I’m Taiwanese and this is a great hole in the wall Chinese fast food place. Got the 2 item half rice/half noodle combo with grilled fire chicken and broccoli beef and the portions were huge. It was also not too greasy and my stomach feels good!I ate in and the atmosphere is fast and loud since people coming in and out. But I would still recommend this place to anyone.

The wife wanted to visit this place, west made it for dinner on 11/30/22. We made it just in time for the Monday-Wednesday special this is from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. I really enjoyed the celery in the chow main. I also enjoyed the pork ribs. The fortune cookies were a nice addition to the tradition of Chinese food. Will come back to try the rest of the menu.

Been coming here since I was a kid. I bring everyone here now. Food always tastes great and its always a solid portion of food they give you. Some of the staff have been there forever and are always really nice. Clean eating in area, never had an issue.

So I have gone here since they opened 20+ years ago. Back when they had the 2.95 lunch special that could feed a family of 4. I noticed over the years the clientele was getting fatter and fatter. I definitely go less and less as I get older now that I have higher blood pressure. Last year I noticed they shrunk their container sizes. I used to barely fit everything in a 9x9 Pyrex container with stuff coming out the sides. Now the container easily falls in the same pyrex container. As for freshness complaints if you dont go during lunch rush or dinner rush then thats on you. When you walk in you can tell freshness is based on foot traffic. Reading some of the hate comments I can say the chicken has always been delicious the beef hit or miss and the egg rolls always taste like they were made yesterday. I can honestly say this place has contributed to obesity. in the orange garden grove area.

Crystal hooked it up and gave me tons of food! For under$10 you can feed 2-3 people depending how much you eat. Better than Panda Express when it comes to portion sizes, taste, well you’ll just have to see for yourself.

So good! Im glad I tried this place. I arrived at noon right before the lunch rush. I had the hardest time debating which two entrees to get because they seriously all looked so good. Hidden Gem Chinese food take out in a small shopping center on Chapman and Lewis. Two item combo 9.99 noodles and rice for a very good got teriyaki pork and eggplant tofu both were very good second items noodles and rice broccoli beef kung pao chicken both very spicy. They serve ample amounts of food you will be full and satisfied I highly recommend.

The workers were so nice and worked very quickly! Great portions But unfortunately the food was not my favorite. The chowmein tasted almost sweet and personally I dont like my chowmein to be sweet, the spicy orange chicken was okay and the orange chicken was same thing was okay but it was actually too sweet ( for me ) and lastly the fried rice was alright but couldve used some more flavor.

I came in at 11: 15 for this special and If you dont tell them at begining that you want the offer they wont give you two cups. they apperently give you less of a helping of food with this offer But that is what I ordered was two - 2 item plates. But they wouldnt give me the drinks for that lame reason. So I spent 17.49 for just two 2 item plates. I dont understand the logic but they should make it a two 1 item plates if you get less food with the offer in order to get drinks.

Hong Kong Express is awesome. The sheer amount of food you get is really a value. My son and husband said the chicken was great as was the beef. The pork was not their favorite, but not a complaint. I had the shrimp and tofu eggplant and it was very yummy. The rice is so tasty. We all had two item combos and none of us could finish in one sitting. We will definitely be going back here. The people serving the food were very nice as well.

Lots of food per serving, very savory Chinese food. Come here if youre hungry. Their staple of steamed vegetables dont taste bland like Pandas. Thats how much better tasting their cooking is. Unbelievably horrible. Eggrolls were wet and mushy inside, EVERYTHING tasted of fish. Whatever was in the mongolian beef made both of the adults tongues numb and the kid could not stomach more than 3 bites of his Terriyaki chicken. Beef fried rice again was super fishy. Portions were large though but this was more just insult to jnjury than anything. Even the hot mustard in packets were brown and tasted nothing like hot mustard. I wish I had covid so I would not have had to endure that taste. COMPLETE GARBAGE.

The one item combo that I typically get is so stuffed that the lid barely closes. And its enough to last two meals. And the service is also relatively friendly. If there is a downside, its that the parking lot is on the small side. I generally get my food from here to go. Highly recommended.

This place is always packed! The food is really good and for the prices, youre getting a meal and then some. One plate combo can easily feed 2 people because of the extremely generous portions they give you. The parking is what makes coming here a hassle because theres such a small parking lot to cater to this busy place. They just newly remodeled the interior and its beautiful now. The place has a more modern look now, but still the same great food. The customer service is always quick and theyre very friendly.

Ok..I never write yelp reviews..But I have too. This was hands down the best!! Chinese Food I have ever had. I have been eating Chinese food since I was in middle school. The noodles are cooked perfectly..not overly salty, the BBQ Pork was tender and Fresh even at 11AM in the morning! The Steamed Rice was soft and luscious. I could go on and on.. But just go down there yourself..it is worth the trip..oh and even the fortune cookies are soft..Im serious..its amazing. Sweetest People who work there, super friendly and super fast. I held a catering event I highly recommend. I will definitely use them again!

I come here now and again. Pretty good food that I get it when it’s fresh, very large portions. The only thing is they have no bathrooms to offer so if you have to use the bathrooms the lady told you to go to Taco Bell. I went to Taco Bell the lady told me I had to buy something to use Taco Bell bathroom so very inconvenient if you have to use the restroom If your dining in or not getting something to go.

This time they got it right. Its always been pretty good, sometimes the food was off a bit. It all came together this time. Food was excellent, service was really good and except for the soup it was really quick. My guess is they made fresh soup, so the wait is fine with me. Id definitely recommend this to anyone in the area. It also helps that its only 1500 feet or so from my house :-)

Sadly bad experience, I requested a 3 items plate but I didn’t want all the items at same plate, so I asked them if they can put the items in separate Small boxes... oh my god for my surprise they react like I was asking the food for free, I even offered to pay extra if this requested was so difficult, they just without no explanation of why they couldn’t do it other than “our way or no way explanation “ They refused to sell the food .. In Anaheim on business only, know very little of the area and have no idea where to go.Wandering about, enjoying the city, get hungry and look at G-maps for eateries near me and get a craving when i found this on the map.My expectations are typically low for Chinese food as i find disappointment as regularly as i do satisfaction. The kung pao had the cerrect level of heat in each bite while being mostly meat and not just a mountain of veggies with some chicken in it like many chains deliver.The orange chicken was flavorful without being just fried sauce covered consumption, good cuts of the meat, real chicken flavor pairing with the sauce and flavor exactly as ordered.The lo mein meshed with everything correctly and tasted satisfactory.My only complaint, which is mild at best, is that the fried rice was a tad dry and made it much less desirable- though, the flavor was there, perhaps it was just an overcooked batch.I ate myself stuffed on food that was priced more affordability than some of the cheapest fast food chains and i loved every bite of authentic flavor. Worth every moment spent writing this, these folks are doin it right!
