This hotel is beautiful. The smell of fresh flowers upon entering was so nice. Being able to have keyless entry is my favorite. The room was clean. The King bed, comfortable. The sofa bed couldve been thicker but the kiddos didnt mind it too much. The kitchen was perfect since we stayed two nights. The hot breakfast in the morning was super plentiful. Waffles, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, potatoes, breakfast burritos just to name a few. Staff made sure food was hot & stocked at all times.Nice location, close to Legoland & the Premium Outlets.Overall a very nice stay.

Nice modern hotel with 3 floors. The layout is a bit odd, but after the 2nd night, I had it figured out. For the rooms located in the back, my room was 256. Youll want to park in the back and use that elevator. its the closest to you. Overall. its a nice hotel in a nice area, with a few restaurants within walking distance, my only complaint is that the room needs usb ports. Also, housekeeping is by request only.

Its a little bit hard to find, but a really nice 3-star hotel. Clean rooms, helpful friendly staff, decent hot breakfast so far. My only complaint has to do with breakfast. We had eggs and potatoes every day and not once sausage gravy.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Despite requesting an early check-in, communication was lacking, leaving me waiting for hours. Upon entering the room, I was disappointed to find stained mattresses and a lack of sugar for my coffee. Navigating the hotel was inconvenient, as the single elevator was far from my room, and I had to trek for coffee each morning. Additionally, my keys were inexplicably deactivated, causing unnecessary disruption to my familys sleep. Overall, while the hotel has potential, improvements in communication, cleanliness, and convenience are necessary for a more enjoyable stay.

I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were great, but my bathroom shower curtain was a problem bc it wouldnt hold up properly and water would splash out. The staff members were all kind and helpful my 11 nights there. Even though I rated the room 4 star, overall is a 5 bc I would definitely stay here again. Too bad theyre sold out for the week Im going back.

Choose this location since it was close to Legoland. Never have I ever been so disappointed with a Hilton Hotel before. The staff are unattentive to guest. I notified the breakfast host and guest services that a young lady had dropped the top to the oatmeal pot on the floor. The breakfast host put the top back on the pot. I said ma’am, this needs to be removed and she finally did. Needless to say my family and I didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel again. I notified guest service that there were ants and roaches in my room. I was told that she would notify maintenance. Needless to say maintenance never showed up to my room. I had to ask for the trash to be removed daily and for the room to be serviced. I asked to move to another room and they were of course fully booked and other hotels in the area as well. A supervisor or manager was never available for me to speak with. At check out I was told by guest services that they apologized for the problems and would put 1,009 Hilton points on my account. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I can care less about receiving 1,000 Hilton points!!! The management and staff need to get it together. I will never stay here again!

The room was amazing. Really well air conditioning. The beds were amazingly comfy. Slept so good for soccer games. Breakfast was good with yogurt and orange juice. TV worked perfectly.

I regret to inform you that my recent stay at your establishment has been nothing short of a disaster. I have never encountered such a dreadful experience in any hotel before, and I feel compelled to share the specifics of my ordeal.From the abysmal air conditioning that failed to maintain a comfortable temperature to the restroom door that refused to close properly, my sense of dissatisfaction grew exponentially throughout my stay. To compound matters, the instability of the toilet bowl created a highly unpleasant and unhygienic situation that is simply inexcusable.The final blow to an already disastrous experience came when I discovered the broken and sharp parts inside the dish machine. Such neglect of maintenance and guest safety is unacceptable.I implore you to take immediate and comprehensive action to address these issues. A stay of this nature not only tarnishes the reputation of your hotel but also leaves a lasting negative impression on your guests.This experience has left me thoroughly disappointed, and I sincerely hope you take these concerns seriously.

Nice rooms with a kitchen with a full size refrigerator and two burner electric stove, toast, coffee maker and free Continental breakfast daily...beds are comfortable and theres an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi a workout room..staff is always polite and friendly.

Rooms and pool were gross, but breakfast was really good. We checked in and got our room. We went down to the pool and the pool and spa were both very cloudy and yellow looking, very dirty appearance. Once we got settled in our room we found mold along the tops of the walls throughout the entire shower. We complained to the front desk and finally around 9pm they offered us to switch rooms, however our 4 year old twins were already sleeping. After this, I was laying in bed and went to grab a drink of water only to feel an earwig crawling on my arm!! SO GROSS! The rooms were very dirty and not cleaned.I am a long time Diamond member and I stay at different Hiltons around the country every week. This room was gross! I will give props to the breakfast team however. The lobby was completely packed and all the food and drinks and coffee were constantly filled and fresh. Breakfast was amazing.
