Hands down the best plant-based cafe youre going to find in the Bay Area. Everything here is freshly made, organic, and homemade with so much care from Katie and her team.I fell in love with their Cinnamon Snails a year ago and they still are the best of the best. Their seasonal menu items change frequently and sometimes I run out of time to try them all, but everything Ive had from their pesto pasta, nom rolls, and their delicious tempeh is such a hit.You pay for amazing food and to good health. Treat your body right to these amazing treats when theyre open because it is so worth the visit.

The best healthy lunch or healthy breakfast in Santa Cruz! Absolutely incredible — I had a kitchari tempeh bowl with kabocha squash and miso cheddar dressing + a cacao to drink + sourdough cinnamon rolls. I travel a lot and always look for healthy food. This blew every expectation I’ve ever had out of the water :) so good & the market section is awesome.

Went here for the first time recently and absolutely loved it. As a plant-based person, Im always so appreciative of wholesome and locally-owned plant-based eateries and I couldnt be happier that this business moved into my neighborhood. The food was wholesome, fresh, and absolutely mouthwatering. We got the tempeh dog, curry, hot cocoa, and a brownie. My belly and my soul felt so nourished from the food here. Highly recommend!

I ordered the HUNI Bowl and a Cinnamon Snail and they were SO GOOD that I came back two days later for the exact same thing. The bowl was to die for. It’s filled with fresh food that feels so healthy to eat. You can tell that a lot of love and hard work goes into the food. I felt so cared for while eating it. The cinnamon snail was a healthier twist on a classic treat and was the perfect amount of sweet and gooey. And the ambiance of the store is really welcoming and friendly. The perfect place to eat some wholesome food and read a good book. I can’t wait to go back!

This place has lots of goodies plus has partnered up with @coffeeconspiracyco ☕️- All sweet treats are naturally sweetened, meaning the use of dates, maple syrup, ect..- All items are vegetarian- @coffeeconspiracyco has more than his standard nitro cold brews, he has a full menu and offers organic raw milk from Schoch farms in Monterey as well as oat milk.I highly recommend their cinnamon snail! 🐌- Sourdough milk bun, cinnamon date swirl, and probiotic cashew icing 🤌.

Honey B is a destination cafe. The bright, airy interior is filled with mosaics and murals, and is a great spot to people watch. BUT the main draw is definitely the food (and coffee by Coffee Conspiracy). We had the cinnamon snail which was 1. Huge 2. Ooey gooey and soft 3. Delightfully tangy from the fermentation. Wow. Cant wait to try the rest of the menu! The savory options looked amazing, she had just taken brioche buns out of the oven for the tempeh hot dog. A creamy latte from Coffee Conspiracy was the icing on top. Cant wait to go back.

Absolutely perfect Santa Cruz cafe vibes. Decoration makes you feel like your in a cozy home with warm food. Lots of vegan and gluten free options. I tried the Mac and Mac and it was everything I expected and more!

I had an allergic reaction to the walnuts here but caught it in time for it to not be serious and the person working was SO kind to me and made me a whole new meal for free. Really kind service and great food. Thanks for everything.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience every time I visit Honey B, the people are so kind and the food is sO good. You can feel how much love was put into the business and it brings you back over and over. I can’t wait to see how it blooms with time because even as a new business it already feels integral to the community and is one of my favorite places to grab lunch. (Try the brownies! They will make you weep tears of joy!)

Honey B is extraordinary. Katie is a sorceress of the savory and sweet, Eddy is a renegade to basic coffee and has elevated the entire field with his techniques. You won’t find these flavors, sensations and experiences anywhere else. Must try!

I love the Honey B! Its an adorable interior that feels really welcoming, and the food is delicious and feels good to eat. There are also interesting goodies for sale. Just a lovely atmosphere and place to eat or pick up some treats for later!

Recently visited this cute cafe with my homie for brunch and was blown away by both, their delicious fermented plant-based food & the energy inside which felt happy, vibrant, & creative!We had the curry bowl and what stood most for me on that dish was the squash that just melted in my mouth. We also had the chanterelle sourdough galette which was 10/10.And the shroomy hot cocoa - a perfect beverage!!!When we heal ourselves, we heal the world. — I strongly resonate w/ Katies mission for Honey B and excited to have a fermented cafe in town (which my gut biome is also super stoked about :)It was a fantastic experience and I will definitely be returning. If youre in the area and looking for a energizing dining experience, I highly recommend checking out Honey B!PS: No photos this time as we devoured the food as soon as we got it.

I am not even vegan, and I still think this place is top tier. Do yourself a favor and order a cinnamon snail pastry. I have know idea what goes into making it, but it could be pretty much anything and Id still keep coming back for another.

We love the Honey b, the fresh kimchi is really top tier. We ate a whole jar last night BY ITSELF. It barely even lasted until we got home to put it on rice! The sourdough cinnamon rolls are also a great pick
