Not bad overall.Parking maybe an issue.There are a lot of varieties to choose from.Food is ok, but the quantity is good.

This place is a famous Char Chang Ting style set up. Food is very delicious and the price is very reasonable as the Char Chang Ting famous for. Staffs are very helpful and professional. The orders are as follows. Braised Pork,8 precious tofu clay pot,and the Book Kin fried rice. Professionally prepared.

Good and authentic Hong Kong style. But maybe not among the top in the Bay Area. We ordered beef chowfun and bake pork chop rice, which are the staple of HK style cafe. The noodles and rice are very good and full of flavor. But the meat was a bit dry for both.BTW, prices are very reasonable and much cheaper than what you can find in SF and South Bay Area.

Service was very attentive as soon as we walked in. They have a great happy hour menu from 2:30pm-6pm. We got a bowl of brisket noodle soup for $4.25. You cant beat that price. The meat was super tender and tasty. The noodle was really nice. The broth was really clear. Also got the brocolli and oyster sauce for $4.65. It came out quite nice and crunchy and the amount was quite substantial eventhough it was the happy hour amount. Since I was really hungry, I also order the salt and pepper chicken wings for $4.25. It was not oily and the spices were just perfect. It tasted so good. Next time I will need to order two plates of the wings...The chef here really knows his stuff. Plus, the place is really clean. Would definitely go back next time I am in the area.

Now, this is the place to go if youre looking for wok hay kind of food and taste. Their beef chow fun, is literally my top 3 favorite in the bay area. The waitress was nice and very accommodating since we have two kids. My kids are picky and they enjoyed the food here very much. You can request less oil and less salt for the food as well. Will definitely return again. Decently prices with good portions.

Wow, this has been the most disappointing soup in a loooooong time, the beef stew noodle soup... its more like, pure boiling water with a whole lettuce tossed in with some unchewable, leather like consistense, unflavored pices of meat, and the only thing that keep me trying was the thin rice noodle, but, no amount of soy sauce or hot oil could save this unflavored disaster.Im taking the Shredded chicken w/corn sauce home, Ill update on that.

We came here wanting to try a new hk food location and were completely unimpressed. First off, the service wasnt bad and the cleanliness was okay compared to other Chinese restaurants. The food was very disappointing. We ordered tomato and beef spaghetti, chicken baked spaghetti, egg puffs, and red bean iced milk. First off, for both the spaghetti, the noodles tasted like they were precooked and sitting out for hours. It was super soggy and I could basically eat it with a spoon. This was especially disappointing for the tomato beef plate which shouldve been more of a stir fry. The flavor was okay but I couldnt get over the texture. The red bean drink was overpriced for the quantity that they give you. The egg puffs were the only thing that we thought were okay. I dont recommend This place and if you want hk/canto food, there are definitely better places in San Leandro

Great food, feels/tastes clean, not as greasy as Chinese food can be. Especially enjoy their soft tofu dish. My kids ate everything on their plates. I like that their fried rice is not overly soy sauced but still flavorful and delicious.

Excellent as Always! I love trying something new/different. Seafood Yeh mien. When this came out I saw calamari (octopus) My Sister ate told my Wife its so good. Leary I took some. Oh Man so tender Not bouncy like when its fried. So Good! The flavor was just like the Chow mien my Mom would get at this little place in China Town, So good I could have had it all by myself. Also got our usual Sweet& Sour Fish, Chicken & String beans. If You Love Chinese food & want Authentic Run to Sisis Hong Kong in San Lorenzo.

Not typically American Chinese, but Hong Kong style with offerings like chicken pot pie and fish fillet with a sauce that has corn kernals. Bring your appetite! Portions are huge and the food is delicious. Try the duck with taro, spinach with salted eggs, and milk tea. Service is fast and efficient, although there are times when it felt like to they needed another person. Still, with the quality of the food and and prices, its a definite go to for me.

Dont try their happy hour except if you like bland porridge. Service was good. HK tea was the worst Ive had. The color is off, too brownish. The place was clean but dark. Yes mein was good and hot. Chicken wings has Tabasco so it was hot in flavor. It came out 50.00 for 3 if you add up this and that but we were not stuffed. The chinese gailan had a strange taste. I didnt feel good after the meal and i cant pinpoint what was the cause. I will not go back. Parking lot out front. Located in a strip mall ( reminds me of being in LA Compton.)

I don’t know why there are only 70 reviews here but the cafe is actually quite popular. The service is fast and the food quality is really good. All food I tried are very Hong Kong. Highly recommend the Wor Won Ton soup; you get 8 large wontons, shrimps, squids, a scallop, pork slices, barbecue pork, mushrooms and baby bok choys for less than 10 bucks!

An unexpected gem! If you plan to dine here especially on the weekend, make sure you arrive early; after 7:00PM expect a wait.First, their staff are very friendly and you can crack a joke with them and theyll smile and laugh with you. They do have the traditional shrimp fried rice and chicken chow mein, but I would go for the real family style dishes which are very reasonably priced. Most of their specials are written in Chinese, but if you dont speak or write that language, the waitress are more than willing to explain or make recommendations.We started our meal with 3 pound of fresh prawn (theyre not the real big ones but medium size) and it was priced at $10.95 a pound. The best way is to have it blanched and a mild spicy soy sauce dip. This is not on their regular menu so youll have to ask them.The next was the geoduck. We had a 4-pounder and the belly was used to make soup and the rest was stir fried with celery and other vegetables. This style cost $65.00 and at most higher end restaurant, you can expect to pay over $100 for this.The lobster was on sale at $14.95 each and they were decent size (we ordered two of them). We also ordered the noodles separate and they waitress recommend adding some fresh mushrooms and scallions which really made the noodles come alive. My mom, being a vegetarian we also ordered a vegan chow mein.The broccoli with scrambled duck egg was delicious (it taste better than it sounds) and you get a big plate of food, but be warned that the steam mince pork with salty-fish can be an acquired taste and some may not be pleased with the pungent smell.For a group of 10, the entire bill came to $250 including tips.3 pound fresh shrimp4 pound Geo-duck two ways (soup and stir fry with celery, carrots and snap peas)Cold free range chicken2 Ginger scallion lobstersE-Fu Noodles with fresh mushrooms and scallionsVegan style chow meinSteam mince pork with Salty-FishOrange flavored spare ribsBroccoli with scrambled duck eggI couldnt taste any MSG in their food (or it was used very lightly), but their food was a bit saltier (besides the orange spareribs which was perfectly done) than I prefer. Busy on Chinese New Year I like the huge menus that these kind of cafe style restaurants offer and the mid afternoon discount— but the wow ton noodle soup was bland 8.00 — the black bean shrimp was a bit cold but ok the sweet chicken wings were the best All the Asian families had huge tables of food and the dishes looked good — the line waiting was aggressively encouraging some guests to wrap it up

I cant believe this place puts peanut butter in their french toast and doesnt advertise that. So apparently, there is peanut butter in the peanut toast but also in the french toast as well. When we asked the waitress about the peanut butter in the french toast, she said,Thats how we make it. Is your daughter allergic? And then she walked off. Also, the red beans in the red bean drink were hard and unsweetened. This place has gone way down.
