days a week and always love to look around. If you go regularly you see the great deals when they come up. Very friendly staff and nice night manager

The Service was incredible...Very efficient, used a monitor to see if they had a smaller size, in seconds it was done. Extremely polite. They were some of the kindness young adults ever! The better quality merchandise then other Target stores. My main concern is there were few customers, I hope this will not cause the store to close down!

They were very well stocked. Found everything I wanted and more!!!! Better than the Downey location. The staff were very friendly and helped me hold a few big items in the registers while I shopped. They cleaned the carts and the store was very nice and organized. Definitely going back to this location. Thank you!

The store is a fairly organized one, yet people were not careful with social distancing and nobody was available to mention that to them.Really crowded 2 weeks after Christmas and only one register was open. I have to return something, but with all that mentioned I hesitate to go there and take my time in a crowded place...

My only reason for deducting a star is because this place is normally extremely disorganized. To be fair its a combination of customers not putting things back and the huge amount of inventory Home Goods carries. They definitely have a little bit of everything and most likely will have something that fits your needs. Inventory is constantly being updated which means theres always something new to find. Best part is the brands they carry are consistently well known and good quality, all at a discount.

Love this place!!! We got so much for our new place from here. Always a great place to look for a gift. They have so much packed into suck a small store. Definitely worth the adventure into the unknown haha. If you see something, buy it because it may never return!

Always a fun store to browse. Found a bowl I just had to have, but no price tag. Sales person found the price for me then reduced it by $1 for my trouble.The stores main drawback is the long wait for a cashier

The store is okay. The customer service is terrible. Just today I witnessed an employee at the register drop a huge glass vase. Glass went flying everywhere. No Im sorry, he never asked the customer if she was okay. Never did a thing. I, in fact helped the woman and picked glass out of her scarf. This store needs new management.

Unpleasant shopping experience, misleading advertisement and rude.My story – Under the 40% off Clearance sign, I saw a plate, so I took it to the cashier and asked if this is as marked or 40% off from the marked price, she said it is a clearance item and is 40% off the marked price.So I got some and went back to pay, another cashier, he is ringing it up as the marked price, so, I told him please check, they are under the clearance sign and I was told it is 40% off.Suddenly, the attitude starts from the cashier, kind of rude and denial. So I asked to speak to the manager to resolve the price issue. OMG, he starts calling three times to different people explaining with attitude, etc…. Now I’m waiting with people waiting behind me with 8 cashiers signs on and only one cashier on register and me??? Anyway, the manager showed up, first she said, the sign was for the Items behind the display and not under it (funny as it sounds)? Then she changed her story and said well these are already marked as you can see here are the compared prices to the other stores…???? Bottom line it seems that the Home Goods in La Canada has its own definition of what a 40% and clearance means. Wasted my time, went to a local Ralph’s and bought the rest of the stuff I was looking for, no hassle, etc. By the way One Star is due to Google review which is not allowing a no-star ranking.-

Home Goods La Canada never disappoints! This Home Goods always has an especially good array of furniture and rugs along with the usual great dishes, dog supplies, pillows mirrors artwork lamps toys and so much more. Theres a new Home Goods opening in Burbank this week and I cant wait!

Overpriced but some items are totally worth it. Its the Ross-Marshalls on a higher price point. This place has more home decor, bath and [kitchen] items. Theyre a bit skimpy on childrens items but the ones that they do have are often times cute and pricey.

This HomeGoods store is not as expansive as the one in Glendale, so you have less selection here at any given time. The good thing is that is really easy to park and stop by every once in a while that youll probably find what youre looking for if you go fairly frequently since stock is always rotating. Their furniture is what keeps me coming back!

I had the most unpleasant horriffic expereince at this store. Olga (a manager) and Lillit (a cashier) absolutley ruined my expereince going to all Home Goods, Tj Maxx or Marshalls. She harassed me and repeatedly yelled that the fact that a pillow I returned without the tag attached but still had the tag was ILLEGAL. Olga repeatedly yelled that it was illegal to me after another emplyee retunred it, then they both teamed up and told me about how uneducated I was and rude because I was trying to find out how a pillow tag makes you a criminal. I absolutley appalled and will not be reutrning to any of these stores. I left teary eyed knowing mentally ill people can be working in stores during a pandemic and harassing customers. OLGA AND LILIT SHAME ON YOU :)

Extremely dirty and alot of products on the floor. The parking is scarce. Employees need to focus on shelving their products and cleaning their location. I couldnt shop there, had to leave and visit another location. This was a Tuesday afternoon and not busy... no excuses.
